We may not shop for furniture often, but we always come here 1st we we start shopping for something and have bought many things over the years. Love having a layaway option.

Have shopped at Ewalds for many years. Have always had a pleasant shopping experience, and very good customer service. Delivery was timely and delivery men were courteous and efficient.

Not sure what to say bought a new sectional and the thread is unraveling on the ottoman and one of the cushions. I called to have this fixed and no one ever called back then my wife called who is a buyer where she works. We have both talked to Holly and Dan and was assured this would be fixed . Everytime I call and ask for Dan he is always out of town and will call back thats getting old because every week that goes by we sit on brand new broke furniture almost getting to the point where I would not recommend them and we went there because if their reputation but my wife and I have yet to see it.

We have purchased the majority of the furniture for our home from Ewald’s. I always enjoy the staff and the great selection of furnishings and accessories. I trust them and the companies they choose to offer in their store. Will continue to support Ewald’s.

Worst customer service from managementPurchased a couple of mattresses that did not hold up, we went back 4 times to get help but got brushed off instead.

Got coffee table and end tables there, first coffee table had a big nick in corner, they tried to fix looked bad, they replaced it, and the second one has a big sliver out of it, cant replace again so going to try to fix. $1000.00 for repaired stuff. Not happy.
