I waited 3 months (and 6k miles) to leave a review. I was incredibly pleased with the process of purchasing my car from Frontline Cars. Jerry was very helpful and quick to respond to calls and texts when I was working on getting my loan and information together. I feel like I got a great deal on my 2014 Honda CRV and it has been driving like a dream since purchasing. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a car from a newer dealership with not many reviews but so far, no regrets! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Honest and thorough. I waited to post this review so I could be confident in my rating. Got a pristine 2008 Rav4 with under 100k miles on it, not a common find in and of itself. Brakes ended up having an issue (existent at time of sale, but it wasn’t apparent to either party) and he made it right and made sure they were in perfect order at no charge to me. Whole process was a breeze and they were accommodating and professional. Used cars from big dealerships are pricey and small lots can be a gamble. This place is the real deal, you can trust them.

Jerry helped guide me through buying my first (used) car. Was very helpful walking me through the process before and after purchasing. Always answered any questions I had quickly through text. Had an awesome mechanic close by who was able to inspect the car and Jerry even covered the cost of the transmission leak it had. All fees associated with getting the car are included in his asking prices which are extremely fair. Thank you Jerry!!!

Absolutely fantastic car buying experience. Incredibly friendly, relaxed and low pressure, and the negotiation was a breeze and totally reasonable...in other words, completely chill - something I wouldnt ever associate with a car dealership. Once we settled on a deal, I was out the door 15 minutes later. And somehow, despite how quick the whole process was, every step was explained thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I was given the option to buy a warranty, but this was presented exactly as it should have been: as an option that may or may not pay off. I dont understand how other dealerships cant follow this model...greed I suppose. I would go out of my way to buy from them again.

Jerry was super responsive and easy to work with. Was very friendly and professional and felt honest and transparent. The only reason for the 4 star is because I didnt quite get the deal I wanted, even though I understand its business so it doesnt take away from my satisfaction overall! I would totally recommend Jerry & frontlinecars!

Recently bought a 2015 Subaru Impreza from Frontline in Tigard/Portland. The guys were good to deal with, the car passed a thorough 3rd party inspection and they truly did seem to care. They are just getting started but our experience was good.
