We have our car insured with Geico. Being that we have cheaper insurance than some other companies and this was the body shop recommended by the cheaper insurance company, we were half scared with the service we were going to get. We just picked up the car today and I have to say that the work they did is astounding and it looks incredible. I am very critical and I cannot argue that their work is amazing. It looks far better than even before we were side swiped by a semi that couldnt maintain his lane on I-75. I would definitely recommend this body shop and will definitely not hesitate to go back for any other body work that needs to be done. They had great customer service, phenomenal communication about the process, and had our vehicle back in about a week which is amazing considering parts needed ordered and everything else. I could not be more impressed and highly recommend this company..... And no Im not paid for this review. Just extremely satisfied.

My car has been to this shop twice and the work performed was poor and they refuse to fix the work they did poorly. Clint is very defensive and demeaning by quizzing me on a rough pull, seam sealer. It has been stated a rough pull needs to bed performed and seam sealer is cracking. Do NOT use them.Okay repairs were made and it was smooth sailing after speaking to owner. I drive 1.5 hours for Brooks and I am pleased the repairs were made:) Thank you all

This place is amazing!! I backed my excursion into a tree and damaged the rear quarter pretty bad thought it was totaled and was very upset. When I brought it to brooks I didn’t know what to expect. When they called for me to pick up my truck I was shocked and amazed at the beautiful job they did, the even replaced my after market light with the same one. Brooks Body Shop is a great place to get your vehicle fixed. They are expensive, but the work is amazing and well worth the cost.

We had to take our vehicle here after an accident through our insurance. We were very pleased. They fought to get us new parts, whereas our insurance wanted to used certified used parts. They kept us update and in the loop as to what was going on and we had our truck back in less than 2 weeks. We were very pleased!

I had my older Ford Mercury Sable repaired and repainted, its now a classic. Its been a couple of months since it was done and the color still looks shiny and new, its holding up well. Brooks Body Shop did a super job and I highly recommend them.

Brooks Body Shop did a fantastic job repairing my automobile. After the work was complete, I could not tell which part of the car was damaged. Paint job was like NEW!!!!!

Brooks Body Shop did a spectacular job helping us with a scratch that ran across the car from front to back, so much so that the car was dented as well. Chad was quick and very communicative, keeping us updated with the progress of the repair. We are very satisfied with the work that they did for us and highly recommend them to family and friends! Will personally be returning soon to fix a scratch on my daughters car.

Brooks body shop was recommended by our insurance adjuster. We had no idea who ti take oue vehicle too because we travel and are nit from this area. Upon picking up our vehicle after it was repaired we noticed a piece missing. We were okay with that and they then gor us the piece in which my husband had to put ir on. (After paying nearly $3,000 for our vehicle to be repaired) A few weeks later, the door handle ( on the side that had been repaired) quit working. We spent $80 on a door handle thinking that was the issue. Upon replacing the door handle my husband noticed there was a couple bolts that had not been put into place. Which led to the door handle not to work. Again, my husband had to fix this. I would think after paying nearly $3,000 for a job to be done, it in fact was not done RIGHT. My advice to anyone is to check your vehicle to ensure that sloppy work has not been done..... we shouldnt have to pay money for a job for only that job to not be completed properly.

Id give them a 10 if I could!! Service and staff was awesome !! My Truck was clean inside and out, when we picked it up ...And, the damage was fixed to It pristine condition...We drove an hour for this red carpet service and it was worth it!!! Thanks Chad, Justin.. and, all the guys in the shop!!!
