Fantastic store. One of the district managers drove to our hotel to help replace a heater hose. Great service, and if we need help well be visiting another Advance Auto Parts for assistance. Could not recommend this store enough.

Check engine light is on. Had them to check to see if we could find the problem. Fast friendly service. Told me what the issue was and the best option to fix it.

Purchased a replacement bulb and they wouldnt replace it for us. Instead referred us to a 25 dollar an hour mechanic. Got our money back and went to Auto Zone where we bought the bulb and they replaced it for us no problem. Advanced Auto has a sign in the window that says free battery installation. How can you install a battery but not a bulb. SMH. Terrible. I wont be going back to Advance for anything.

Apparently the clerk is used to dealing with dishonest people as she made it a point to tell me 3 times and to write on my sales ticket that the scanner I had bought on line was non returnable. I understood her the first time she told me that and it was offensive to me personally to be told that multiple times. I buy a lot of items from Advance and am a loyal customer. I will continue to shop at my local stores.

Had my alternator in stock for a good price, very friendly.

The on duty manager Ricky who helped us was sooo nice, but his manager this morning wouldnt assist him for anything. We were having a hard time getting the right dip stick for my old pickup. Ricky, thanks for your effort.

Knew there stuff and told me what exactly I needed for my car.

The girl that helped us and the manager were very rude. My boyfriend bought a starter solenoid, we took it home and he took the starter off his truck. We opened the new solenoid, held it up to the one on his starter and saw that it was clearly the wrong one, so we boxed it up and took it back to return. Thy didnt let us return it because it had obviously been installed. The solenoid still looked brand new!

Customer service is knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and they have a neighborly politeness that makes them easy to talk to. Military Discounts are available to Veterans. I went in for oil and walked around and suddenly wished I had more money in my wallet. So many nice things to purchase for your automobile to make it look and run at top quality.

The associate was very helpful with finding exactly what I needed.

We needed a windshield wiper blade because ours fell off on the interstate. We went to Advanced Auto Parts in Tifton, GA. The clerk, I believe that her name was Lannin, helps me select the proper wiper blade and she even installed it. We were back on the road in under 5 minutes.Great service.

Very nice and helpful. They did there best to help us to make it back home to Orlando Florida but it didnt work. We were on vacation and our rearaim seal had a leak. They tried a stop leak but it was too late.

These were the nicest people with best customer service. Its worth a drive to go to this store. Went for a distributor and it was not right so they sent for me one from another store it was delivered within forty minutes. Just excellent customer service.

They had what I needed, a battery for the Fiat, and installed it. Thats about all you can ask for. Pretty quick.

They are my go to place for parts. The best places with the most knowledgable guys are further away. The quality of parts seem equal.

This is one of the few advance autos in the a hundred miles radius I dont have a issue with. The staffing always seems up to par.

Seems to always have on hand but we need and they are very helpful all the time even if you have to exchange something that you bought at another location even another state

NEVER OPEN!!!!!! Or at least it seems that way! I dropped by this location twice in two days, at totally different times, ( first, around 10 a.m. and the next day around 5pm) and they were either closed, with no cars there, or closed while employees walked around inside, often glancing at me and my attempts to get in...... yet they never said a word, not a: Sorry man, were closed, or Dang, you just missed us........ just a blank stare 😶. Its cool tho, cuz every once in a while, I need to be reminded why I dont usually get automotive products from anywhere other than OReillys !!!

I asked for something very specific and they kept trying to sell me the wrong coolant and the one I ended up with leaked all over my car... went back showed them and they still wouldnt accept my return. Lost our business for life.
