Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited nearly 10 minutes to place an order during which time not a single person out of the three people working acknowledged me or the person behind me in line. However, when a fourth person arrived for their shift, they were told that they needed to take our orders, and instead of helping myself and the person who had been waiting for several minutes to even be acknowledged, they helped the person who walked in the door immediately after they got there. When they were told when it happened nobody even bother to apologize or acknowledge that was an issue. They have lost a customer, and I highly recommend you avoid going to the location if you actually want good customer service or if you want treatment as if your business matters..

My visit was somewhere between 2-3, so I estimated high. I have to admit that I do not often go to Einstein’s so I’m not sure if part of the problem was the poor set up or whoever does shift management. They have 1 girl working the front(s) and 2 people doing the food. The issue with this was I ended up getting my bagel before I was actually able to pay. The front girl would bounce back and forth between the order line, grabbing items (which didn’t seem like the best use of time) and allowing people to pay. There didn’t seem to be an order to this as I was in line to order when she was taking orders but she arbitrarily moved into the payment line. They were clearly under staffed (who isn’t these days). But is it really not possible to take orders and pay in one location??? If you don’t have the staffing to do two register systems? Also the guy- Ryan- was totally abrasive and overwhelmed. He should watch his tone when speaking to coworkers and customers. I left feeling mostly sorry for the women that worked with him.

Not a good place to go if you’re gluten-free. They have these GF “egg bagels” that you can’t do anything with (like turn into a sandwich). They are not good and way overpriced.

I waited 50 minutes for one chocolate chip bagel. When I got it it tasted like it has been touching onions. Would’ve said something but I didn’t have another hour to wait for them to make it.

This place is awful. They have bad employees who don’t listen and give sass back and are just simply rude. When we first walked in the lady was rude and didn’t know how to greet me and my partner correctly. They didn’t hear that I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and when I was being checked out I didn’t see it and asked again, they said they would make it again no problem. I told them again what I wanted twice and they said okay. I got in my car and saw my bagel was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen I understand. I went back in and politely asked them to re make my bagel and one lady with red hair said “well she (directing to the other lady) didn’t get that” blaming it on her other employee which is also rude. I even said I understood it was hard to hear. The other lady said “well we’re gonna have to re charge you for that bagel because we didn’t charge you correctly.” As I was leaving because I said that is unheard off they persisted to give me unnecessary sass again. I have never worked at a place where we are required to charge them again for a mistake on their part, twice. That is terrible food and customer service and I’m very disappointed as I’ve worked in food service for over 5 years. This was the closing team of 04/04.P.s. the bagels I did get were of awful quality too, slapped together and not toasted.

Wow. This place sux. Bagels werent even toasted, cheese wasnt melted, they forgot to put bacon on mine and almost forgot to give us our muffin. Good thing we noticed. The only thing I enjoyed was my black cold brew. Overall not a bad bagel but when somebody says toasted usually means you want a nicely golden brown bagel to hold up the ingredients of gooey melted cheese and goodness. None of our bagels were this. Just because you are semi busy doesnt mean you should slack on quality. Highly disappointed in this 36 dollar trip to Einsteins today. Pull it together!

Awful customer service. After repeating the order twice, once at the initial order and then when we were checking out, they still got the bagel wrong. Just wanted a bagel with butter and cream cheese. When we got our food, there was no cream cheese on it. Went back in to get it fixed, and they demanded I pay for another bagel if I wanted it fixed. To fix their mistake? I’ve worked in food service for a long time, if you mess up someone else’s food, you make it again for them for free.The redhead manager should be fired, she was so rude to all of the employees and customers too, slamming things and giving sass when there was a question about the food. Could go on and on about how awful this experience was.

Im giving three stars because of the POTENTIAL convenience of placing an order through the app and picking it up w zero contact on my way to work. I spent a few minutes contemplating two stars instead.My frustration is two visits in a row that have been wrong and, who i assume was management, not even acknowledging the situation when I was speaking to an employee about it.Last week my entire order was lost and since my plan was to grab my food and get to work, I didnt have time to wait for them to make it. I had to come back later to get it w no offer of compensation or even a sorry from the supervisor who was standing right there.Today they forgot one of my hashbrowns and, although I requested an Everything Bagel, they gave me a wheat bagel. First of all, I placed my order at 6:21am and you shouldnt be out of anything by then, and secondly, your app says a plain bagel would be subbed...not a wheat bagel.Overall, the ONLY reason Im giving this place one more chance is simply due to location convenience. The food is okay and their accuracy is pretty bad. Oh, and one last thing: being a club member I received an email saying if I placed an order anytime through Dec 31st, Id get $5 off my order. I could not figure out how to get that $5 credit on my order so I did pay full price for an inaccurate service.

The bagels were great however the service was not. We arrived shortly before 10am and they had already run out of flavored creamer for the coffee. In fact, they had also run out of half-and-half as well. When we placed out order, we asked for two milks and then changed our mind and asked for two chocolate milks instead. They provided us the chocolate milk but never took the regular milk off our order. Instead, they gave us a Senior discount. Were not seniors! We dont even pass as seniors.

I already hated bagels. I ordered bagels for my office with the APP so it would seem just read what is in the black and white and make it happen.More of a nuisance than a major issue, but the bagels were not cut or toasted per the request. We do not have kitchen knives at our office nor a toaster/oven. Which makes a meal that is already sketchy look like a paper weight...spoke with Riley this AM and got a real apathetic response. I HATE BAGELS

Love this place & their bagels. Went in on a Einsteins promotion offer, & was very pleasantly suprise by the professional way it was ran, offering a quality breakfast bagel & coffee. Staff walked me thru ordering on their app, helpful & professional and the food was as advertised, very good but, coffee needs a new brand.

I love this place in general but this location has messed up my order several times. Specifically my chai I order and have taken it back several times and the last time I just threw it away. Recently I stopped ordering and then noticed how poorly they are making their bagels, very sad

Relatively good bagels but for something as simple as putting round bread into a bad and passing it to the customer, they mess it up a lot. It’s really not the end of the world, I get that but it also doesn’t seem like there should be as many malfunctions in the process as there are. Great products but that staff could use a little work.

The thing I like best about Einstein Bagels not to mention the delicious Bagels but the Staffing here is so personable

Guys- I just had their churro bagel. I was a little iffy as to how it would taste on a bagel. The bagel was soft and more of like a doughnut texture which was absolutely delicious. I was also a little weary of the cream cheese...it was probably the best cream cheese that i have ever had! It was more on the frosting consistency but it wasnt too sweet and it wasnt too strong or over powering. That churro bagel even gives the home-made elephant ears a run for their money. I am a huge sweets fan but this one knocked it out of the park. Great Great job you guys and i sincerely mean that! Happy Holidays!

It took forever to get in and as soon as we tried walking we were told u wait outside till some people left -u know u really u should have a sign on the window stating that instead on barking at people but the cashier was very nice

Great breakfast bagel sandwiches and have been in stock with most bagel flavors the past few times Ive visited.

Staff has always been pretty friendly and welcoming, no complaints there. Only a few times when Ive ordered two eggs on our sandwiches do we actually get two eggs. I always forget to check before I leave and our order is favorited so it slips our mind. This has never been an issue at any other locations but seems to be the regular here.

I pick up 2 “grab and go” bagel boxes each week. The staff are always friendly and happy to see me. The manager Stephany, has a great memory. Besides my name, she remembers the names of the other regulars that come in while I am there. Great place to have a fresh bagel and cup of coffee. Highly recommend it!

If youre going to have the stupid two register system your employees need to actually enforce it. Never going to this location again and probably never going to an Einstein Bros again

Easy online ordering and delivery plus amazing customer service. The General Manager, Stephanie, totally saved our meeting. I had ordered a variety of cream cheeses to go with a box of bagels the night before the meeting, but forgot to add the bagels to my cart. Stephanie noticed that the cream cheese to bagel ratio was off and threw in a complimentary box of bagels for our early morning delivery just to make sure we were covered in case we needed them...which we did. Stephanie and her team went the extra mile and anticipated our needs. They totally saved our meeting and my bacon! Everything was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend this company and this location in particular.

I have to be honest, we are quite disappointed with our visit. It was our first time going in there. We werent greeted (nor were we told have a good day upon leaving like 90% of other places do) the place has a great variety of food and coffee. The muffins were delicious. But 3/4 of the self serve coffee makers/containers were empty, no utensils were out and I was walked by several times without being acknowledged. It was not busy to where that would justify being ignored. Just not a fan, and will not be returning.

Great service and food

First time Ive visited this Einstein Bros. I like bagels, but my biggest issue with getting them in a shop is most of the time theyre either tough, arent toasted much, and then get glopped with too much cream cheese.This Einstein did everything right. The bagels were light and chewy, not too dense. They were toasted really nicely, and then had a perfect ratio of cream cheese. Very happy with this.As an added bonus, I also thought their medium roast coffee was delicious. This was a nice little surprise when I just needed a quick breakfast snack. Ill be returning to this place in the future for sure.

Really awesome bagels!My wife and I went in this morning and were very happy with Dakota who had great enthusiasm, and a warm smile! However the other 3 employees that seemed to be managers all had very little people skills, negative attitudes, and were yelling at Dakota the entire time. None of the others made any eye contact and rarely smiled. It’s too bad because with such warm scents, coffee, and bagels you’d expect a warmer atmosphere.

The staff is friendly and handles the wave of customers very quickly and efficiently. I ordered a bacon cheddar bagel, it was so delicious!

I was pretty excited to eat here, as I’ve heard lots of good things about their food. I went there this morning for the first time, and found a hair in my bagel. Huge disappointment for my first and probably last visit.

Toppings are getting more and more skimpy.Barely there cream cheese.Super thin sliced lox.Tables are rarely cleaned off.I always seem to be wiping down a table before I sit.Very unfortunate because Ive been coming in for a long time now.Time to re-think my bagel house choice.

I went here twice. Both times they were out of Everything bagels The customer service was lacking in friendliness. As if, they could careless if I return. But COSTCO has Einstein EVERYTHING BAGELS! And you can buy two (2!!) half dozen bags for $5.99 😯 Plus, you can mix your 2 half dozen bags... (plain, cinnamon raisin or the onion/sesame/etc..) mix and match 2 bags. 😋12 bagels for $5.99🤑

This place had good food and all but the staff all seem stuck up and put out if they have to wait for you to make a decision. This was my first time eating there and I had asked few simple questions. The young lady behind the register was nice but the older lady behind the counter made several snarky comments.

First time here and I really enjoyed my pizza bagel. I just wish they had roast beef.

Second time we have been here. Very good. Only thing we,got here late, an they had ran out of the Bagel I wanted, but other choice was good. Young lady that helped us, remembered us from last time. She is excellent, wish I had her name.

Good food but the employees are terrible. Sat there and listened to them try and correct the orders ahead of me that got mixed up, and once they got it figured out they just skipped over my order, I got tires of waiting and left. I wont be back as this is not the first negative experience Ive had here.

Not good to go after lunch rush! Out of most bagels and coffee was luke warm and not their usual fresh. Side dish was not provided as ordered with bagel sandwich...had to adk for it, and tables all needed to be cleaned. Maybe an off day for them today.

My lox was as good as usual.. this location warranted a review for the staff. Cheerfully friendly and down to earth folks. Made my standard Einstein stop a delight.

Joseph picks at his face and ears when he takes your order. Seems like it’s a one woman show here, and she’s doing her best with a slow, unenthusiastic staff. They get the job done but when you walk in you feel like they’re barely keeping it together.

This is the only bagel place within 15 minutes of my work and I love egg and bacon sandwichs. In the 5 times I went here in 2 months my sandwich was only made correctly once. It is a very simple order: egg white and bacon on a toasted sesame bagel, no cheese. There was no bacon the first two times, cheese and no egg the third time, the fourth time my bagel was correct and complimentary because I let the manager know about the previous 3 times, and then again today no bacon. I feel ridiculous having to check my order every single time I go here and I have very few options for places I can eat. Very disappointed.

I could give zero stars, I would. The employees are too busy chatting with each other than providing halfway decent customer service. Ive been in several times where I wait and wait for a toasted bagel that gets cold while they talk to each other about non work related topics. Today I waited for someone to even take my order (only to find out they are out of every bagel but a couple varieties). After talking my order my bagel again gets cold sitting after going through the toaster while the lady chats. She slowly made there other bagel I ordered while she chatted. I ordered and paid for two eggs on that bagel in which I watched her put only one on. I love bagels and their bagels are good but I wont be going back to this location. Terribly run and awful customer service.

They lived up to all my expectations and more. Recently hosted a Tualatin Chamber AM Networking event which started at 7:30AM and the venue doors opened at 7AM. Along with all my setup the last thing I wanted was to have the food come in late. As I pulled up to the venuse, Einstein was already there waiting for the doors to open! Bagels were great, coffee too! After the delivery person set up the station for the guest and was leaving, he noticed we had a few more items to bring into the site from our car. He asked if he could help and it was truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken, and then a couple to pay, and then another 10 for my food. There was no one in front of me when I ordered. The specialty bagel sandwich I got was great! Just took forever.

Food was pretty good. My bacon was a little cold. I think it was the cheese that really cooled it down. The one thing Id like to point out is that it was a little congested (the line) and you have this one employee (short female manager) I believe... running around like a banshee. Running around like that doesnt make things go faster. She was multi tasking to help the employees but when you swirl around like a little tornado that can be more of a hindrance than a help to employees.

Long line slow to serve. The poppable minni bites were under cooked. Staff is happy and pleasant. Just want to see a better system when ordering. Weve been shorted on a bagel or two once or twice and because of the long wait time could not turn back to correct the mistake.
