Horrible customer service..never been followed throughout a store before. Won’t have to worry about me going back to that store

My husband and stepson went to buy me a laptop for Christmas. They chose a nice one for over $700.00, when they were checking out the clerk told them they couldnt take it without him keeping it for at least three hours and loading another $300.00 of software, only he could do it. This is the store in Tifton, Ga. Thankfully they said he** no and left without purchasing, You just lost a customer.

The employees are very rude. It doesnt matter if you have what I need in stock or not. If the employees are rude Im not doing business with you.

Customer service needs to be improved greatly. A customer should not have to approach an employee for assistance but if I had of stood their and waited I would have not likely have received help. The employee Kelsey was very rude!!!!

Staff rude, disorganized and like to tell you, You gonna have to wait in a harsh tone Just do your business somewhere else, the printing staff makes you feel unwanted

Yall need to familiarize yourselves with the federal disability laws. Otherwise good store. Update: while an officer was getting info from the manager i approached both to fill the manager in on current law. Said mgr refused to listen.

They have all the basic office supplies that we need.

I was very pleased with my experience and everyone was friendly.

No one in copy and print knows how to copy and print. Over half an hour wasted and they couldnt understand different paper sizes. Had to leave after they said a 13 page document on 11×17 regular paper would be next day.
