Before the pandemic, they used to always have something cooking and it made the store smell great. Not any more, and thats too bad. But they still have a great store.

Beautiful store and they knew everything about the Nespresso machine I was looking for.

Extremely high quality merchandise. Unbelievable quality and workmanship and everything they sell and it shows on the price tag. We purchased a really cool grill weight textured and made of cast iron. Absolutely unique stunner! Had to have it. What I dont understand is the item was ticketed $24.95 and our receipt said $25 and the clerk mentioned something about the change but I wasnt paying attention. Seems a little hinky to me. Yet it was a beautiful store.

Went with my boyfriend on a weekend and were in comfortable clothes, my boyfriend had a beanie and was wearing a hoodie. The moment we got in an employee who looked like she was in her 40’s with short brown hair followed us to the bakery stuff. She asked if we have shopped there before and we said no, we went back to looking around and every corner we took she was right there. She was following us the whole time we were there and made us really uncomfortable. Then when we wanted a price check for a set and rolled her eyes and was annoyed. It took her 10 minutes to come back with the price and when we decided not to get it she proceeded to say “ don’t touch anything else, you need to ask us before you can buy anything”. We felt profiled and it was the first time this has happened. Do better with your employees.

Place was a bit more crowded than I expected, but it is Black Friday. Appreciate the efforts of the manager and cashier in giving me the extra $5 off that the online store offers for a set of two 9 cake pans. Grabbed some pumpkin stuff from clearance while it was sorted so, I dont feel too bad.

I dont know what is wrong with this Williams-Sonoma at this location but they had signs for extra 20% on clearance everywhere ..... EVERYWHERE... but they didnt honor that at checkout. The cashier told us she didnt know that was a promotion going on and our friend who inquired was told that deal happened 2 weeks ago.. why in the world is a promotion 2 weeks ago havent been taken down??????We saw a Green Pan set in the clearance section which we believe is a great deal after the additional 20% clearance promotion ..... unfortunately the manager told us its final sale based on the tag and the promotion is not applicable. After we inquire and questioned about the clearance discount that there were no signs in the store clearance section marking items price as tagged, customer service seems to drop dramatically after that ... no more happy faces from the store associates.

Purchased a wine set online, I was charged shipping, tried to cancel immediately upon order because I found one in the store. No refund on shipping when I had to return the first one. Nobody charges shipping any longer. Wont shop here again!

One of the best kitchen stores around. Massive selection of tools and cookware, not to mention an extensive list of electrics. Even more selection online though they are pretty good about having lots of things in stock locally. This is a higher end store but their prices are very competitive for what they carry. Knowledgeable people working and excellent customer service. By far my favorite kitchen store.

Very nice store inside Washington Square Mall. Easy to get to from the west parking lot. Good prices on kitchen products. Very friendly staff willing to answer your questions. Liked the no pressure to buy atmosphere.

Great place to get high quality high priced items. Dont plan on leaving this play paying under $20 on pretty much anything. If you made a decent wage and want to have a very nice looking kitchen then look no further because this is a place to spend your money. At least the quality is also top of the line when it comes to cookware and accessories. The staff is always helpful and they even hold classes here to help people learn how to use various things they sell. Pretty much my go to place for Christmas presents.

People!!! Why do you shop at this store when you can get the same things on Amazon for ALOT less money. Luckily I asked if they match Amazons prices and after the manager came, he matched the price. I wanted a whip cream canister like at Starbucks. They were selling it for $150. Amazon had it for $99.95. Unbelievable that the store was packed too. Then I just started checking everything on Amazon. I dont like to pay more than I need to. The main girl greeting was a waste of money for a hire. Did not know anything about anything. One of the girls was great. Hannah. She knew a lot and was very helpful.

I like and have purchased many things over the years at William Sonoma but I do not recommend shopping at this store. I purchased Nespresso pods and indicated that I saw 2 signs that provided 2 different discounts. I wanted clarity and ensure the discounts were applied. Cashier Thania was not aware of what I was talking about. She escalated to someone else and then that person was rude to me and told me that there was fine print that stated what I was purchasing didnt include a discount. Both originally told me that I would get one or the other other discount and then they were short with me and then didnt give me ANY discount. I would not recommend going to this store.

I love this place. I just have trouble with their prices.

Their knife sharpening service is extremely hit or miss. If they tell you itll be a few days. Just walk away and dont take that chance. I took 3 knives that were very special to me there. The lady at the counter initially was all too happy to accept my sharpening order. It took roughly 3-4 days before my knives were complete. I pick the knives up and all is good. But when I got home I examined the knives a lot more closely and realized 1 knife had its edge horribly butchered, another wasnt even sharp and the last one had gunk all over it.Took the knives back and showed them what had happened. Turns out the guy doing the knive sharpening wasnt even aware of my order. He told me that the knives I took in shouldnt even have been accepted. My grandmothers boning knife is literally a toothpick in blade profile thickness, the filet knife was also a weird thickness and my grandmothers mini-cleaver was too short.The guy did his best to fix the issue and apologized intensely for the mistake. But he agreed that whoever took the order shouldnt have done so.Williams & Sonomas knife sharpening service is strictly for chef knives. If you have a Santoku, Honesuki, Nakiri etc etc knife with weird shapes. Get it sharpened by someone who does stone sharpening. As this place uses an automated hand sharpening that grinds away too much metal.

William-Sonoma sells my favorite brand of balsamic vinegar, which I could drink straight from the bottle. But in an effort to be cute, the staff sometimes leave a bad taste in my mouth. This kitchen store is good when you need quality cooking and baking supplies, particularly because they always seem to sell the same things. Recently, I was ready to purchase a couple of items, but the lady at the register told me, Oh, you dont want that. (In truth, I really did need the item.) So I said, okay, left the item on the counter and walked towards the door. On the way, I told the store manager about the lost sale and he was apologetic. Because of experiences like this, I look for these items elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. No point in calling because they are just going to guess. Drove an hour to get here and for nothing.
