Went here with my daughter for a homecoming dress. Was helped right away by the staff. Didnt feel pressured in any way. Being a man and going into boutiques and dress shops is often awkward for the staff and for me. I didnt feel that way at all while visiting. My input with my daughter and the staff was respected. Most places treate me as if I dont know anything, but I didnt feel that way here. Any alterations are taken care of in house instead of looking for another place to get alterations done. Prices are a little above average but are still competitive with other shops like this. We will definitely be back in the future.

Our initial shopping experience was good, although the store was super cluttered and chaotic. Our sales person was helpful in getting us a fitting room and taking dresses we no longer wanted. But…. Do NOT allow this shop to suggest or do any alterations. The sales person was not experienced enough to be pinning or suggesting alterations and the “seamstress” that performed the alterations butchered a $300 (plus $60 for the alterations) to the point where it could not be worn. Since we had this experience, I know of 4 others that have had their dresses ruined by their alterations department.

Best place in 100 miles radius ! Devin is the best! He knows just what to recommend with a quick few suggestions that we had! Great selection as well!

Okay. So I brought my wedding gown here. I put it on layaway and they were amazing through the process. And when it can to getting it altered to what I wanted they were on top of itEven when I freaked out they stayed calm reassuring me that it would be ready and perfect and it was everything I wanted it to be. Im so thankful they had a part in my dream wedding.and Ill be back for future prom dresses.

My mother and I decided to go in and browse bridesmaid dresses and MOB dresses after looking on their website and seeing they carried the line of dresses I was interested in because it’s easier to see what it looks like in person.. when we entered we saw the one rack of dresses they had and began to look at what we could through the clutter they had in the room. We did our best to look at the selection they had to offer and had pulled 1-2 dresses we liked and put to the side to come back to when one of the workers came up and asked if we needed assistance to which I said “I’m just looking to see what dresses you have to offer, but thank you” & she proceeded to go get someone else to help us.. then the owner came by and said “I’ll be back to help you”... after a few minutes of us still browsing the rack she came up and asked what I was looking for and I told her “I’ve gotten my dress and I’m just browsing to see the different styles and colors of bridesmaid dresses you offer because I haven’t chosen a style yet” and she smirked and said “well did you make an appointment to look” and I said no because I hadn’t seen where you had to make an appointment to walk in the store and browse.. she smirked again & said with attitude “well you just need to get them where you got your dress from then, thanks for coming” and began to grab the dresses we had looked at, when I went to give the dress back to her she grabbed it & said “I’ll clean this mess up” as if we had made the mess and we had only moved 1-2 dresses, the mess was there before we walked in. We walked out and guaranteed we wouldn’t go back. I would not recommend anyone to shop there.

Good for hair cut. Only issue is they accept only cash.

I had an amazing experience at Bridal & Gift Gallery. As a plus size girl I have always struggled with finding the perfect dress, this was the first place I shopped for my wedding dress and within 30 minutes I found my perfect dress. The owner Betty was very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable and confident. I highly recommend!

Gina, Michelle, Devun, Bailey, & Christina are phenomenal!! We have shopped there for all of our special occasions and have always been pleased with their professionalism. Its a one stop shop! Weve used them for everything from homecoming, proms, to weddings! Michelle does hair and makeup as well! We love them, and their shop!

I would highly, highly recommend Devun..he helped me find my perfect dress AND shoes and earrings to match (and I never even had to leave the fitting area). Purchase my daughter prom dress. She loves it. Its prom season so they were very busy. Nevertheless they found time to help us find a dress.

I would NEVER go there again! Walked in and the staff stood by the checkout counter and NO ONE greeted us! We helped ourselves to look through the racks and finally someone shows up to ask if they can help. After explaining what I’m looking for she doesn’t seem to understand. I request to see Devin but she informs me that he has the day off. We keep looking through racks trying to find a dress but the consultant is no where to be found. As we look through the bridal gowns The owner walks by and has the audacity to say “we don’t have anything in the $200 range”! First of all, I never told her that I had a $200 budget! The owner just “assumed” for some reason that I couldn’t afford any of the gowns that I was looking through! After I correct her and explain to her what I’m looking for she proceeds to say without even looking “oh we don’t have anything like that” and then walks away. If someone doesn’t know how to treat a customer then they shouldn’t even have a business. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere!

I have bought my daughters homecoming dresses, prom dresses, and now their wedding dresses here. I love the staff. They are very helpful. Their dresses are beautiful and alterations are perfect. I have had only great service and perfect gowns from here.

Loved my experience! After leaving the first bridal appointment else where in tears and extremely frustrated, the staff here made me feel right at home. They actually listened to me to see what I wanted. I was able to relax and enjoy my shopping experience! I even said yes to the dress!

We walked in and was not greeted we ended up speaking to a young girl who didnt work there but knew the store and showed us a bit. Just with that she was more helpful than their actual staff. The young man tho was very helpful and acted like he loved his job and clearly put the customer first. However with that being said we asked about dress styles for a 1920s look he directed us toward the lady in charge. She was very short and curt and looked down her nose at us. It was very displeasing to be scrutinized and looked at like you couldnt afford anything in this store. Then she tells us well it will be 339 up front cause we dont have this in stock. Also it wasnt even in the color we wanted! Would I recommend this store I would not.

The front staff lady who met us when we walked into the building had a bad attitude and acted like she did not want to wait on us at all or help us find the dress we were looking for. She had a very nasty attitude and I would NOT recommend this boutique for anyone looking for a specific bridesmaid dress. I have never been treated with such a bad attitide by a staff member in a boutique in my life.

Never come here. They lied about our dresses. Didnt order them correctly, forgot to order the belts for the dresses. Then couldnt even get them altered correctly. Absolutely rude about everything. Tried to make light of the situation. We finally had our dresses ready 10 hrs before the wedding. Stress that a bride doesnt need.

First off...we entered the building and no one spoke. We walked through and helped ourselves cause they were to busy talking. Finally after we had helped ourself a lady came and I asked her about the sales closet but she didnt want to show it to us she went the opposite way REALLY....the look on her face when I asked (some lady told me about it). NEVER AGAIN!!! Went to Adel to Michelles and was SUPER SATISFIED!!!

This is the worst place Ive ever shopped at in my life (not over exaggerating). First of all, the dress I ordered didnt come as expected. It was waaaay too tight, even though the lady (owner) said it was going to fit me just right. The color wasnt even the same as the one shown to me in the book! Not only was it a different color, or the wrong size, but the slip (that she picked up off the floor, which belonged to someone else) was torn as well. She couldnt even show me how to put the dress on properly, thats tacky. That day she acted like she didnt care about how horrible the dress looked, and didnt even care about fixing it. All of this happened on my prom day by the way. The lady was too busy focusing on someone else that she couldnt even show a little concern. Me and my mom/sister was left there trying to figure out how to make things better, but there was no hope. This was one of the worst days of my life, because I was looking forward to my first prom. It was supposed to be an exciting and cheerful day for me, but all of that was turned upside down after I walked inside that store. This will stick with me for the rest of my life. Because of all this, I had to wear my older sisters prom dress. At first I didnt even want to go to the prom anymore, because I was horrified/stressed out about what I went through that day. The owner didnt even want to give my mom a refund. This lady is heartless. I couldnt even get an apology. She robbed me of what was supposed to be a joyous day for me, but it was the complete opposite. It was a nightmare.That was my first and only prom (because I was a senior) so its not like I couldve done everything over. If I coud I would. Please take my word and never step foot in that store. I would hate for you to go through the same thing I went through. Shell be nice and attentive to you while shes trying to sell a dress etc. to you, but after you pay for your items, shes a totally different person. Some people arent meant to run a business. Shes one of them. Please spread the word.

I love this place ! I have gotten prom dresses, bridesmaids dresses, and now my wedding dress. They are so wonderful and treat you like family ! They want to make sure you find the perfect dress !

Though they have a wide range of dress sizes, colors, and models, their form of organization lacks structure. The place itself is so small and crowded, there is no way to look at all the dresses there!The staff is often so busy they aren’t able to care for all of their customers. At one point I waited for more then 10 minutes to get $1 worth of change back. Which brings me to my next point, they seem to not be prepared.I would like to thank one person on staff, Devin, I believe is his name, as he was the only one who was actually helpful and personal. He has great customer service skills, and is an examplerary staff member.I had to get alterations done but they (the boutique) tends to bite off more than they can chew so to speak. They take on way too many clients then they need to and can handle and can’t get the dress done with atleast 1 week in advance to the event.They need to learn their limits to be able to give their current clients the attention they deserve and need.Most of the time when I was there I felt very neglected. Sure doesn’t feel like a welcoming place.The only reason they didnt get 1 star from me is because ultimately they had the dress I wanted and Devin was such a nice guy. They should definitely give him some kind of bonus.

We almost didn’t go to this place because their pictures really don’t show any prom dresses, we decided to go as a last ditch effort after Thomasville, Adel, & Tallahassee!! Turns out they have the biggest inventory of prom dresses out of all of them!! And they have shoes, jewelry, do alterations & spray tans!!

I would never go there again. The pants were horrible. They bought Tommy Hilfiger pants for my son to wear to homecoming. Then because I was upset, it suddenly become my fault that the color wasnt right. I have never been treated that way before. Just a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

VERY, VERY, HELPFUL and very nice very good on price so glad we left the one in Adel Ga, to come here. Sure didnt body shame us for not being a size 0. Oh btw look on yelp if you need proof that the people at that shop in Adel will talk about you if you are a plus size pgirl. She also told us it was $100.00 more for shipping which is BS I believe she was charging us a fat tax, again cause we are not the size she believes is perfect!Anyway this shop owner really seems to care and again good price and very helpful also.
