I completed the Motorcycle Safety/New driver course this week. The course is friendly for everyone. The dealership is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend the course and instructor Krasowki to anyone who may want to learn to ride, debating purchasing their first bike, and experienced riders. Loads of fun with valuable takeaways.

One of the nicest dealerships i have been to. The staff was top notch from the non high pressure sales staff to the service department and beyond. I would recommend that if you are anywhere in the south Georgia area and looking for a Harley please see them first. They have a wide selection of new and used motorcycles for sale and can meet anyones needs.

Tifton Harley Davidson has set the bar very high. Wish all the south Florida dealers would learn from these guys.While traveling back home to south Florida we had an issue with an injector on the bike. They not only came out to pick us up but were able to solve a difficult problem getting us back on the road in just a few short hours.Dave in service went beyond what would be expected from anyone . I would hope that anyone looking for a great Harley dealer in Georgia would stop by this location.

Nice shop, nice place. Wasnt much size verity of shirts. Only had smalls and 3XL and 4XL. Bought a seat from them and they would not send my seat back home for me unlike PCB HD did for my friend. Staff helped me when I went to ask for help. Good place.

Highly recommend the HD riding academy! Wendie was very proactive in ensuring I had all the required items for the class. Coach Dee and Jeff were patient and very thorough. They helped me feel comfortable as I was learning all the controls and equipment on the bike. They even helped me feel like I knew what I was doing on the skills test. I would highly recommend the class, the money is well worth it!

The old saying its good to get a second opinion thats true when it comes to getting repair work or buying parts to repair something yourself at Tifton Harley Davidson I was given a parts list of items saying that they was the bare minimum for a repair but after getting a second opinion that was not so true so be careful when it come to dealing withTIFTON HARLEY DAVIDSON theyre not fair dealing people

When it comes to the riding academy. The coaches and dealership staff were excellent and patient. They do more that what is expected at most riding academies. Highly recommend if youre just starting out.

They started out real strong but never finished! After speaking with Jeremy? I felt confident that I made the right choice choosing Tifton Harley Davidson to repair my 2019 Sportster. I’ve had my bike for 2 years and this is the first incident I’ve had so I wasn’t sure what to expect or what to do. They came and got my bike the very next day. June 10th. On July 22nd? I contacted another Harley Davidson dealership to inquire about repairs! For almost 6 weeks? I received no communication or updates on my motorcycle. A After receiving a check from my insurance company? I decided to put them a visit in person. Hoping the check would give them more incentive to start repairs! They still hadn’t even looked at my bike and hadn’t even attempted to write an estimate! They offered no excuses. They gave me no reasons. And not one person there apologized or even acted like they knew what was going on! After careful consideration? I decided to contact the owner through Facebook to ask him if he could help figure out what was going on. He answered me promptly and told me that my motorcycle was being looked at “as we speak”. He said that Jeremy would be in touch with me later that day. Jeremy did, indeed leave me a voicemail much later that day fumbling and trying to do numbers in his head for an estimate. He verbally gave me his estimate for repairs which was $6500 more then the estimate from my insurance company and $1500 more then what I paid for the bike BRAND NEW! I was livid and made the decision to move my bike to Tallahassee Harley Davidson. When I informed Jeremy and his team at Tifton Harley Davidson that I was moving my bike? They didn’t ask me why. They didnt apologise or try to “fix it”. They didn’t care. Not about me. And not about my motorcycle. And they never did give me a simple written estimate after having my bike for over half of the summer! I would not recommend Tifton Harley Davidson. They were unprofessional, indifferent and to be honest? They didn’t care at all about fixing my bike or making my experience at Harley Davidson a memorable one. But I won’t ever forget the way I felt about not being able to ride this summer. And i I won’t forget that Tifton Harley Davidson is the reason.

The young girl that worked the register was super sweet and helpful, but I forgot her name! She is gorgeous and blonde, you cant miss her. She was so helpful and friendly. Great personality. Shes also a Gators fan even though shes in GA. You cant get better service than that! People buy bc of good service from employees. They come back bc of them too. Management: Keep that young lady. The shifter on my bike stripped out, I limped it up to Tifton Harley, got there at closing, this didnt stop them! They promptly took my bike in and fixed it on the spot and at a good price too, overly impressed, wish I could give them 10 stars, so glad I bought my pre-owned Harley from them a few years ago. I will definitely be using them for life!!!!

This place sells about 80 bikes a month mainly because of their lifetime warranty they offer on their bikes. Lifetime means LIFETIME AND COVERS EVERYTHING no other dealer around here offers this warranty. They had plenty of bikes to choose from, new and used and a friendly staff. So if your ready to take that plunge this is the place

On our way back home on vacation we stopped at Tifton Harley-Davidson. The motorclothes for sale there are comfortable, have awesome designs, and a lot of new additions. Theres a wide variety of items in the store. All the sales associates are very helpful and very polite. This was by far the best Harley dealer we stopped at on our trip! These folks are great! On my ride from Daytona to LaGrange, GA I had a rear flat tire.I was towed in for service. They took me right in, installed a new tire. As part of the service they checked my brakes. The pads were toast. They replaced them, made sure everything was good to go and had me out the door in about an hour and a half. The price was reasonable, even reminded me to use my discount. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was fresh. Everyone made an effort to make me feel welcome, the mechanic, Pat, came out and showed me the defective parts. Check them out the 2019s are in.

This dealership is wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I will say Blake and Wallace in sales got you covered everyone should give them shot before buying elsewhere. Deb will do everything she can to get the numbers perfect. This entire dealership is top of line. I know i was hard to work with and i left there with a 2020 street glide special and thinking why havent i shopped at tifton harley before. Seriously give these a shot before looking elsewhere you will be surprised!

Prices are nearly no haggle on bikes. You push they will relent a little. If you have a trade dont mention till you come to a price.

This is for pat in the service dept. my bike made it to sturgis not once but a total of 6k miles on my trip that happened this month. I was told by him that my bike wouldn’t make it to sturgis because of a sound my motor was making. I told him I’m aware of it. But was told that this bike wouldn’t make it to sturgis . And tried to get a sells manager to sell me a new one. I had a 2016 street glide. And it worked just perfect the whole trip. This wording and sales pitch really put a damper on our trip at first but it made it without any issues

Sales were great. Blake was the man to get me in the bike I wanted. Awesome sales and financing.Was informed the 10k mile was done right before I bought it. Brought the bike home (30 miles) and took off the air filter. Was the worst air filter I’ve ever seen. Sand/dirt/leaves/bugs. Took me 5 times to clean it just to get it clean enough to run anymore. Called the service department and they said they did the 10k and have records of it right before the sale. Service tech said sorry, nothing else they can do. Mechanics saying they did something when it is obvious it wasn’t done is bad practice. I’ll take a trip to Tallahassee or Jacksonville to get service done.I would’ve liked to deal with them again because of Blake, but I can’t trust their maintenance practices after my experience. Before you buy a used bike from them, ask them to remove the are filter so you can take a look at it.

Cedric kept the buying process smooth, while Christy oversaw and managed my upgrades and add on parts. Cedric also worked with service to schedule several modifications I requested. Service did all that was asked of them, and a bit more. Without a hitch and as requested. An excellent team to work with.

Stopped to purchase a Tifton Shirt for my husband. Very nice dealership. Lots of mechandise. No one was wearing a mask, however. Shop at your own risk.

On the way back from a long trip engine lights came on. Stopped to have the problem checked. Told me the cooling system fuse blew out. Changed it and got me back on the road in half an hour !

I took the riding course and had a blast. It was a great experience and I am a better rider because of it.

Very friendly staff. Worked quickly to get me into (2) new bikes simultaneously. Highly recommend this dealership. My only negative is with the MotorCos decision to put proprietary software in the highly functional Boom Infotainment system so that it will only fully work with their HD branded SENA headsets and then only after adding an additional module. This means an additional $1K on top of $32K for the bike. Just frustrating and unfortunate. At any rate, thats not really a dealer issue.

Wonderful service, the employees treat you like family, they are always glad to see you. They have special events that are customer oriented, such as have breakfast with a mechanic, and rock-a- Billy night, and so on.They also offer the motorcycle riding course so that you can get the motor cycle endorsement on your license. The course is only a block from the store and the instructors are very understanding and help students in every aspect of the course.I would recommend Tifton Harley Davidson to anyone who said they were interested in a motorcycle or the riding class!
