The person who helped me out (I believe he was the owner) is a friendly and helpful guy! The store front mostly has Magic the Gathering cards and accessories such as sleeves and such. He has an online inventory where you can purchase cards (I think mainly sports collectibles). Youd have to ask to be sure but if Im correct its TCGwarehouse.com .

Really just a Magic the Gathering Store, not a game store in my opinion. Seems to have an absolutely massive selection of cards, but nothing else. Also would have rated this higher but the Google Maps directions to get here are abysmal and need updated. Plus there are only a couple parking spots.

Shonn had great prices, and was very nice about splitting a MTG draft box purchase between myself and a friend, and hes got card sleeves up the wazoo. Nice small shop with a wide selection of MTG cards on offer. Stop in and say hello if you needs some cards, this is the place to buy.

The owner has been in the business for decades and knows his trade. Store selection is *massive*, completely and utterly massive (for MTG). Likely the best singles selection in the Portland-Metro area. He has dice, deckboxes, collection carriers, boxes of packs, packs, etc.This is NOT a gaming *play* space, it is for commerce.I recommend this shop for any Magic player who wants a specific card from any era. Shonn @ Diamonds in the Rough has you covered.

I have been buying cards from Shonn for years and this his service, prices, and availability are top notch. I make a point to go see him everytime Im in town, since Im now in Tacoma.

Owner is incredibly kind and clearly loves the game. I recently moved to the area and decided to get into MtG. At a friends recommendation, I went here first and never needed to bother looking for a different LGS. Small store, but loads of passion and knowledge. Prices are phenomenal as well. Will be returning as long as possible.

Slightly disappointed they didnt have exactly what I was looking for but the owner was very helpful and helped me find some cards I could trade for my hard earned money. Next time Ill come prepared with a list of wants and get more cards. They have a large selection of single sports cards as well as boxes of magic cards. Stop in if youre a collector

As someone who is getting back into MTG after 15 years and realizing that a lot has changed, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Shonn was so knowledgeable and helpful with answering my specific questions and showing me examples from his collection to help with my understanding. Has a good selection with fair prices as well. I will be going back here again and have already told my MTG friends they should check this place out!

Excellent owner/staff, pretty sure is the same guy for both. Friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, obeys covid procedures, and didnt misgender anyone in my party. Best prices for physical, and the same as many online retailers but not online.Very physically small store with no room for events, but this isnt an event store. I find that the small area prevents too much choice confusion, and impulse buying.

Great card shop with an amazing selection of MTG and Sports cards. Owner is super friendly and very honest and up front. Fell on some hard times and tried to sell collection to the shop. The owner wasnt able to offer much but was honest about my collections value and explained the cards would be hard for him to move since he has too many. This type of experience is why I keep coming back, even go out of my way to come here and see whats new and check out the specials (the specials are out of this world).

This place felt clean and organized. The man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Ultimately they werent able to buy my sons collection of bb cards. But he had excellent suggestions for donating them!

MTG stock of singles is great and Shonn is an awesome person and always willing to work things out. Best card shop around for buying new and used products. This is not a play space shop.

Name definitely fits the location, a very subtle easy to miss store. But a great store for singles, fair prices and friendly owner.If your looking for somewhere to stay and play this isnt the place, there arent any tables, just somewhere to go if you have a shopping list for singals and happen to have an itch to open some boosters

This place is amazing. A giant selection of cards, sleeves, and other accessories for card games. I went there with a friend a few days ago and was blown away. I plan on going back many times. I could probably spend hours just looking through all the cards they have for sale. Id give this place a sixth star if I could!

Shonn is awesome, hands down the best MTG shop I have ever been to. He is extremely friendly and has a great card selection. Great prices and he gives fair prices on trades. You can tell he cares about the community and his customers.He definitely made a lifetime customer out of me and I will be going to him for all my MTG needs.

Read your response. Not accurate. I wanted the price marked, but you, for the first time in the many years I have purchased from you, looked the 2 cards up, saw they had gone up $3 and wanted to charge me more than agreed. When we didnt agree on the price change, which was fine but shortsighted, I was leaving when you commented you would just keep them for a customer. That was the moment I knew our relationship had changed. After a few months I have now changed my review to average. Cant raise it higher as I know others pay more when buying and charge less when selling. Best of luck Sean.

Diamond in the Rough is, quite literally, a diamond in the rough. Tucked away behind some other warehouses, youll find this rather small, but loaded, card shop run by Shonn. Since my first visit, every chance I have Ive gone back. Every time I visit, I always feel well cared for and receive some of the best customer service Ive ever had. So far, Ive only shopped for MTG cards or accessories, but youd be hard pressed NOT to find what youre looking for at a reasonable price. Absolutely my new go-to card shop!

The owner is personable and a wealth of knowledge. When I cant find a card anywhere else, odds are good its here and at a reasonable price. Great selection, browsable inventory online thats kept current, and lots of product immediately browsable in the cases. The hours can be a bit tricky, but if you let him know youre coming hell often accommodate you. Great shop!
