Worst tire place I tried so far. Came to patch flat tire, they told me it will be $30 for my SUV. Firstly, it took them over 1 hour to patch that tire. But also after they were done the same guy told me it’s $40. What a rip off. Not even deserve 1 star. Not giving these lazy workers another cent. Don’t choose this shop for tire service.
They could not complete my alignment due to a clearance issue with the size of their equipment and the gap in my wheel well. Front desk could not explain why clearly or correctly, immediately gave attitude when trying to understand why and was pretty clueless the whole time. The kids on the shop floor werent even checking tie rods correctly in their inspections. It wasnt until the technician explained it to me when I was getting my keys that I got any sense of clarity.Received an alignment from their competitors same day, perhaps this location needs to invest in some newer equipment.Would not recommend, will not be back.
Both Greg and Derek are fantastic guys. In Oregon for vacation, I arrived right at 7am for a small leak on my tire. They took care of me right away, when I was turned away at the Beaverton site. So grateful! Now my kids can enjoy vacation again!
Nice people, busy shop which suggests a place thats got steady customers. They did the job on my car without any problem, will stick with them until they mess something up
I came here to get a front license plate attached to my car (I come from a state that doesnt do that) and they did it for free. Told me half an hour and were done in less than 20 minutes. While I was waiting, I heard them going out of their way to give another customer a complimentary service. I definitely plan to go back.
Great service for a great deal on tires! Firestone was fast an efficient. Ben at the counter went above and beyond especially! I had made an appointment and selected tires through the CarAdvise app, but when I got there they only had 3 of the 4 tires I needed. Ben found the tire I needed from a neighboring store AND WENT AND PICKED IT UP HIMSELF when he learned that it wouldn’t be delivered in time. I use my car A LOT for work. Ben got me back on the road ASAP.
I used their service two years ago, and I’ve been thinking about it. I don’t know what to make of it, so let me describe it as factually as I can. That morning, I took my Civic to Accurate Auto for periodical oil change etc. (Accurate Auto was my regular place to go for my car.) They found a nail on a tire, and because they don’t do tires, advised me to go to a tire store. So I visited this Firestone. I was very clear that all I need was the new tire (or possibly tires; I understand changing only one tire can be a problem) They opened the bonnet anyway and started pointing out things like the brake fluid.I drove back home okay (not a long distance). After late lunch, I got in my car again to go to a grocery store—and the car made loud, definitely unusual noises. I was scared. I called this Firestone, and they told me to come right away. The store was crowded in the morning, so I asked them if they had the time for my car, and they kindly said they had time. They said something (a pin?) with the cooling system was broken. I had to leave my car there; the part would arrive overnight and they’d fix it first thing next morning. VERY expensive repair. That’s all. At the time, I didn’t suspect anything. I still don’t know.
Recently, my wife and I were looking to get good all-season tires for the ‘02 Corolla we just got for our teen as a first car.I have experience with several local tire shops from purchases in the past. And I did a lot of online comparing in this case.We wanted something very reliable and safe but that would not break the bank.My search brought me to Firestone Complete Auto Care at 13500 SW Pacific Highway in the Tigard Marketplace. From the moment I entered the shop I could tell this would be an amazing experience.I was greeted with the most genuine friendliness and customer care. The tires we decided on checked all the boxes and were the same he had just installed on his child’s car.Definitely the fastest install I have ever had: done in under 30 minutes. This shop is so good it’s where staff is trained before beginning in their other location.Outstanding from start to finish!
Dude, these guys are awesome! I called them up literally right at end of day to ask about having my suspension looked at, and the guy who I talked to heard my story, and offered to waive the cost of having my vehicle looked at, right off the bat!! (In the last 5 minutes before close, I re-iterate!)This morning, I brought my vehicle in, and the mechanic combed through it, and I was given an exhaustive list of what I need, at absolutely no cost. These people are life-savers! Now I know exactly what I need to make my vehicle safe, all without ever having paid a thing, and I owe it all to these guys. They deserve to have their business grow, infanitessimally!
Really appreciated the service at the Tigard Firestone today. I went in thinking I needed new brakes, and the guys took a look and gave me the actual measurements, which showed I had a fair amount of life left. Since I was able to wait on the brakes, I bought a full set of tires, which I knew I needed but thought I’d have to wait for. They were totally cool about everything and didn’t pressure me at all. Seriously, it was all so pleasant that I actually bought a warranty on the tires (again, no pressure) because I felt like the rep was being realistic about what it covered. I never buy a warranty on anything.I’ll be honest—I expected to be overcharged and pushed on upsells, and I was planning to accept that because I just opened a Firestone card and wanted to use credit rather than paying what I assumed would be a better price at a smaller shop. In reality, I paid a totally reasonable amount for only the work my car actually needed, and it might seem like a small thing to some people, but when you’re a bit of a pushover like me, it’s really refreshing not to have that taken advantage of.I’m used to being told by various other chains that my car is practically going to explode if I leave the property without some super-expensive work I had no idea I needed, and I always dread going to mechanics because I know I’m going to end up spending twice what I expected doing whatever they tell me to do because I don’t trust myself to know when not to. So for me, and I know I’m not alone here, it’s really really nice to leave a shop and not wonder if I legitimately needed the long list of things I got bullied into adding.I’ll definitely be going back to this Firestone store in a few months when I do need those brakes.
A while back, I took my Subaru Outback 2013 for brake inspection. They were professional with friendly customer service, and fixed a slow leak on the front driver side tire. A few months later when I went to change the tire, I discovered that one of the lug nuts was damaged and required replacing a wheel stud. This had to be due to over torqueing using an impact wrench to mount the tire. On the rear tires 3 wheel studs were also over torqued and damaged. Wish I would have caught the problem sooner. My suggestion to the shop is that to ensure that their technicians when mounting tires first tighten the lug nuts by hand and then use a torque wrench instead of a impact wrench.
I had horrible service here.Firstly, it was very hard for me to schedule by phone. No one picks up my call, I had to call many times to get reservation.I scheduled and they said this will be done within hour and back to pickup my car one hour half later. However, my car was parked exactly what I parked in front of the office. All of technicians are chatting no one cares about anything to my car. I had to wait another hour to complete engine oil change.Nothing apologies, no sorry to me.I know this place used to be good but now this looks totally different place. I do not think I will use this location again.
I have had a wonderful time working with Firestone recently. Today Billy and Ben at the Tigard OR Store provided me with great customer service. Thank you.
Very good customer service, Ben the office manager is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Went in for a sway bar and control arm replacement and they did a great job along with greg being a rock star and knocking like $90 off the price because of an unexpected development.
The front desk was condescending, and seemed to assume we musnt know anything about car service by the way he tried to high horse us in explanation. The job they did was subpar, left me with squeaky breaks. Apparantly this is common, and apparantly the nearby Les Schwab handles many of firestones victims. Definitely always a red flag when the attitude is poor, and they try to rope you into paying more on everything. Use your best judgment when walking into one of these places.
Visited this location several times and was always treated with courtesy and respect. Whether its a standard oil change, a general inspection, or some miscellaneous concern, the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Lex, Greg, and the technicians are reliable and great at what they do.
Ben and Gregg saved our life by opening on Sunday they got us fixed and got us back on the road in no time I thank them and this location for their sirvice
Came in for a tire patch of one tire, tries to up sell a tire replacement of all tires and did not do the original service.
Billy always goes above and beyond to make sure Im taking care of. Cant recommend enough.
This is the kind of place that makes people distrust mechanics. Took my old audi here the other day and they tried to charge me $200 for an oil change, double what the price was last time. Glad I confirmed before letting them actually check me in, took my keys and bounced to another local shop who changed me less then half, which was also on par with the last price I paid at the Audi Wilsonville dealership....Edit - 11/23/2020 - Just took my Subaru Forester to the local dealer for a recall, and also needed a new cabin air filter. They charged me $59.95. This place charged me $122.99 (just over double!) for the exact same service on 6/25/2019. So disgusting...
Gave me quick and friendly service
I had a great experience, it was fast and easy. The costumer service on the phone and in person was really good too.
Really appreciate this Firestone and how forthright and honest Greg and the technicians are. Might not be the very cheapest, but honesty and skill will always save you money in the long run!
After calling for appointment for 4 tires, we drove over, just to. Hi d out they wanted our car for 2 hours so they could matience our car along with putti g on tires. I said no we just want tires. He argued with us that they dont do things that way. They go through car and suggest what you needI dont think so. I wont be back or tell anyone to go there.
Greg, Lex and crew are the best in the business. They have always been honest and up front with what my vehicles need. They have never pushed me to do work that wasnt needed right away. These are they only guys around that I trust with my classic Corvette.
Was referred here by a place I purchased a car from for tires, the manager Greg was awesome and very helpful I was pleased with the service.
The Staff at this location are so welcoming, nice, friendly, and accommodating. They got my car finish quickly and explained everything they did. I now will always go to this location in Tigard. Recommended!
I called there to make an appointment for oil change. A guy called Josh told me that I dont need an appointment and just go there and they would take care of me quickly. I went there and they finish my oil change after 1 hour and 50 minutes. When I asked him why he didnt warn me that it would take this long he just said dont worry its done while I missed something that I need to do. I wont go there again because integrity is so important to me.
Stopped in for a tire repair and Greg took care of me! Family has been going here for years. Appreciate the great work. Thank you!
Great service and took care of me on an unusual warranty situation.
They didnt even put my spare away just tossed it in the back of the truck 😒
Terrible. I’ve gone here four times these past 3~4weeks for the same issue regarding my car’s alignment and balance. They messed up my steering wheel and when I asked them to fix it they obviously can’t since they messed it up. Now my steering wheel is always tilted towards the right and the car won’t go straight when the steering wheel is put in the proper position.Today I had gone to have them realign and balance my tires since I was having the sameness issue, and they still weren’t able to fix it! I had to call to ask how everything was and they told me that the tech didn’t feel the need to do anything with the car because it was ‘perfect’ I had to ask them to realign and balance my tires which was 4 hours after I left the car with them!I get my car back today and notice that they’ve spread motor oil all over my WHITE interior, steering wheel and the roof of my car. Seriously? So unprofessional and I can tell they did it on purpose so I don’t go to them again. And I definitely won’t go to them again.Keep away from this Firestone if you know what’s best for your vehicle. They smile and act like they’ll take care of you but the work that they do is terrible and very unprofessional. If I could give them negative stars I would.
Great service and cool people
Awesome customer service experience! Josh helped me get a new set of tires, and he called and kept my updated throughout the process. They also got done installing them pretty quick. I am very satisfied, and plan on coming back!
Complete Auto Care is a FALSE statementCalled to inquire about a leak down test on an A/C system that has been flushed and is clean with no refrigerant or oil in it. This is a simple procedure with the equipment they have. This a clean R12 system that has been flushed and has had the new fitting installed for the R134 conversion. They perform the exact same procedure on a system that is R134 and he said they wont do it. The conversion has been done all you have to do is charge the system with R134 and perform the leakdown test.Complete auto care is False advertising.
Guys, I just had to drop a pretty penny on my car. I have a fairly new car, but I drive A LOT so I had to do some maintenance. I needed new tires, oil change, and had a sneaking suspicion my alignment was off....maybe cause Ive seen the chiropractor a lot lately. Well it added up. But Firestone is the best and made it feel less painful. Not only was I able to easily make an appointment online on Sunday to get Monday, but their tire summaries online are excellent and I was able to narrow down what I wanted very quickly. I perused Costco, Les Schwab, and Sears to see if I could find a better deal...though I spent a little more than I would like to get my tires put on, the cost overall and the option for tire warranty more than made up for it. They are chipper in the office, and not to mention knowledge able and patient. I heard one manager walk people through the details of a couple of difference services and tire types and he never once sounds out having to explain them. You try explaining winter tires to a 60 year old woman! He was great. I had a good experience and will DEFINITELY go back.
I always have a wonderful experience with Firestone, and even though this was my first time at this specific store they held true to their reputation. I was able to get the exact tires I wanted by the next morning despite coming in late in the day and everyone there was so kind and courteous! This will be my new go-to place!
Dont go here!! We went in to have TWO tires change and asked to have A/C check and was told it would be about two hours. Not bad, so I thought!! 4, I repeat FOUR HOURS LATER!! We finally got the car back and when asked what is up with that? Sorry, thats the way it is was not the answer we wanted. Never again!! We will go to Discount Tire!!
I needed my tires rotated and balanced and a wheel alignment done on my wife’s Mazda 6... the guy calls me back after the inspection and tells me my valve cover gasket needs to be replaced, and my brake fluid needs to be flushed and that I need new tires... all of those things are false... recently had the valve cover gasket done 3 months ago, 10 months ago the brake fluid was flushed and the tires are still good with 50% tread left at least! I love how some people are lying dirt bags trying to take people’s money. 😡🤬
Love this place. As soon as you step in, Greg calls you by name. All of them are polite & knowledgeable. Been going here for years and unlike other places, they do not force or scare you in getting more service.
Always on Task! Great Work Firestone!
Greg and his team go above and beyond to provide a great experience for their customers. They listen and make sure the job is done right. If you own an off road vehicle and need an alignment done right, this is the Firestone you want to use.
Good prices. Great staff. Highly recommend this business. They do not recommend any work that isnt necessary. They do the job well and are extremely trustworthy. Bring your vehicle here. Theyll repair it right and for a great price. Greg and his team get the job done. Your vehicle and peace of mind are in good hands. I can not emphasize any higher that you bring any of your car care needs to this shop. You wont be disappointed.
Had a giant bolt in the front tire. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon because they were the only place open. I am glad I did. The guy at the desk was helpful and was able to fix the tire instead of having to replace the whole thing. I appreciate the guys fixing it as well. It has been a month and the repair is still holding strong. Great work!
Few customers in waiting area. Took me right in and did the work I needed right away. Friendly staff, hot coffee available, fair prices. Offered suggested needs and costs for future work that I might consider for my vehicle. You have questions or concerns and they will cover the information with you. I find this location to be a fair and reputable shop.
Great customer service. Sort of bummed that they only had one selection of tires to choose from day of (I couldve ordered cheaper ones but then Id have to wait).. thats my only complaint. They were too notch as far as a service provider goes. Didnt try to push anything, only provided options and let me make the choice.
The crew at Firestone completely exceeded my expectations. They were one of the very few tire shops open on a Sunday when I got a punctured tire on my way back to Eugene. Greg, who was working the service desk, displayed a very high level of professionalism and positivity even when customers kept flooding in. I was able to get back on the road in no time without any further issues with the repaired tire.
Stopped in here because they were open on Saturday. Needed the plastic shield that was dangling under my car reattached or removed. They told me that it was a busy day but if I could come back around 3:30, there would likely be no wait. I returned at 3:30 and they took it right in. Removed the broken plastic cover and had me on my way. Didnt even charge me! Excellent service. Firestone Tigard has earned a new customer. I will definitely return. Thank you!
Quick and friendly service!
We were traveling through southern OR over Memorial Day weekend, and (of course) Sunday night when we returned to our hotel, noticed a flat tire. **UGH** First thing Monday we started searching for our options. Firestone in Tigard was our closest open option. We called ahead, and the staff warned us of a very busy day do to the holiday, and to expect at least a few hours. We made it in early, and they put us on their list. I was worried about having to buy four new tires due to SUV requirements, and Grant could tell my level of stress. He was so kind, gave me all the potential out comes, and directed us to Starbucks for a wait. He called me within an hour, gave me the GREAT news that all the tire needed was a patch. AND they had it all done already. We were back on our way to Seattle in no time. With such relief!! For such a stressful situation I could not have asked for a more kind and understanding staff. THANK YOU ALL!!
These guys are great. Had an issue because I came in too late and they couldnt finish my truck. They took care of it the next business day and I am happy. Lifetime alignment is worth it!
Handsdown.... they are fast... very helpful. Very hands on.... very knowledgable... AND. They waiting area and shop are clean clean. All the employees seem to have great attitudes and smile
Sam and Alex were beyond helpful staying late to help me after I had got an unexpected flat. Very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. I live an hour and half away from the location but will be getting all my tires from now on from here, its worth the drive!!
Made a appointment got there and was told no one put me in the for my appointment. Always a hassle to get in then they have your car for hours.
Be careful
Ive been meaning to write a review of this place for a long time. I drive 200-300 miles per day and this Firestone always provides excellent service. They even gave me a new hubcap one time when they really didnt have to do that. Im a professional driver and maintaining my tires is extremely important for me and this place has never let me down. Theyre even open on Sunday!
******CONSUMER BEWARE*************This shop is a sham of professionalism and work ethics. The manager is late to open up store and makes customers wait. The front desk personnel says they can do the work but they dont have the man power to accomplish the work. Then schedule me to have the work done on the weekend but never got authorization to do the work from the fleet. Please spend your money else where unless you want to wait for the help to show, be told lies of what they can do, and if your lucky you will know Les Schwab is just over the hill.
Greg was punctual and helpful in getting my alignment job done. Got in and out quickly on Black Friday with satisfied job done. He accommodated error in the schedule system for another week and made the job happened on the day of visit. Price was right as advertised on the web.
Lex was very good and helpful! The main office he had to call made the checkout process long and difficult! Lex maintained his patience, and we made it thru after much time!
My husband and I had both of our vehicles VERY WELL taken care of at this Firestone location. New tires, oil changes, alignments, the works. Greg and John took care of both of us very well and I definitely will make sure we are repeat customers. This was a great find close to home and we received some great deals.I do encourage anyone looking to book an appointment online and make sure you get your tires quoted online that way you are getting the online sales since the price in the store might be different if you just walk in. They might be able to give you a better cost if you ask, but the coupons and online deals have to be brought in to receive them. Just a quick note to anyone that likes to save a few extra $$$.
Best service thank ..you for your dedication to the whole team exelent costumer service
Greg,We would like to thank you for the great service today. We blew a tire and didn’t have a lug nut key. You loaned one to Matt, and also let him borrow another tool. Flat tires in the rain are no fun and we appreciate what you did for us. You were very busy but took the time to help us out.Thank you Matt Mickle and Deanna
I purchased my lifetime alignment package over 3 years ago. Ive been turned away for every reason possible after scheduling appointments and driving there. I was told alignment couldnt be done due to the sway bar bushings being bad. Seriously? After replacing EVERY suspension component on my jeep, I went back. They did my alignment, but when I drove home it was very shaky and pulled on the freeway. I got home and inspected my jeep. The tie rod end bolts were left with 1/2 inch play. Bolts werent even close to finger right. I was advised to drive back so they could fix. My only route to their shop is on the freeway. They werent crazy busy either. I decided to snug things up myself and go elsewhere.
I paid for a Complete Vehicle Inspection... YET, my coolant tank was near empty, I have a flat tire with a nail in it, and electrical problems. Yet, Greg said the car was fine?! Its all a scam or he didnt do his job. I also had a new battery that kept dying... I tried explaining my problems but Greg was rude to me on the phone and didnt believe it was an electrical problem... I tried to explain but he wouldnt listen and laughed. VERY RUDE. I also requested the tires to be inspected, balanced, aligned and an oil change. I never received any of these services. I have been going to Firestone for over 5 years BUT I am never going to this one. Be careful with these people.
Helpful, attentive and happy Service team, makes a not so familiar situation much easier to navigate😊
Never again will I bring my vehicle to Firestone. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment when they’re rarely on time??? Today was the last straw - I scheduled a 10:00am appointment for an oil change and to have my snow tires put on. It’s now 3:00 and the service STILL isn’t complete. I think I could have watched a YouTube video and completed both services myself in less time. NEVER AGAIN WITH FIRESTONE!
These gentlemen saved my car today! I had a blow out and a bent wheel and they were able to fix it and get me on the road in about an hour. They werent running any specials for the tire brand I bought but I saved money by buying all 4 anyway. They were extremely nice and professional the whole time. Greg is awesome and will try to do whatever he can to help you.
I was removing my key lock lug nuts when the key broke. I called before closing and they were able to remove my lug nuts for me with no issues. They were very friendly and eager to help.
Went in for a tire change left with engine knocking. Never requested, let alone approved engine work.
Buyer beware - predator retailer. Was quoted $105 to change two tires on Mini Cooper wheels (I supplied the tires). Falsely claimed Oregon State law required tire pressure monitor sensor to be changed and quoted additional charge due to low profile tires. Found a smaller shop in Aloha that did the work for $30.
I mistakenly thought I bought tires for my car here, and brought it in with a nail to be patched. Greg patched it free of charge, even though we discovered I bought them elsewhere.. However, we did buy all new tires for our 4Runner a year ago, which led to my confusion.. Good folks, real nice and quick to get things done. I really appreciate it, Greg!
These guys were amazing! I got my rear breaks done and they are quick and on top of it! I even cameBack and they put my license plates on my new car! They go above and beyond and will go the extra mile for you! They made a customer out of me!Thanks guys!
They take care of you here. They will be real with you about what you need right away and what can wait. They also will give you plenty of heads up on what to expect coming down the way. Also fantastic advice when you need it.
Saved me in a pinch!! I bought a lifted Jeep amd needed an allignment every other shop I called was 1 to 2 weeks out or would not work on a lifted Jeep. These guts went way above and beyond and got it fixed!! Thank you all so much!!!
I was regular customer for the last few years, but last week when I was changing oil for 2010 Toyota RAF 4, one of their staff came to me with such an exitment which he could not hide, said Sir come fallow me I want to show you something in your car. I went inside their shop with him and he showed me broken upper rediator hoos. I asked him how much will it cost for the labor part and oil change all together if I want to it here ? He looked it up in his computer and told me $728.00 . I told him give me some time to check this part online, in response to my statement he told me you have to tow your car or either let us do the job for you . When I checked price of part on Amazon it was $22.99 and it need it ten minutes to remove the old one and put the new one. Showing empathy for your customer problem will be considered good customer service not exited face and being pushy to pay you such amount of bill. I will not go there again .
When I found my tire flat after a long day of work, I was bummed until I remembered that Firestone stays open till 7(unlike the other guys who close at 6). The AAA guy got me there at 6:30 and because I was able to call first, the crew at Firestone Tigard was ready to help. I was greeted kindly and the technicians took my car in immediately. Even though they had a full bay, they got to my car while I waited. The manager made a fresh pot of coffee (which was great after standing in the rain for an hour) and gave me the remote to the TV while I got to relax. The crew got to my car, fixed my tire for free, offered to change my headlight which I didnt know was out and were very friendly when I declined. All in all, i was very happy with the service. It took an hour but they stayed late to fix it and I was very appreciative since I live in Portland and wanted to drive home!A BIG thank you to the crew who was awesome all around.~ A
After moving out here from North Carolina (I drove), I had the rear wheels on my car replaced. Before moving here, I had replaced the breaks and rotors on my car. The brakes were squeaking, so I went to this Firestone and had them resurface them. After leaving and still hearing squeaking, I called and found out that they only resurfaced the front brakes. I came back a few days later and had the rear brakes. I left and the brakes were still squeaking. I called to tell them, but decided I was not going to have them continuously resurface my brakes that I just had replaced. At that last visit, I asked them to order a part for the windshield fluid system and they never ordered that part like they told me they would and, thus, never called me when it came in like they said they would. The customer service here is quite lacking. I have to have the oil in my vehicle changed and will be going to Les Schwab, where the reviews are stellar unlike the reviews for this place. Take your money elsewhere.
Terrible customer service, very slow technicians, very unprofessional.I had a screw in my tire and needed it patched. I called this location and asked to make an appointment and the man said to just come in. I showed up the next day and the person at the counter seemed very annoyed that I didnt have an appointment. I explained that I had a screw in my tire and explained right away that I had a 3rd party warranty that they would have to call and work with. The person at the counter dismissed this as no big deal and they checked out the tire. After waiting 30+ minutes for them to just look at the tire they decided that the tire had drive flat damage and could not be repaired. They told me I had to purchase at least 2 tires due to the wear on the existing tires. I made an appointment to come back the next day to have the work done. The next day I showed up and they had no record of my appointment but begrudgingly agreed to do the work. Once again I gave them the information about my 3rd party warranty and stated they needed to make a call to get payment. They had stated the work would take under an hour, but it took well over 2 hours. When they finished the work they came out to settle up the bill and I asked them if theyd called on the warranty and they were shocked. Finally they got around to calling and the warranty company had closed for the day. They then refused to let me drive off the lot without making a payment in full out of pocket. While I was waiting around for all of this stupidity the staff members, including the manager, were swearing at each, disparaging each other, and bickering with a lobby full of customers. It was wildly inappropriate, and clear that I was not the only uncomfortable person in the room. After all this I took my damaged tire home with me so I could try to get reimbursed by my 3rd party warranty. When I inspected the tire myself I could see that the screw did not puncture all the way through the rubber, they did not pull the screw out to inspect the damage, there was no visible damage to the inside of the tire at all. THERE IS NO REASON THIS TIRE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN PATCHED. They scammed me into buying TWO tires when I needed exactly ZERO tires. As usual, getting any auto maintenance done was more expensive, more time-consuming, and more stressful than expected or at all necessary. Do not recommend this place.
They have friendly staff and have always treated myself and my partner really well
A very pleasant visit and this customer is satisfied...Joshua and Greg were great...At first Joshua accidently mis-quoted me a price on a car battery (due to a date on a mail in rebate) and didnt realize it until I was at their location. Greg was amazing and quickly and effectively turned the situation around and found a way to make the situation right. Greg then got the repair done in under a half hour, including a couple of very nice and professional upgrades at a very reasonable price. Both have excellent customer service skills and were very personable. I couldnt be happierThanks guys!Denny
They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday. Fixed AC quickly and only charged me $25. Great customer service, very helpful and friendly staff!
Showed up at 7am for a quick flat repair. The service manager opened the door at ten minutes after the hour. When I told him what I needed he said that no techs were scheduled until 8am because the manager messed up the scheduling. I asked if he could do it because I was in a hurry and it was just a quick patch. He said he couldnt because he was needed at the front desk. I dont know why he wasnt at the front desk for the first 10 minutes of his shift. He had plenty of excuses for why he couldnt help me. I went to another tire place nearby and was in and out within 15 minutes.
These Techs Are Good At Their Job..But The Front Desk Guys Go To The Extreme ..When I come in for an oil change dont tell me I need tires when I dont .Thats Shady !!
Im looking around for a new tire shop because the place I have been going to for years has changed management. After checking out the website I learned that they do full-service on cars. My car was up for a timing belt change according to the maintenance manual so I called, got a quote, and scheduled the maintenance. I dropped the car off after hours, like discussed with the person on the phone; filled out the form, and left the keys. The next morning I got a call from someone who said there were so many things he didnt know where to begin. I mentioned that I had brought it in for a specific purpose, so I wasnt sure what he meant. He then said they were going to do an inspection and call me back. When he called me back you would think they needed to rebuild the car. Knowing something about car maintenance, it became very clear to me he was trying to maximize their income. I stopped him after we got in a debate whether, for a car that had been inspected just 6 month prior checking and checked ok (and less than 5k mile later), it needed a complete break overhaul. I picked up the car and did not receive a report for the free car inspection advertised. I have since taken the car to another shop which has not assessed the dismal state of repair.
My car broke down over the labor day weekend needing a major repair. I was impressed that I was able to pick up my car the very next day! The broken parts were replaced successfully, and I got to see the old parts. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience in both the quality of repair and the ease of communication with the manager, Lex.
Fast and friendly plus good prices.
Good guys work here. Very upfront and honest.
The repairman I spoke with was obnoxious and thought that I was wrong about my car needing service. Then after my car was finally looked at, after at least an hour of waiting, I was treated as if I wouldnt be able to understand what the repairs needed to be. The cost of the repair quoted was pricey, but never fear they will find a way to inflate the price further so you qualify for a small discount. Not to mention while I waited two separate customers came in to complain about their service. Needless to say, I left with my inflated estimate and sought assistance elsewhere.
Was told I needed new break and rotors. Took it to the dealership and was told I had 50% on my breaks and my rotors are in near new condition. Had the rotors in front resurfaced and solved my problem. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! WILL BAIT YOU WITH THE FREE INSPECTION AND HAVE YOU THINKING YOUR CAR IS IN MAJOR NEED OF REPAIRS. I FEEL BAD FOR ANYONE WHO THEY CON INTO SPENDING MONEY THEY DONT NEED TO. CON ARTIST!!!!! GET MULTIPLE INSPECTIONS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Very good serviceLex took good care of my husbands car.
Had a TPMS light come on in my wife car. Pulled in to Firestone I didn’t think they were open on Sunday’s but The manager told me to pull it in to the first stall. Tech came out checked all 4 tires and I was done in 5 minutes. Super service!
Gregs wonderful and will not try to sell you a bill of goods. The service is also very good. As with all things automotive, its expensive but you get quality work.
Great set of people working there. Have always been upfront with me.
Joshua was great help and very quick wasted no time. I was new to this and thought it was going to be a hassle. Joshua took care of everything for me including talking to the extended warranty agents etc. I would definately recommend Firestone. Customer service was on point along with the mechanics.
Do not bother making an appointment, they will not be ready for you when you arrive.Scheduled an early morning brake replacement a week in advance and arrive to 1 technician working and 5 cars ahead of me. Was told they couldnt get to my car for a long time and it wouldnt be ready until the end of the day. Could have easily called me and asked me to reschedule, instead I wasted half a day and had to continue driving a car that needed a brake pad replacement.
I like this place for tires and car repairs! It is convenient and polite to its customers !
On a trip from out of state. Truck broke down with a bad fuel pump. Got my truck repaired in under 3 hrs. At a price lower than quoted. Made it back home a very satisfied customer. Thank you to Firestone of Tigard!!! Job well done!!!
