PERFECT experience the employees are so friendly i felt very comfortable and the candle s are just *chefs kiss*
Incredibly helpful staff, friendly arms professional. Great sales going on today.
The sales clerk was more than sweet and very helpful. She was definitely a good representation of what I feel customer service should be with a company. I would highly recommend the location as of clean neat and observing social distancing. Will definitely return.
Came in for one item saw a sale on votives and was ready to check out but had to wait despite being the only customers in the store as the staff was more friendly talking to each other rather than noticing that we were ready.
Great selection and friendly service
I don’t normally write reviews but I stopped by Yankee candle store at Washington Square and the customer service I received from Rachel was just outstanding and I had to let everyone know about it.. Rachel was VERY professional and went above and beyond to keep us happy, she is also very knowledgeable about her products.. we will definitely be back.. Thank you
This was a great store. Jessica was so helpful today & store was very clean. Thank you.
First, General Managers be aware: Franklin & Sami know their YCand they arent afraid to tell you. However, in the KINDEST way possible. They were not high pressure sales folk. They asked me questions and left me to do my shopping with my list. When I couldnt find something, they helped. If they didnt have it, they explained why and talked to me about what I liked about it so they might find something I do like. They both made offers of this or that and then would tell the other, She wasnt into that one. I didnt feel judged in the least (as some retail peeps can be). I usually like to be left alone, but these two treated me like a friend and not like another sale. So, thanks to you two. I really appreciate your help and will send people to work with you in the future.
Had a great experience. Our sales associate was friendly, helpful, and offered plenty of suggestions.
Love Yankee candles. The aroma can be overwhelming when you walk in. They can be pricey, but have specials from time to time
My favorite place! Associates are also very helpful when choosing gifts :)
Maybe I got the wrong employee on her bad day, but my first experience here made me upset. My grandmother has a scentsy, and I knew the wax candles without the wick would do the trick. I asked an employee for clarification if they didnt have the wick on it and if they can be used on scentsy or plug in candle warmer, (remember its my first time in here, not used to things not coming in square containers if you are familiar with scentsy products or even candle warmer products), and the employee I had was so incredibly rude. She didnt know what a scentsy was (and I get it, some people may not), but she then proceed to treat me as if I were stupid and didnt know what I was talking about. My husband even intervened and sarcastically said, Woooooooow. I shooed her away and said, Its fine. Ill figure it out.I understand its the Christmas season, and retail is hard sometimes! However, I also work in retail, and I would NEVER treat someone as if they were stupid. If you truly feel that way, you kindy educate, not talk down on a person. A person may not even know, cant explain things properly, or even a simple misunderstanding.Needless to say, I didnt like the employee who helped me, but my freaking dog LOVES the candles!! I had to put them away and wrap them for Christmas because he would think they were treats and beg and whine! LOL!! They do smell quite amazing!!! 😍
