Im just here to give someone or any body some information. So Thursday morning I went for a rapid covid test long story short the Walgreens test showed positive. I immediately went to express care bcuz the symptoms I was experiencing did it quiet add up to what the test from there was showing me.So immediately after going to Affinty express care the rapid test came back negative, they also did a send off test for me for my safety. That also came back as negative. I’m not saying you shouldn’t trust the pharmacy but when it comes to the rapid test from this location I will absolutely not be using them again.

I love my Walgreens store. I do most of my shopping there for drugstore makeups and skin and hair products. Plus I use the farmacy. Great experience every time.

No one answers the phone!!

Walgreens. Very Clean and organized store inside. The Pharmacy is why I went their for the second time in possible 5 years. And to my surprise and Great Joy- they now accept my insurance which is Tri-Care Prime. The next best thing is the Supreme customer service that the pharmacy employees provided. The young lady easily found my old account and took my 2 prescriptions which had to be filled for a 30 day supply. I waited there for it to be filled and to my surprise it took them ONLY 17 minutes and they were a bit swamped with more customers coming in and through their pharmacy drive way. ( I didnt know about the driveway before)While I was checking out the young lady was very polite, friendly,helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She offered me the Walgreens Discount Card and I accepted after she informed me of all the Wonderful things that the company offered with this card. And it took her less than the time it took me to confirm some info. And the card is now mine. Ive been in and out since then buying up their colognes. Wonderful selections of all the best perfume and colognes and body sprays.

I used them to do my refills. But their phone system is the WORST Ive ever try to use!!!! Get a recording message and go nuts trying to get someone on the phone.

Pharmacy is awesome. I work in a pharmacy, and understand the struggles they go through with insurance problems and things of that nature, and this pharmacy goes above and beyond to get your medicine filled as quickly as possible even with the issues they encounter. They will even go so far as to find discount cards for you when you don’t have insurance to help you save money and get your medicine. Seriously, they are probably the most helpful pharmacy in the area.

I got my prescriptions filled in here quickly.

Dont try to call the pharmacy. It will take you at least five phone call attempts to be put in touch with someone, and that is after speaking to someone in customer service. Also make sure you ask if you have a phone number on file before you request a refill on your prescription, or it will sit on the shelf for four days without anyone letting you know it is available. Keep in mind that when you do actually get in touch with someone in the pharmacy, they will most likely be rude while solving helping you solve your issues. Thank you, Walgreens. This will be the last time I have anything filled with this pharmacy.
