I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks before! My drinks are always great and made in a timely manor.. HOWEVER this morning I noticed a rotten strawberry in a drink that I paid 5+ dollars for. I’m definitely disappointed at the lack of quality and care. I do not recommend this place if you expect anything fresh. Check your drinks people!!!
Go through the drive through if you go to the Starbucks in Tifton! Apparently they only prioritize the drive through. Took over 25 minutes for my drink inside and it wasn’t even very busy. They just kept serving the drive through instead of balancing between both.
Starbucks rarely disappoints and this location is no different. Same tasty menu that was served quickly. The only general complaint for all Starbucks is the prices. $22 for a couple drinks and a sandwich seems high but we knew that going in so not fair to ding the location any stars.
I placed three orders for pick-up on the app, and arrived at the designated time for pick-up. Im glad this is a pretty smooth process. Everything went well, except that when we arrived we were told a few of the syrups needed were sold out, so we needed to adjust our orders. That was a bummer, and I do wish it had been specified on the app that they were out, or that they had called us so our adapted orders wouldve been ready when we arrived. However, the girl at the drive-thru was incredibly sweet and recommended replacements that even the picky, former Starbucks barista in our car liked! Then when wed made those decisions, the team inside got our orders together quickly, despite seeming under-staffed, from what we could see. I ended up impressed! And the drinks were all exactly what we needed!

This was not a great Starbucks to me. The quality of the drinks were not near as good as all the other that Ive been to. Maybe it was a bad day. Starbucks overall as a company is AMAZING!

This place is so close to the highway that you have to know its going to be busy no matter when you go.We stopped here for a quick pick me up and snacks on the way north and it was a good stop. The people were nice the place was clean. People were wearing masks etc.The problem was that our sandwiches came out frozen (literally) and they are supposed to be toasted. After getting the kids in the car, fortunately, i noticed before leaving and hopped back in for a warm up. This ended up being a reorder due to return policies. Not a big deal on my part because now i have leftovers? The second batch came out warmer but not joke the center was still ice cold. Big disappointment.Also, and this is rare, the iced coffee was weak. It still tasted good but certainly not as strong as all the other starbucks iced coffees ive had before.oh well.
Akira greeted us as soon as we walked in the door interacted with our children then offered my two sons whatever cake pop they would like for free. Drinks were made correctly and quickly while busy. Customer service was top notch. This was a great experience all the way around and Akira went above and beyond her job duties!Great job.
Starbucks is the best and they also have a secret menu online and all u have to do is google it and find the recipe and give it to them. U can create ur own drink with whatever u want in it as well. I ordered a vanilla bean frappuccino with strawberry puree and whipped cream so it tasted like a strawberry milkshake.
Really good starbucks the older lady working the drive thru was super and it was the best cup of coffee Ive gotten. I just want to say thank you to that star bucks team for a great job I would definitely recommend stopping by this particular Starbucks. The crew working today provided great service and at a speedy pace.
Worth the wait! I ordered a specialty drink and cake pops for my niece and nephew. Everything was excellent quality. Ill be back.
I always stop here for coffee and the restroom when Im traveling. I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but this is a bit much. You are right next to an EV charger and I know these chargers bring you business. Instead of welcoming us, you are basically saying go somewhere else. I could understand if the sign said restroom for paying customers only. I passed on buying coffee this time around and have given other EV owners a heads up about this.
Barista at the window was very rude to me!! First they were out of cheese danish & she said they weren’t out they just didn’t pull any & I requested extra caramel & asked could they put it on top of my whipped cream and she said no . I definitely will not be back after today and I drive 30 mins everyday just to get food & drinks from here .

We stopped by here on the way to Atlanta. There was pretty long queue as it was morning rush hour. Staff were friendly and service was quick.
Kinda hectic inside. Needed a good sweep, napkin trash in a lot of places. Didnt have coffee brewed.
I gave it a 4 star because of the sandwich I will give no stars for the coffee.
Crazy customers, they order, pull up in window, then they added more to the order, took another 5 minutes, our turn, coffee was ready it was still okPoor girl was nice, she only had one helper. Kudos to the girl at the window with a smile

Similar to other reviewers, this location is very slow. Took 40 minutes to get one drink in the drive-through. No alternative to drive through. Never seen a Starbucks this slow.
Im a huge Starbucks lover! I understand being busy and having a lot of orders all at once, but this is prime traveling season. Even during COVID, they are still busy. Step up your game. This location was drive thru & mobile order only, with no sign stating that. We walk in and its still not clear that we have to order ahead. We order and it took them quite a while to get our order to us. One of the guys there that was on the food station wasnt wearing his mask properly and constantly touching his face, as well as just complaining about his schedule and not doing his job. Ive been a barista, you have to hustle and still be nice and courteous.
Service is fun and everyone is cheery, especially kind and funny if you are a regular. Really good baristas
Unless you have a half hour for the drive thru, pick up your coffee elsewhere. You could probably get a cappuccino at Olive Garden next door faster 🤣😳
This place is always SOOOO busy. I drive through Tifton a fair bit to see family and always stop for my coffee and lunch/dinner. It seems every time I drive through this place seems dirtier and very unorganized. Waited 23 minutes for my mobile order after I had already ordered the usual make time. I saw people who had come after me get their drinks before me. When I asked they said it was next and still took them 10 more minutes. Bathroom was disgusting and paper was everywhere. Boxes throughout the store making it hard to move around the crowded area.

Arrived at 1201pm and had coffee at 1232pm. Unbelievably busy Starbucks and super shorthanded. Long lines in drive-thru and inside. Dont stop of you are in a hurry.

Service was slow because they were swamped. However both the Venti black iced tea and Cafe Americano were excellent! (Based on the number of times we have stopped here and they have been swamped, another Starbucks should be built in the area or at least a location that is easier to get in and out of.)
Wish I could give a negative or 0 stars, ordered a sandwich and white chocolate mocha yesterday afternoon. The Starbucks was filled with many boxes, flies all over the items in the case and loud people that seemed to be just visiting the other employees? Unfortunately 3 hours later I was and have been in the bathroom with gastro issues. I think they need to clean it up this location.
The staff is always great here. Never had any issues with my drinks. The biggest problem is its so busy because its right next to the freeway and there is not another Starbucks for I believe 40 miles in any direction, they always seem understaffed. Expect a wait, albeit a short one.
Mobile order. Only half ready after 15 min in line. Sticker didnt print. Got back on the road. No sugar in the coffee. Pleasant but incompetent employees. Do not recommend.

As a partner from another store, this one disappoints me. Very slow drive thru times and sub par service. I got egg bites with no fork included. Cmon guys, our standards should be better than this.
Nasty bathroom and the wait took forever i dont know what they did but folks that ordered after us got drinks first.

Ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunch fraps & they gave me just regular caramel fraps. disappointed because they don’t taste the same.
My wife always goes to Starbucks. Sometimes, she sends me instead. When I go, I treat myself to the Iced Lemon Loaf cake. It’s absolutely worth it!

Not the locations fault, but Starbucks over reaction to COVID is absurd. No going in, you have to use the app to order or wait in the drive through (set aside at least an hour for the drive through). I have officially given up on Starbucks. Im out for good. Dunkin has a new loyal customer.
This is the WORST STARBUCKS EVER! They are rude! They always forget things in your order! They don’t know how to make a frap! It’s pathetic. They need someone to go in and teach them how to run a coffee ship! Awful just awful.
Worst Starbucks experience EVER! 3rd car in line waited over 30 minutes for 3 drinks. Gentleman at window has zero customer relations skills. 5 baristas with only one working while the others stood around. When the window opened the smell of rotten milk was overpowering. Finally received drinks and drinks taste like rotten milk. What a shame to wait all that time and pay for drinks you can’t drink.
This Starbucks was awful. We stopped here at 8:20am and they have no cold brew and they were out of caramel drizzle. So they made the iced caramel macchiato with caramel syrup which was absolutely terrible. Also, when trying to order after every item she would give us the price and tell us to pull around. Please give people time to give you their entire order .....

Honestly ZERO stars. You walk in and theres boxes STACKED to the roof. I waited 15 minutes just to place my order only to be told for handcrafted drinks its going to take a long time...we had two people call out. The bathroom was horrific. And the place was swarming with flies. The drive thru was wrapped around the lot twice. I am in the midst of a road trip and made this one of my stops. Incredibly disappointed and quite disgusted.
Dec 23, 2018 11:30am they are completely overwhelmed. We waited in line inside 30 minutes to get to the front counter to be told their espresso machine is down. Some customers were very upset and vocal. One of the workers there said they announced it earlier. That doesn’t help all the people pouring through the door. There is no sign and no worker here letting people know when they are coming in or in the drive thru. The only reason this is a 3 Star review is because they gave us a free cup of coffee after we complained. However this coffee is pretty awful and taste burnt. Look for another location. Don’t bother visiting today.
Terrible. We sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. When we got to the menu to order, a sign was posted on the speaker we are not serving any hot drinks. They could have posted that on the blackboard where it clearly stated Drive-Thru Only.

Health violations posted on wall but worst is restrooms closed due to Covid per manager despite Starbuck’s known open bathroom policy. We are traveling. I had my daughter with me who clearly had to go badly, but he refused. I had them refund me and left.
Great food
It is ridiculous to offer pick up in store on the app and then tell us to go get in the drive thru that is out into the hwy. It is also absurd to have curbside spots if you’re going to once again tell me to go through drive through. The app is pointless and if we had not already paid you would not get our business. Everyone is learning to adjust with Covid but if you can not be any more organized than this you need to revisit how you do things because everyone’s time is valuable.

This Starbucks is the best in the area. Always kind, courteous, and helpful. Their items are made with consistency in flavor and quality, no matter whos making it. The staff is well trained, building is clean, prices are standard. A little difficult to get to if your coming from the opposite direction but no fault of theirs, traffic just congests in this area at times.

The immaculate service at this establishment cannot be described in a singular sentence. the service is consistently excellent, to say the least, and the flavors produced by the skilled baristas never cease to tantalize my taste buds and delight my mind with new combinations of flavors i never once thought i would experience. also the bathrooms are nice.

They have their customer restrooms closed due to COVID. I have been to other Starbucks in Florida and Georgia, where customers are allowed to use the restrooms. In my opinion, the restrooms being closed is a huge inconvenience to customers. I think they do not want people using their restrooms who may be charging their Tesla, but may not be making a purchase because most of their business is drive through. I had planned to get breakfast and coffee, but did not patronize this store
