Not in stock means they do not and never will have an item because they arent going to order it or restock. Going to this store is completely useless. They might as well close down and be completely online only!

Very friendly staff. Theyre all pretty knowledgeable as far as I have seen. And I like that they dont act afraid to share their opinion. I dont think they know how many bull-ish games they kept me from buying. Keep it up guys!

We stopped at your store to purchase some games, the door was locked and you gestured for us to call but you didnt even have the courtesy to acknowledge us by looking at us, we called and you said we had to order online and we could come back and pick it up, your web page from what I just saw never said a single word about how to purchase, Im not so mad at the way you wanted us to purchase but it was how ignorantly you dealt with us, we wont be back. I will contact corporate tomorrow.

4 years ago they wont answer the phones. SAME EXACT problem. Call 2-3 times with wait inbetween and 5 mins or more each call still nothing. The president is easier to reach than these people.

Its a nice place to buy and trade games and consoles. The staff is normally very nice and often remember their clientele, even if you hadnt been there in months. They welcome you by name, if they know it. For trade in prices, its just like every other Gamestop. The trade they offer for any game is less than the game is worth.

One of the friendliest Gamestops Ive been to. Theyre always willing to help and always respectful. Any question Ive had, theyve been able to answer them.

New guy there was a bit slow he wouldnt scan my membership card because he said we dont do that and kept asking my number for the account and kept saying I didnt know then 5 minutes later a manager appeared and told him to just scan my card... Not my best experience.

Last few times Ive been there its been great. Customer service is beginning to exceed expectations. Associates are doing a great job. Definitely worth shopping at if you are a fan of video games.

They will not tell you about a deal on any product. I purchased a gaming system with no deal. Following day the same system had a gift card with purchase. . and the games for it were half off.

Love GameStop! Such an amazing place! The business is very trust worthy, never caught them in a lie, and you can return games that are broken, or consoles.

Even though the line and wait was long the cashier was friendly and helpful, answering a few questions even with customers still in line.

I love me some game stop dont get me wrong but when I walk into a store where the clerk is maybe a year or two out of school and is on his cell phone having a personal conversation while Im waiting for more than ten minutes I get a little bit pissed. If your going to slap the prestige name on this store get some prestigious employees

If was an amazing GameStop. The best Ive ever been to. Loved it there . Now that the old manager has left . This game stop has become like the rest . The people dont care . They dont make you feel welcome. Its ok for the shopping . They have alot of good games . Dont expect much hospitality.
