Went through the drive thru on a Sunday evening. The line was long but the ice cream was worth the wait. I got a strawberry sundae and it was good. A little skimpy but tasty.

Excellent prices and quality. Speed of service was typical, not exemplar or slow. Only issue was that after parking, we got trapped by drive through traffic. The parking lot could use a redesign.

We had Flurries, tasted great but were the consistency of soup.

Damned good food tastes great great service an friendly people what more can you ask for.

Met an older man who took my order, possibly named Chad? I just wanted to say how friendly he was!!! Never met a kinder soul in my life. The ice cream was absolutely wonderful and the workers were fantastic, fast, and efficient! I worked here in the 70s and the menu has expanded greatly since then. Tastes just as good as I remembered. I will be returning every day for the rest of my life... LOL!

This used to be a favorite place for my in-laws to come when they visited Tiffin. It was my first time coming and ordering here. It wont be the last time. Great food for lunch at an affordable price.

It was cold. Thats it. Turtle Sundae was turtle soup. The shakes werr just gross. We pitched our purchase and went to Hugos across town. Done with the shak..

I loved this place is until today. The woman at the window made my 4 year old get away from the window because she was not wearing a mask My daughter was just trying to order her ice cream. The lady was rude about it, she told her you cant be up here, you have to back up. You guys just lost our business

Menu says jumbo milk shakes yet you dont sell them...dont say you cant if it is on the menu....or update your equipment to meet the needs of your menu

The hotdogs have a good flavor. Also got the broccoli cheese soup. It was terrible. Flavor not good at all. The girl was very nice, even though she was freezing at drive-thru.

Went here for the first time through the drive thru. Service was amazing, line went fast, and the ice cream treats were so good. Our kids loved it! They had a lot of food choices too. We will be back for sure next time we are in Tiffin.

Good caramel shake

I worked here in the 70s and its still a great place. The newest owner has greatly expanded the menu. There are so many choices for ice cream treats and food. My biggest complaint is that they accept cash only. Could be an issue for first time customers. Try a frosted malt cone. Yum!

For what it is, Shake Shak does well. They are good for lunch, are typically fast, and always courteous. I recommend the chicken sandwich. Although it has slowly degraded in quality, its probably still the best in town. Dont sleep on the pretzels either! Theyre open year round, even when its 8° outside!

I like this place. Serves Tofts ice cream products and Roots chicken but no fried foods. Just not a lot of parking, but a drive through window. Great ice cream stand.

Ive never liked the chocolate soft serve here. It has an undertone of spoiled milk. It hasnt made me sick, but I just cant stand the flavor or after taste. Must be the brand? The food is mediocre, nothing spectacular. There are better choices in town.

The best place for ice cream in Tiffin

First the ice cream was good. Second they messed up our order. We went back to tell them and the older guy working argued with us. He said he didnt mess it up but that we told him wrong. Then he was cussing while he corrected our order. So I would go back but if I see that that guy is working I will go somewhere else. The guy was just not friendly.

Been coming to shake shack for over 20 years now. Still as good as the first time I went as a kid. Thanks for the sweet nostalgia.

LOVE the Chocolate Frosty Malt in a cup! Its the best! Pricing is reasonable and portion sizes are adequate.
