Awesome and friendly service! Ive never used products from Sallys before but the lady working this afternoon with blonde hair really gave me A+ service! She walked me around grabbed everything I needed while explaining everything to me and it was such a breeze and I was in and out quick with exactly what I needed! Thanks for the great customer service!! Wish I knew her name!

I went to Sally’s today attempting to lighten my roots. The employee pointed to a “toner” to use and explained to us what we should do. We did it and instead of lightening the brown, it turned it orange. Not to mention it wasn’t even toner. It was hair dye. We didn’t know anything about it until now because we trusted them. And now my hair is orange.

I was greeted/received assistance as soon as I entered the store.Employees were helpful, able to answer my questions about current sales, and polite!
