I had been a customer of Oilmasters for at least a year now, never had a problem and I was always in and out the same day.Tuesday, I call to schedule an appointment for some parts to be installed the next Monday- go through the hassle of getting my car there before they opened; already dropped off my key the day before. Monday afternoon arrives and my car door had not even been opened-needless to say, I picked my car up and made arrangements for another mechanic to complete the job.In the process of picking my car up and getting home, I was called by Oilmasters (3 times-back to back) to let me know they had given me the key to another customers car (we both drove the same type of car) and could I bring the key back........Drive the key BACK and only received a very quiet-..thank you..I was disappointed.
