Can not get them to answer their phone, nor call me back after leaving literally 40 messages over the past 4 months. Had to take my own time to physically go to their store on 5 separate occasions, all leaving with the understanding that things will get taken care of, but inevitably the monthly bill following shows no efforts to address needs. It is incredibly frustrating and was not worth the time and energy. I think this is now on the supervisor to change their culture and operational customer service process. Stop treating your customers like all you want to do is sell them things to meet your numbers and actually help us!

Tiffin At&t helped us figure out a complicated situation in less than 45 minutes were Sandusky and Fremont stores were kinda clueless. Desiy is very knowledgeable and even saved us 15.00 on our monthly bill!!

New girl Jade did a good job using a promotion to get me a $700 phone for $300. The Manager Desiy came over to check out our progress and taught Jade how to get my information off my old device. 10/10 highly recommend!

We went to this store on 6/15, just to upgrade our phones and it was the easiest phone upgrade we’ve ever experienced! Lee helped us out and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He noticed a couple issues on my account and took care of those for me too. this will definitely be the our go to AT&T store for future needs!

Nicole was fast and very good at explaining everything, once our phones came in Desi got them set up ans transfered all our stuff. Even gave us $40 for some very old phones! 10/10 would recommend.

Got my new in no Time flat! The manager Desiy set up my phone and stayed until I was completely satisfied with my new phone. She even showed me a new TV Service that AT&T offers that Im super excited about.

I came for Cody since he handled my husbands phone last week. The ladies there lied and told me he wasn’t coming back when he was just waiting on them to contact him. Nichole had issues transferring and it took too long. I made a point to come back on Sunday to have him fix her mess up. I will not go back on the days he isn’t working

Few minutes later were on our way homeI checked my phone & guess what I had to sign in AGAIN! &$€# So I called back hoping to speak to someone else. YEAH I didit was taken care of! Awful service. We were promised a phone the same day and ended up waiting a week for it. When calling to ask about the phone, they just came up with excuses. Definitely do not recommend.

The manager here was a huge help. She was able to answer all my billing and upgrade questions and a lot of specs about the phones so I could compare them with out having to do research. I barely had to wait 30 seconds before I was approached and helped. I got an upgrade and love the new phone.

Getting a staff member on the phone is extremely difficult & they increased my Wireless bill by $10! Wireless is the only thing I have with AT & T & I didnt add to it or increase it. Looks like finding another provider would be well worth it! The wireless internet went out twice within a 2 week time! Get another provider! I am!

All done good, the staff was very easy to get along with and went above and beyond to get me set up and familiar with the new phone and gadgets.

The fact AT&T can get away with LYING is complete bull... They lied to me in order to get me signed up. Now Im stuck paying what they LIED and said wasnt going to be my bill. The conversations are recorded, I wish I could afford to sue them, they lied, several times. DO NOT GO TO AT&T EVER!

Horrible Service! I was told that I needed a Major Credit Card to pay my Bill or Purchase a New Device!

Had to wait for a hour. All were very couterous. But a waste of time for me. Need more salesperson that know what to do.

I have never heard of a business that wont take CASH to pay off a bill. Wanted to make final payment on my phone plan but they wouldnt except my CASH ....so glad to be done with AT&T!

I went to get a new SIM card and they were out. Waste of time because I had to go home and then come back a few days later. Its about 14 miles round trip. We live in the country, so it wasnt very convenient to goto Findlay or Sandusky.
