The staff is usually pretty friendly inside and on the loader. I get loaded fairly quickly and my paperwork is almost always ready within a few minutes. However there is one lady in the office who could use a brush up on friendliness and over all just being nice. I didnt have any problems but she is very abrasive. For the most part this copart runs well and is nice to pick up from.

This company is a JOKE and really need a negative 10!!!!! They gave us such a hard time with our paperwork. We live 1 hour away from the nearest location and the woman in the front office wouldnt accept the paperwork because the Notary didnt write when her commission expires, but it was on the official stamp!!!! Not to mention that when we walked in the office we were ignored by 2 ladies that were standing at the front desk. ALL OF THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF NEED TO BE FIRED!!!!!

I know they say to inspect all vehicles before bidding. I got a good deal on a runs and drives I figured it would need to have some issues with check engine lights fixed. Get the car home and the whole intake is taken off. Finally get all the parts ordered and reassembled, car wont do anything besides click, I try to turn the motor over and its seized up. How can they say that the yard manager even started it? Now Im out a lot of money and my daughter doesnt havea car to drive for a while.

They made a false Description of the vehicle as if its drivable. When it was inspected after purchase by a mechanic, it appeared that it could not be drivable due to several issues with transmission, sensors, motor. They charge 900 for me purchasing from them. Even with false description! then they charged 450 fee plus storage fee and refused to return a deposit of 1000$ before I pay them their fee. looks like fraud to me. Do NOT BUY FROM COPART! They try to defraud people!

The worst experience so far. They made the contract which allows them to commit fraud. Take money and not provide any services. They are not responsible for anything. And their manager Alex Alderman instead of doing proper business in good faith, wanted to charge me 400$ for their problem caused by employees of copart. Providing false description of the vehicle. I was able to challenge it at least 3 times after the inspection was conducted.

I was in an accident and totaled my vehicle. My car was towed from a tow yard in Adel to this joke of a place. I called them the day my car was towed and asked them to please not remove ANY of my belongings until I could get there to get them. The woman assured me if they did move anything it would only be to my trunk so they could take pictures for my insurance company. My accident was on last Wednesday, and today I went to pick up my belongings (a week later due to transportation/work schedule). When I arrived the front desk was very nice, they gave me my keys and even had a gentleman come and help me open my trunk. Once I got everything out I realized a few VERY meaningful things were removed from my rear-view mirror including the mirror itself. I asked them if they had them somewhere else, and she said no. She looked at the pictures on the computer and said the rear-view mirror was removed prior to the pictures being taken. But I know for a FACT it was still in the vehicle at the accident sight. I told her I was going out to the vehicle to look again to be sure and when I came back in the was another woman there with the front desk woman (Im assuming the manager or supervisor). She said yeah, sometimes when they are clearing the vehicles stuff gets thrown away or tossed aside on accident. Im sorry if that sounds insensitive, they clean over 100 vehicles a day. I said yes that is very insensitive being MY PROPERTY your company threw away was some of the ONLY THINGS I have left of my father that passed away 7 years ago. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will make sure everyone I know hears about my experience. Im truly disgusted. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The staff was very rude. 3 women were in the office. All 3 ignored me when I came in. Finally Rosa got up to assist me. She refused to sign my bill of sale. I explained a signed bill of sale is required to get a rebuilt TN title. She tried to argue with me until I showed her previous signed bill of sale from another Copart office. She went to a back office for some reason. She returned then reluctantly signed the paper. I needed more assistance but she ignored me again. Another office worker had to assist me with my 2nd transaction. They need customer service skills training.

Your description does not match what was found during the inspection. For $900 paid to copart you gotta do some work. At least providing truthful information.I may submit paperwork to state pricecutor of Georgia to see what he says. Otherwise i see you defraud clients by making false description of the items. Backing it up in the contract that your words have zero value.

The General Manager, Alexander Alderman gave me a very hard time. I am a consistent client. Ive bought several vehicles from this specific Coparts location. Ive never had a problem before. The staff was very disrespectful. I understand I was one minute late but the loaders were still in operation. As in loading other clients. A simple come back tomorrow morning sir., would have worked just fine. Any other day, i would have given them 5 stars. May I also add, the only indication that Coparts stopped loading clients at 4:30 pm is a small sign in the window but yet if you look at the closing time on here is 5 pm. Just a bigger sign would be nice. Staff also could be more respectful and polite

The boat I purchased had been sunk in salt water and was not advertised as such. It was advertised as normal wear and tear. Im VERY SURE the insurance company was aware of this and should have disclosed this major issue. I did an inspection prior to purchase, but could not tell till I took shrouds off engine and looked at wiring in console. I would have never given what I did for the boat if this had been honestly disclosed. On the flip side, the personnel at Copart Tifton are the best I have dealt with anywhere.

Access to awesome deals on automobiles. But they throw the merch around with a forklift after taking photos. Definitely check in person before bidding. Recent high value lexus I was bidding on had entire front fascia and grill busted from the fork tongues. (Not disclosed or evident in photos)

Efficient service. Pleasant office staff. Location is just off Interstate 75 making it easily accessible. Restroom is available and clean. This location has a small staging/loading area compared to others I have been to. Drive is not paved..graveled well though.Truckstops located at this exit. The Loves is a nice one with a Hardees located inside. Convenient for a quick stop and on the route.

We live in michigan and was in a car accident in Georgia. Our car was totaled. The copart workers packaged our belongings up to sent them back to michigan, reluctantly, after they were told to do so by our insurance. We recieved about half of our belongings. What we did get back had our full coffees that were bought right before accident poured all over them. Just a malicious act after our family was through a traumatic event. I didnt think people could be so down right mean.

My vehicle was totalled in Georgia and ended up at this wrecking yard. When I called to retrieve my tag they promised to send it right away via Fed-Ex. It took them two weeks to send the tag and when I finally got the Fed-Ex envelope the wrong tag was inside. It was a Georgia tag and we live in Florida and they copped an attitude right away. Never got to speak to the correct person as they did not want for this to get to the top manager. They are total incompetents at Copart.
