I have never seen a place that makes you jump through so many hoops. I showed up to pickup equipment. I was told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour before they would provide it to me. I ended up canceling the services I ordered and will go somewhere else for them. I would have been helpful if they would have just said Im really sorry but we just dont want your money
Had to wait half an hour just to pick up a Router they pulled out of a drawer. Could nobody have taken 2 seconds to do that? There were multiple employees goofing off in the corner when they told us we needed to wait. Quality customer service right there

The store is large, modern, and had plenty of comfortable seating. Heath is one of the best service members I’ve ever worked with. I had many reservations about signing up for internet for the first time, but it went so well and he was so helpful that I also decided to use his help to get Xfinity Mobile. Top notch service and an awesome guy.
Large, newly opened Xfinity Store, that isnt as convenient as their past Nimbus location. Your first stop, is right in the front door where you are greeted and asked what you need help with. They then hand you a printed receipt, you can either sit down or walk around and look at all Xfinity offers. Once a customer service agent becomes available they will come meet you and take you to their station. The process was pretty simple and didnt last to long.

Very busy with replacements of modems. And only 1 person to handle a string of people waiting. All in all, they managed, but it wasnt ideal for customers or employees.

Moving so I went to Wilsonville store to return equipment and terminate service. Customer service rep took equipment and threw it in a box. Besides requesting service be terminated, I inquired as to why I was charged an extra $18 on last months bill. Her reponse was you will have to wait 12 hours to talk to someone. I said no thanks. To top everything off I got a call a month later from the tenant in my old house saying they could not get xfinity service because the customer service rep in Wilsonville failed to terminate service as requested. I immediately called Xfinitys customer store to insist that service be terminated. She informed me I will be billed fo the extra month. What a nightmare
Are negative stars possible? Horrible, just horrible. But its Xfinity, so we all know and expect that. But, I guess Ill give 1 star because they did indeed meet my expectations of being just horrible.
I love Comcast.They are honest and move with the times as well as great service.
I waited 45 minutes to pick up a modem and had to leave without it.
We had to make a change to our internet plan and decided to drop in to take care of it. All Covid protocols were in place and enforced. One person was allowed inside at a time. We were able to complete our business within just a few minutes and are very happy with our new service.

Terrible experience. They had 3 employees in the front chatting never helped anyone. Their were 3 people waiting for help. Front shaved head guy was no help very rude.

Id never had an experience with Comcast until a little over a year ago. Id heard many negative things and was expecting the worst. However everything from the first call until I turned in my equipment after moving was as good as I could ever want it to be. I expected a hassle when disconnecting my services during this visit but I was in and out in a few minutes and everything went smooth and very friendly.
So the store here is really good, the staff is great but xfinity Corp is isnt good. There systems are bad. Most of my experience at this location is to do with phone. If you got time and want to save money the mobile stuff is good but the complexity of non store staff and systems means you have to have a lot of patience. To save the money to get it to work out is complicated. Get your phone from them on a deal they have good ones. Corp have lots of problems with unlocked phones ie they dont do Samsung new phones like no company I have ever heard of. So do research on any purchase before you buy it. Staff with help and be good here but due to systems be ready to spend a lot of time here for sny issue with Corp. Highly recommend staff here.

Been going here for years and always excellent service . I had an issue with a gift card the 800 number said my phone wasn’t activated when it was and they couldn’t do anything so I went to this branch and they fixed it and I got my gift card sent out in the mail.
Rasbe was very helpful & polite. He helped me with information about my service & adjusted my package for me.
They have improved their service. I was in and out in less than 30 min. I upgraded a phone.
Helpful people to negotiate a confusing and frustrating company
Very fast, polite, someone was walking around disinfecting everything the whole time I was there. But I want the long, it took all of 5 minutes to get a new remote.
We went to the store because we got a different answer from everyone we talked to by phone. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. We got our questions answered without gibberish and our service modified to what we need. A big thank you to the staff.
On a Sat we had no service from Xfinity in any of our TVs. Calls to service centers were stuck in regular voice messages and service was not successfully started. This went on for four hours!We suspect that the problem is on Xfinity’s side - yet will not have a tech visit for two days!What kind of customer service is that? Can’t even talk with a REAL PERSON at any of the Xfinity locations - what is that all about?Give a very LOW MARK to this company for its unresponsive......! WOW!

Great customer service! I wanted them to check my account after calling the main xfinity line the other day and making changes, turns out they didnt complete everything and it was going to cause problems. The gentleman that helped me today was quick and to the point, showed me everything that was happening and did a great job explaining it all.
Xfinity stores are always staffed by very friendly and helpful Representatives. The only bummer is having to wait to see them and the wait can be upwards of 30 minutes if theyre busy and you have a 4 people ahead of you.

I came to sign up for internet and the lady helping me had a hard time with taking my information. Had to repeat my self and write it down for her like 6 times. She still got my apartment number wrong and now dealing for an order Im not planning on using. Nice folks though but just need some training.

Have been to this particular store twice and had good experiences both times. Second time was during the COVID pandemic and they set up an outdoor area for fast equipment swaps. Much appreciated.
Made an appointment about 2 weeks out due to COVID. Checked in at the time of the appointment, took my old equipment and swapped it out for new stuff in less than 10 minutes. Smooth and easy with top notch customer service. 10000% beats trying to get help from Comcast over the phone!
Im not one to usually rate on the quality of Xfinity Stores unless i have an exceptionally horrible experience. This was quite the opposite. I got into a really engaging conversation about streaming with the agent that I normally dont get. It was a pleasant surprise and I was very grateful for that. They looked at a bunch of options and set me up very well for success, as well as lead me in the right direction for getting some of the issues I was having resolved (they all were resolved, btw). I will definitely be sticking with Xfinity for a long time, thanks to the efforts of the agents at this particular store. Thanks!

Xfinity mobile participates in massively deceptive marketing tricks to elderly. Their customer ‘service’ is a joke. Don’t fall for any ‘promotion’ deals because you will end up with services the you didn’t want and didn’t want.

Just had a great experience at this store. The team was helpful and knowledgeable.I recommend making an appointment before going in. Its super easy to do online, we made the appointment the same day we went and it saved us a ton of time. There was an hour wait for those without an appointment, when we walked in but they got us in at our scheduled appointment time.
If you make an appointment, things move quickly.

The ladies that checked me in were very nice and helpful. I waited about 15 minutes. There were quite a few people ahead of me, but it moved very quickly. The gentleman that helped me was also very patient with my questions. He answered everything I asked to my satisfaction and took the time to explain several items to me. At least from the last time I was there to today, the customer service experience was night & day. I hope what I just experienced today continues!
This is a new location for Comcast. They relocated to this address online a few days ago. It is extremely attractive and has ample room for all of their displays, information materials, phones and other equipment. If you havent visited Comcast recently, you have to schedule a visit just to learn how their technology has changed. Their customer reps are very friendly and knowledgeable, so expect to learn a lot when you visit with them. I was totally impressed by the visual appearance of this location. They have much to share with you, especially if you love in home entertainment.
They were not open the hours posted on the web. Everyone you talk to at Comcast tells you something different.

Over heard an elderly man telling the associate that he is having trouble getting into his account because his wife passed away recently & she had the information. The worker offered no help & was unsympathetic, not even a sorry for your loss. Better training for these employees please.

WOW! Seriously bad service. We waited 35 minutes to talk with a rep to return a small TV box. It took literally less than a minute to the rep to say ok, checked, done, have a good day... seriously Comcast, you should have better customer service and do appropriate triage...

Came in to pick up a Box for my TV so I cannot speak for any other types of customer service. I can say that they were all very friendly and all their stations were continuously busy indicating that the wait was legitimate.I have no problems with the service they gave me.
I was discriminated against by this employer. Because I was heavyset and not Hispanic. I believe they only pulled my application because they thought by my name that I was Hispanic. My first three interviews were excellent. Only when I met the fourth person who was Hispanic did my application get refused. Even the employment recriuter was shocked I didnt get hired. It was obvious upon visiting the store I had applied for because all the employees were thin, young, Hispanic women. I was offered a job in the call center or door to door sales. I did not accept the alternative positions because they would have cost me to much time and money to commute. The employment recruiter was to investigate. I never heard anything from her.
Really impressed with Comcast / Xfinity lately. Very clean modern updated facility. Lots of customer service stations in a nice waiting area. Fast check-in and they very efficiently gave me receipts for my equipment that I have checked in to change out. They have Express pay bill payment stations and appear two cell phones and accessories.
I have never had a good experience with Comcast before. Not on the phone or in person. UNTIL NOW! Heath was the most cheerful, efficient and helpful Comcast worker I have ever met. He and Lucy took great care of me and everything went smoothly and worked perfectly. I could not be more happy. Heath is the best customer service agent ever and deserves a raise!
There was about 6 people working in the store but only 2 were helping people. There was about 10 people at any given time whole time I was there. They had me waiting 50 minuets only to tell me “the box I was supposed to pick up was very popular so they didn’t have it at the store”I gave some girl there ( I don’t know who she was because she didn’t bother to tell me) the opportunity to make it right but she did not care enough to do so. I’m sure this is how management wants to do business (joke).This place is a joke!!!

It was very busy when I walked in, was greeted by a very friendly staff member who checked me in and gave me an ETA. Se people waiting were somewhat impatient, but the greeter handled them respectfully and professionally. I work in an ER and wish we had this guy checking people in. Once I got to the help desk the guy there was super helpful and got me everything I needed quickly, gave me his card and said if I had any issues setting up the device just call him directly and he would walk me through it. Great experience!
Made an appointment. Service was fast. Only reason they dont get 5 stars is because I got home with my new router only to discover it wasnt new. It had been wiped down with a dirty rag, was scratched and fingerprints all over it. I had to make another trip down to get the replacement, which was fine.

Lazy agents who just want to sell and make money. To pay a bill, they have machines, to sell an item, theyll help you, of you come with a issue covered under warranty, they will send you away. Especially samir. Stay away from him. Really big lair, stares you in the eye with his glossy eyes and keeps lying like theres no tomorrow. I talked to Xfinity on the phone, they tell me to go into the store to get my warranty exchange. Samir sends me away from the store saying to contact Samsung. I text with Xfinity they say the store should help. I chat with them online, they say to go to the store. And 3 times I came to the store trying to get someone else to help but samir would lock his aim on me and take me over from others just to send me away. Overall, Im hanging on a thread with Xfinity Mobile and about to switch back to Google project fi.
Bad idea to combined mobile carrier service center and home network service center. All I had to do was exchange a modem. Had to wait for others to setup wireless plans, 1.75 hours later the receptionist took it upon himself to fulfill my request. If you are going to have a store that handles 2 different types of service, you should have 2 different teams. I would have gone with the mailing of the modem, but they wanted to charge me shipping HA! Services seems to be OK, but man, when it comes to updating, prepare to wait.
Super slow service. They need a quick kiosk for people who are there to pick and drop off things. In today’s world Customer Service is #1 priority. They should do a better job in servicing their customers

This company really knows how to alienate their customers. I tried many times to get them to solve my service issues and their solution was always to sell me more or upgrade my plan. After many attempts to resolve my issue I finally went to another service provider and was pleasantly surprised at their high level of service. This company is totally out of date in how they serve their customers and manager / staff are too busy to follow up with customers. When you do choose to disconnect you simply need to take your equipment to a retail location. You don’t need to call them and listen to someone coerce you into an upgrade or intimate you with special offers.
As a new customer so far it has been a blessing. The store is 2 miles from me. I can talk to a friendly tech that knows the answers to all my questions.

Comcast got rid of me..... How the hell dose that happen?I have been a Comcast customer for years. Any time I had an issue I called and they took care of me. I called to pause my account for a few months and they said because I was a loyal customer they would waive the monthly cost to pause the account and still allow me to watch HBO GO and the on demand app with all the channels. After the first day of the account being paused I noticed that I could not do any of the things I was promised. I called back, I was passed to, I think six different people in three different departments to resolve the issue. The last guy I talked to, a customer loyalty agent told me that I was misinformed originally and then told me that I was not able to pause the account and had to cancel it because I was not at the address anymore. That part I understood. I expressed that I was disappointed, instead of at least trying to make it right he asked that I send in my equipment. I said to him so after years of customer loyalty you guys are just going to drop me like that? he said “yeah, but feel free to reach back out when you buy your house”.Sorry guys I dont think I will. Direct TV or Fios are going to get my business.
