The manager Brittany is amazing! She goes above and beyond to help her customers in every way possible. She is friendly, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable about all of the services, devices and accessories for every phone in the store. She does everything in her power to make your experience a pleasureful one while in her store. She walks you through the entire process and throughly explains each step and never makes you feel rushed. She takes her time to help you and does it with a smile. I highly recommend going and seeing her for any of your cellular needs!

I strongly prefer this store over the one in Cordele. The staff is all friendly, professional and informative about what to expect. I feel like I can come in here for anything and have my questions answered.
I would give ZERO stars if possible!!Someone recommended Cricket after I had some issues dealing with Customer Service with Straight Talk so I stopped by Cricket to get info on their plans and devices. The prices seemed to run the same but I figured if I could go to the store and deal with someone directly that I could understand when talking to them everything would be better. So anyways, I did end up having to pay a little extra to include my phones to hotspot (since I was doing the unlimited data plan) plus $25 activation fees were tacked on. I told the rep that I dont have internet at home and using hotspot is how we survive. They NEVER mentioned that there was a 16 GB cap on the hotspot data. My data was used up in TWO days. I went up to the store to address this issue. The two girls showed no concern about the issue AT ALL, just said thats how it is. So I asked if there was any possible way to refund me for the phones or anything and they again no care in the world told me no and that if I changed back to my old service before the month I was just choosing to lose out on all the money I had spent two days prior. So I finished out the month with them and went back to Straight Talk, just to find out at this point that Cricket does have a policy about returns and exchanges as long as its within like 7 days I think and instead of dealing with them and paying activation fees I could have just bought Cricket phones at Walmart and turned them on myself!! And the phones that I purchased are locked to cricket unless I would have stayed with their service for at least 6 months so they are useless as well. This Cricket store is a complete rip-off with no interest in pleasing customers, especially new customers that youd think the employees would want you to return to for business!!!
My daughter went in last week to get a sym card and came home upset about the rude service she received. What a shame that people spending their hard earned money get treated like that. Service was Friday, August 16
The manager was not respectful with my family members and we have over 5 lines with cricket for almost 2 years the customer service in this place is horrible
This retailer sucks, the management is horrible and their policies are to screw the customers over. I would not recommend this place for anyone to go into! I brought a phone from them that was defective and they would not return it because of minor case damage. Now I have to pay 800 dollars for a phone that came already damaged!😡😡😡
Word for the wise. This store lies to customers. They rip customers off!!! ApperntAppif you break your phone you have to pay for a new one (no big deal) then they charge you a $25 upgrade fee that they never tell you about and then another charge for an activation fee that can not be wavied bevause the phone will not activate with out it. I call BS. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Walmart buy a prepaid Cricket phone which is lower in price and simply insert your old SIM card in the new phone and your back in business. No $25 upgrade fee and no activation fee. The owner obviously does not care as you can see they only respond tob5 star reviews. Whish I could give negative stats
