Scott and Pedro are an awesome duo! I had to rub my eyes to make sure it was my yard, it looked so good :) Plus, Pedro told me he had been with the company for like 18 years, now that is employee loyalty. Loved my overall experience with Bark Blowers. In years past Ive had dark hemlock mulch delivered and then I spread the mulch myself. This year I decided to have it blown in by Scott and Pedro. They arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule, and ensured the mulch was spread evenly. They also blew away debris & hosed down the sidewalks/house. On top of that they were friendly/personable and truly showed they care.This experience was definitely worth every penny I paid. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic work!!! They did my entire yard when I really needed it badly. Scott and (Renaldo?) did an incredible job and the place looks like a paradise garden compared to the nasty condition it was just this morning. Their cleanup was excellent and thorough and they were super fast. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Helpful with the amt and type of sand I would need for my project. Delivered the next day! The delivery person called when they were on their way. Unloaded the sand exactly where I wanted it.

Bark Blowers did an awesome job! We had 2 yards of rock and 1 unit of mulch delivered. They called on the day we were scheduled for and showed up when they were supposed to. When blowing mulch in, they did a great job of making sure everything was covered in mulch. Afterwards they sprayed down our windows and blew off our walkways. I would definitely recommend them!

Bark Blowers came to our house today and blew in 1/2 unit hemlock in the front and backyard. They were early, very polite and did a great job cleaning up after they finished blowing in the bark. I would highly recommend them ! Sybil Eady

I first ordered bark dust, which arrived as scheduled and was placed where I wanted it - everything went smoothly. Then I ordered 3/4 minus maybe a week later. I asked the driver - Scott - if he might try driving the truck slowly while dumping the gravel along the drive. He said hed do his best, and he did a nice job - saved me hours of shoveling and pushing a wheelbarrow around. Really appreciate him making the extra effort. Seriously, saved me a ton of work.

Ive had four units of bark dust delivered this summer. Their product is excellent and priced fairly. The drivers are very kind and caring during the deliveries and the person who has taken my last three orders over the phone has great customer service skills and very kind!I would definitely recommend them for your mulch needs.

Smells so bad I nearly threw up in my mask and that was from across the street, nearly 150 yards away. Overpowering smell of rotten eggs and manure.

Scott and Drake came out and did an amazing job! Even when I didn’t order enough bark dust for the acre I live on, they were able to work it out to get all the bark dust I needed to finish the job! It is a great feeling to have it all done and looking amazing for another year!

I pick up materials here regularly. Love their loading service. Im usually paid up, loaded and out the door in less than 5 minutes, and they always remember what materials Im loading for each job. So I can just pull in and pay while they are loading me.

This place is great. Friendly staff and easy to get in and out of. Prices were good and hauling it out was a cinch. Ill be back.

When you read all the reviews that reference poor/rude customer service, you think surely the company must have acted on that. They must have hired someone who was as bad, or most likely WORSE than the one other reviewers have spoken of.My experience went from frustrating to regretful with one phone interaction.1) I gave the measurements of what we needed covered to a nice guy over the phone. He said it sounds like we need half a until and charged me mid-$500 range. Scheduled for the following week.2) They arrived on the appointed day (Tuesday), started to blow the product and stopped in a matter of moments…it’s too moist to blow this product. Need to reschedule. I called the office immediately and got a pleasant person who apologized for putting the product on the wrong truck for the job. Reschedule for Thursday. Disappointed as we took the dogs to daycare so they would be out of the house and now we have to work our schedules around them again in two days.3) Thursday rolls around, I get a voicemail after the job that there was not enough product for the job as we had not ordered enough and the guys were ‘nice enough’ to blow more than what we paid for, but they would have had to have charged us for more, so they did not finish the job.4) I call back and ‘Jenny’ starts of by telling me I did not order enough. Did we measure?? And she can drop off what we need but it will be a few days ‘because it’s our busy season’. I tried to explain that yes we measured and I gave the measurements to the guy I initially spoke with and he told me how much we needed. ‘Well, he’s only been here a week’. And that should effect me how??? She then asked how much I needed to finish the job. Well….I’m at work…don’t know where they stopped….and I expect THE PROFESSIONALS to know how much I need. “Well, it’s not our fault”. Uhm……so….I give you measurements, you come out twice….don’t finish the job and now you’re jumping to “it’s not our fault”. Oh…she did offer to ‘dump’ the load on the driveway and not charge us the $69 delivery fee. Well…that’s kind of you.“Let me check with the owner and see what I can do….I’ll call you tomorrow”At this point, I don’t even want them back at the house especially since they left the yard gate open.I will never understand why a business puts the worst people in ‘customer service’. She could have been pleasant and understanding and we work it out and I recommend them all of my friends and neighbors. Instead, she is accusatory, demeaning and on the brink of confrontational.I had to call them back to see how we were going to get the issue resolved and I was informed they could come back and blow in the additional ‘for a couple hundred dollars’. Just drop it on the driveway and let’s be done.Moral of the story, go elsewhere If you want efficient or friendly service.

Ive bought compost from them on two occasions. Both were good experiences. I drove in and paid, they loaded my truck and i was gone in five minutes. This was during the week. The price was cheaper than the place on Farmington and the quality seemed comparable. Ill be back for more in a couple years. Thanks

I have a truck and utility trailer so this review is regarding local pick-ups. The yard is easy to get in and out of. They seem to have a good breadth of products that most homeowners would like. I specifically go there because they have small bark nuggets and is very close to my house. Service is usually very quick and friendly - but I go in the middle of the week so I cant speak for the weekends. I can do better on pricing for the mainstream products and will drive to Sherwood to get them - even though it is MUCH further away. The bulk of their business is probably through deliveries so that might be why.

They came and blew bark and that went well. The work men were friendly and did a great job. I later called back to get a little bit more delivered and asked for time frame and explained my husband only worked less than 10 min away. The day of delivery we got a call but they were here in about 5 min....the drivers unsympathetic response was..We are only a couple miles away .... So why couldnt they have waited 10 min after they called me?... or have better planning and called earlier to give us a time frame of when they would come... Having to wait around or be available all day for a 5 min delivery seems not very good customer service when it only takes a little planning.. And consideration.

I purchased several yards of the soil mix for my raise beds due to it being so woody all my plants are stunted. Very dissatisfied now I have to remove the soil, sift it and amend. Waste of money

Ordered dark fine hemlock bark. Company delivered RED Medium bark of whatever type. Last month we had landscaping done on rest of yard with beautiful fine dark brown bark throughout.Now have a two tone landscape that looks ugly--like a two-tone landscape.Chunky red bark combined with the fine dark bark makes the house look cheap. Disappointed in Beaverton. Hope the delivery man was correct in that will Turn brown as is supposedly freshly cut hemlock.Time will tell if we use this service again. Rude customer service. The woman on the phone was not helpful and quite rude. My order was completely messed up and they wouldnt correct the mistake. I ordered 3 units of product but they only made my order for 2. I have to wait another 2 weeks because of their mistake! I would recommend Grimms Fuel.

Dont use these guys! I ordered two yards of dirt with explicit instructions not to drop it in my driveway. My driveway is made of pavers and I didnt want their big fat truck pulling onto my pavers and I didnt want them blocking my garage door with the dirt. But when I arrived home I discovered that is exactly where they dumped it at the head of my paver driveway in front of my garage door. When I made the request, the girl who took my order assured me the driver had been driving for 20 years and was extremely competent.When I called to complain about this, the girl who took my order merely apologized and even suggested I could find chemicals at the local supermarket to clean the pavers! It wasnt until I told her that I wanted my delivery fee refunded that she even thought of that. There are other options nearby that are just as competitive and far more competent.

Weve been using them for a few years now as were working through various land scaping projects. If you have a truck or a trailer, you can beat the price for a place relatively in the city. Delivery prices arent bad, but can be a little spendy on smaller loads (but thats been our experience everywhere).

Rude, unprofessional. Extremely LOUD blower operating before the legal time in the morning disturbed the entire neighborhood. We are not happy. Totally inconsiderate. Why is it I cant call them before 8:00am, but they feel they can turn that loud blower on before 8:00???
