Chuck was my repairman. He was really helpful and nice. It took him a short amount of time to fix my washer. I really liked the text messages letting me know what time they are coming and when they are en route to your house. That really helps when youre wondering when theyre coming. Thanks!!

Sold us a bad washing machine have not work right from day one

My 88 year old grandmother had a knob brake on her washing machine. They do not have parts readily available for older washing machines in most hardware stores. 88yr olds are set in certain ways, and she wanted a replacement knob and was about to make a call to a local repair man for a house visit. Only the plastic part of the knob was broken, not the actual switch. I called southern appliances after a google search. They said they dont carry knobs, but have a basket of parts from machines they have scrapped, and maybe they can match one. Not only did they have one, but it was the exact replacement. They didnt charge me for it. It was probably only $1.50s worth of plastic. But it saved me a world of frustration, $15 ordering off a website for a cheap piece of plastic only to arrive days later, and it made my grandmother happy that her machine was fixed. Bottom line.

Used to work there. They let me go with no reason at all. They had the service manager to call me at 630pm to tell me not to come in. To be a professional they should have told me that day.And yes I sorry but I would not go there for anything.

I would never recommend buying anything from Southern Appliances. I bought a washer and dryer from there and within a spand of ONE week i have went through FIVE dryers all of which they have claimed to have fixed. This establishment is a complete waste of your time and money. Go anywhere else for house appliances!

Excellent service. Arrived on schedule and very through in assessing the problem and correcting the problem.

Do not buy from this place. My dryer stopped working 2 weeks after my warranty ended! They also charged me 2 different prices for delivery and said the first time I was suppose to be charged more. I called back a couple of weeks ago and asked how much delivery was and I was told my original price I paid.

They are rip off. Especially with there service fee. I don’t recommend them to any one!!
