I am always able to find what I need at Joanns (and often quite a bit that I dont need - ha ha). We had to wait just a bit to check out at the register on this trip, but our cashier was friendly and very helpful. I will return to this store in the future.

They have a lot of really great products and some good promotions especially if you look online, but they only had one poor girl running around like crazy while we were there.

The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Was looking at patio furniture material and showed me the UV protection material for direct weather. Also have me ideas to save money.

Staff is very attentive and helpful.

This place is awesome. Shelves stocked with many items to choose from. Employees are always available to help make your experience pleasant. Friendly environment.

I have ordered stocking holders and a deer candle holder every time the deer candle holder comes in it is broke and one of the stocking holders has been replaced 3 times and still continues to be broke. They will not just send another I had to reorder all over again. This is ridiculous. Don’t expect to have good service with shipping from these stores!!!!! Breakables should never been shipped in a plastic shipping envelope. Put in a Box!

Lamar was a very professional and helpful employee. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. Not only did he help me I was able to watch him interacting with another customer. He was very attentive and ready to assist the other customer as well.

They always have all of the cake decorating and baking supplies I need! Never disappointed!

The sales assiciate was patient and assiste me with using the right coupons to save the maximum for my purchase.

The people at this location are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They constantly have stuff on sale, as well as valuable coupons on their app. I go here a few times a month.

I love this store. The staff is always friendly. The fact you can use multiple coupons is a plus. Verses Hobby Lobby that only has the one.

Nice variety of arts and crafts as well home decorations. It is overpriced but if you have extra money to spend and will get your moneys worth than it is worth it.

I love their fabric. I love the sales. I love Joanns Fabrics. Friendly service and with a smile. I was their with a friend picking out fabrics and I had about six fabrics to be cut. Bless her heart, only one person there at that time. She was cutting fabric, answering questions and would run the register. I am sure, being spread that thin was overwhelming but you could not tell. She was so sweet letting everyone know Ill be right their or give me just one moment. I dont mind waiting at all when customer service is good. Will be back to Tiftons Joanns Fabric.

I could live in a Joanns if there was a zombie apocalypse.😂 They have almost anything you need for your crafting projects and there are always sales and coupons. I usually spend over an hour in here. Check it out if you are a crafter.

The black Male was very Rude, this was my first time visiting JOANN Fabrics and I have heard good things about it. However the employee was so rude, not just to me I seen him roll his eyes to the top of his head at another customer when she asked for help ...just awful customer service

I love Joann Fabrics, better then Micheal for crochet yarn... the workers there are awesome very friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience. My wife and I came in late one night and had a complicated issue. Ann, Sara Beth, and Kim all spent quality time and genuinely tried to help us solve it. Nice to know there are folks that still go above and beyond!

Still a great craft store, but lately, when I visit the jewelry making section, there are way more ready made pieces than actual supplies, which seems to defeat the purpose of making it oneself.

As always, Joanns offers a wonderful selection for every crafting or sewing project. I was a little sad I had to drive from a highly populated town to another town to find one but always worth the trip.
