I was just visiting in town and while there I went to this whole foods to make a return to Amazon. I was quite pleased to know I wouldnt have to haul these items cross-country and return them later. An Amazon return center makes so much sense! It was a clean and convenient location, and it helps the environment too by minimalizing the use of packing materials. Pretty cool if you ask me!
This is one of my favorite grocery stores. I like that many products are organicly grown, and many goods are locally sourced. Especially since Amazon bought Whole Foods employees who were always helpful and welcoming are more so. Ive bought clothing at Whole Foods also.
I think things are improving at Whole Foods now that they are part of Amazon. They do have a lot of specialty items. I watch cooking shows and often find the unique food items in European recipes on the list of foods at Whole Foods. Also they are a very convenient Amazon return depot!I also like that they sell Rainbow trout and will fillet it for me at no extra charge. I dont do all my grocery shopping there but it is a good specialty store!
I generally try not to go to Whole Foods for personal reasons. How ever, it was an okay visit. In a pinch for time so I stopped here to pick up a few things. They seems to always be out of lactose free milk I get else where. And the employees seems to be more busy with their conversations than customers. Talking about their personal employee discounts while on the sales floor and blocking product. Not being aware when someone is saying excuse me to get to the product.Check out is always pretty fast though. Just scan my products bagged and paid and out I go.
I always ordered for pickup, so I haven’t been in this store yet. Easy process. Let them know I’m on my way and by the time I pull up, they’re coming out with the groceries. Customer service is usually pretty friendly, sometimes, not so much. Decent substitutions and everything has always been correct and fresh. They also have a good select of vegan items, like vegan croissants!
Very clean and organized store. The employee was very helpful when I asked where certain products were. This is my first time in the store but with the help of the one employee, she walked to each product I was looking for. This was a pleasant shopping trip. Thank you.
I shop here pretty much every single day. The staff is so friendly. They always have ample registers open. If lines start to form they always open more registers - that’s one thing I absolutely love about this place. Even if there’s only one person in front of me in line, I’ve had cashiers consistently open up a register just to ring me up. It’s like night and day between all other grocery stores. It’s a pretty big store too so there’s a lot of room, you don’t feel like you’re all crowded in there next to people. They’ve been excellent during COVID with keeping everything clean and sanitized and even providing masks at the front door.
My kids & I are big fans of Whole Foods Market and this location is no exception! They have incredibly friendly and helpful staff, the food bars are super-fresh with an excellent assortment, and the Deli Bar is phenomenal.Their cannolis and olive bar are fantastic as is there bakery. The market is very well stocked and carries a little something for everyone. They had an excellent assortment of the freshest fruits as well.If you are in the area, definitely give them a try!
Appearance very pleasing. Well lit and products displayed attractively. Seemed to have an abundance of staff eager to help you. I bought some vitimin/mineral supplements. Very well stocked. Looked like a great wine selection. A pleasant experience and I will return.
The staff here are really helpful and are quick to assist with any products or question. This location is also clean and well maintained.
While I dont do my everyday shopping here since I live only one minute from Freddys and about 10 minutes from Whole Foods, this is still my go-to place for specialty items and quality Meats and Seafood. On the list today was Tangerine juice, mild goat cheese, poblano peppers, peeled and deveined shrimp, and freshly packaged corn on the cob already cleaned. There is no question that if I lived closer, I would shop here a lot more. And of course as always, super friendly employees.
Best selection of fresh organic vegetables and fruits in town! They have a large selection of fresh cut flowers near the front entrance. Also I can always find vegan cheeses, creamer, sour cream, etc which is a huge bonus!
Amazon returns drop site in front of store~ very convenient and efficient for neighbors, and if you need groceries or a deli, well, there you are!
Well organized, good quality produce. Staff could be friendlier however working in a grocery store I know is challenging so understand. Overall good place to get groceries.
Surprised by reasonable prices of fresh meats. Love interesting gifts for all ages. Not my usual 2 stores I regularly shop, but would gladly shop there ...
Best food store around. Nothing else compares.
Great shopping experience. Clean store, easy to find what Im looking for. Friendly staff.
Nice to be able to find a variety of food within my dietary restrictions! 😁
Ample parking space.Pick-up counter is outside so you do not have to go inside the storeWell marked aisles and very helpful staff.Fresh food counter has some good health options.Checkout can be a slow if there are a lot of people.
Great customer service and a large selection of healthy foods, however the prices are extremely high, its 1$ a cookie and almost $16 dollars for about 4 small cups of coffee.
Too crowded not enough selection or staff willing to help.
This Whole Foods seems bigger to me than other Whole food stores in the neighborhood. Its also less crowded and very well situated.Easy way in and out from Sholls Ferry Road. On my way out I need to turn left of Sholls Ferry Road and I go toward 121st and I can easily turn at the stop light.
Youll fine all organic and natural products. You need
I wanted to write this review to show my appreciation for John, the assistant store manager.I bought a succulent on mothers day (so like two months ago) which came in a nice ceramic pot, but the pot doesnt have any drainage holes, which apparently you need for succulents to grow properly and not get over-watered.I just called and explained my situation to John, and asked him if Id be able to exchange the pot, without the receipt, and he kindly said that I could keep the succulent and the pot, and he would give me a gift card for the current price without the hassle of an exchange! This is the kind of service every store should have. Thanks John!!
Found good prices on organic bars of soap and mint tooth picks.
Great selection from staples to premium products.
Everything was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Super clean.
This is by far. The best whole food’s in town. The vibe and the layout is great.
Pleasant check out experience, well laid out with social distancing markers as reminders.
Top brands! Luscious produce!Friendly, helpful staff!Excellent pricing!
Friendly and helpful! Parking was easy.
Their products are a little pricey, but their products are very good.
Upscale, healthy grocery store with many organic, vegetarian, and vegan options. Amazon Prime members can get discounts. Theres also and Amazon Return desk inside which is handy.
Great plant based options.
Besides being more expensive than everywhere else they are always out of the most basic stuff. I feel like I hit the lottery when they actually have chicken wings. Plus I just got home and opened my dozen eggs and 3 were missing. What??? LOL never had that happen before
Friendly staff, good quality meat and and fruit and vegetables. Also they carry a lot of local or family owned products.
Love this store, always very clean and friendly curtains associates.
Great selection. Stellar customer service. If you cant find it here then you probably dont need it. Plus, the largest high-quality meat department in the area. Seeing as I just moved here, I have certainly found my spot to shop. Kudos, Whole Foods. Kudos. Be bougie, my friends.
Say hi to my son Zack in meat department
Caleb always helps my daughter thank you
The pricing is so much better now, and the selections are varied.
Great food, lots of choices
$9.99 Growler fills and the guys behind the specialty area are really awesome. Also worth shopping for deals via the wholefoods app + prime membership, can easily find high quality stuff for low prices. Also the pork sausages are one of the reason I keep coming back. You cant beat good sausage and beer!
My favorite store to shop in. I dont really go anywhere else. Always organized. Close to home. They always have something different. When you walk in, the smell is incredible! I enjoy the customer service very much. I do wish I could get the Amazon discount, but I dont want to pay the money to have it because I have Dish with great movie channels. My favorite thing is being able to find all of the gluten free stuff. My diet is really restrictive and I never have an issue with staff knowledge here. I come to get coffee a lot because it is amazing. I like to sit and drink and then go about my day. Sometimes I wish you opened earlier because I am at times up around 3am for work, but I understand that not everyone has jobs like that.
Whole foods is a great place to shop, but pricey. Im still waiting for Amazon pricing to engage, but I did get an Amazon prime discount. They do have an exceptional cheese department! It is definitely worth a visit if you are interested in foreign cheeses.
Often out of basic items. Went today for coffee filters and a few other things. All they had were filters for industrial coffee makers nothing that would fit a home coffee maker. Many employees were walking around doing filling online orders but were all engrossed in the lists on their phones and really unapproachable. As I would walk towards them looking puzzled they would put their heads down and walk away. I had to go to the meat counter to find a person to ask. That gentleman was amazingly nice and is the reason for 2 stars not one. I guess this new impersonal whole foods is what we get now.
We absolutely love this place! Always a good experience for us. The staff are helpful.
A great selection to choose from and friendly staff!
I have begun shopping more at WF. This location is very clean & well lit, and has friendly employees.
Super friendly essential workers. A really cool place. Visit fun, cool idens!
Dang there pizzas by the slice are good..I like that at times they have more than just the basic to choose from. today I had buffalo chicken .
Neighbor hood grocery store. Prices are high but they have good sales.
Whole Foods is so overrated. Prefer Trader Joes a million times over Whole Foods. Fred Meyers new organic section beats Whole Foods hands down. And New Seasons while gotten worse since private equity involvement these past few years still is better than Whole Foods.
Conveniently located, always clean and tidy.
The team is always polite, helpful, and kind. I recommend this store for the good selection and awesome flower selection.
Great food beautiful produce and meats! Friendly staff
Love all the organic choices
I would like a better selection of ice cream.I would also like lower prices.I love the meat and fish selections, produce is good.
Good store with good selection good prices high quality items. Very good fruits and vegetables. Large selection of organic products also.
Upscale grocery store. I love their pastry that they have for sale every morning, I think it might be one of the best in town. And also they make very good hot coffee. I think if you look around you can find somethings for sale at a reasonable price. Its worth to check it out.
I shop here because its convenient. I limit my purchases to one or two items (usually milk) The prices are insulting, but I have to say that the store is rarely crowded and theres rarely a line deeper than two at the checkout. The staff seems friendly but its obviously rehearsed. The store is clean and well stocked. But its just too darned expensive not to be.
Really helpful staff in this location. Somewhat small interior means it can be hard to get around the store during busy times. Avoid the middle of the day on the weekends if you want to avoid the crowds. I wish they did more delivery out of this location with Amazon Fresh. They do not deliver to Hebron yet. Toy area is my daughter’s favorite spot to go, so bring another parent or guardian if you want to rush through the store while the kids are occupied; the store employees do not supervise kids!
Had everything I needed and quick checkout! What more could you ask for?
Great place great food!! Feels like at times I have to get a loan to buy food here lol hahaha overall it’s a great organic natural store.
I found the best basil that last more than a few days.
VERY nice staff, great selection for a smaller store, and the layout they finally settled on after months on end changing it every few weeks is very nice. Its kept clean, and after a small adjustment period, youll start auto piloting to each item youre there for. 4 stars because its Whole Foods, so its super expensive. But all around a great environment too.
Very nice, updated, modern store. Lots of different products that you dont necessarily see in mainstream chain supermarkets. Little spendy but you get quality products
What youd expect
Good quality, outrageously high prices.
All the employees are super willing to help and I dont feel like Im bothering them!
A bit pricey, but a splendid indulgence.
In general prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but all in all, take in consideration the selection and quality, not a bad deal. Excellent place for picking up high quality ready to eat food when you just dont have time or want to cook. Unlike most grocery stores, Ive never brought home fish, meat or produce that wasnt fresh and delicious. That in itself is worth something.
Called to make sure they closed at 9 and arrived at the store at 8:50 with both door entrance locked. Then having the workers look at me and not willing to help or let me just to buy a cake for a loved ones birthday. Then called them again asking what time they closed and the man said 9. Then asked why both doors are locked and said looks like they locked it for the night... no sign on the door saying closed or anyone there to let me know..
Always clean and friendly staff, one of the better whole foods
I will be honest, I use to boycott Whole Foods. Now that Amazon purchased them I decided to give them another shot.Great layout to the store. Everything was stocked properly. Prices seem to be in check with other grocery stores.Have been looking everywhere for lemon extract and they had it!
They always forgot to update their weekly on sale price tags. Also I was charged $12 for Espresso Coffee which I didnt buy, they always got the prices wrong. Forgot to give me milk bottles refund money. It happened on me more than 3 times. I like the quality of the foods. From now on, I have to watch cashier closely while checking out. I do think the store hasnt been managed well for a long while.
Its my grocery store! Clean, courteous employees, good prices.
No vegan grocery options.
Great desserts and pre-made salads
Friendly staff, and the most amazing cafe food selection I have seen in a grocery store. While prices are high, if you are a amazon prime member, you get a discount on available items. I highly recommend the cheeseburger, it is truly awesome.
Decent prices and selection esp for Amazon prime membere
They were able to give me a full refund on an item that I consumed. Didnt care about the choc flavored bone broth protein powder. And a caring cashier removed the soaps from my bill, she told me that it was going on sale the next day. How nice of WF employees
This store is so much better than the previous store at the same location. Of course Whole Foods is a sort of an institution dolling out items ranging from ready made pizzas to fresh produce, and from wine and cheeses to artisan fragrant soaps. Their pastries look better than they taste. Their service is second to none and their food bar offers a good value for what it offers.
Nice clean place. Great place to shop.
Very Spacious place to walk about and shop for items.
Good, organic food, nice location, clean and well organized, readymade food available, too, great healthy choices, better prices since Amazon purchased it, very well provisioned
I usually love Whole Foods but this is the second time ive bought salmon from this store and its been bad. I really hope you all address the issue with your fishmongers.
As I was walking down the isle trying to find the soap, two employees were chatting it up, one glanced at me and actually turned his back on me instead of asking if I needed help. This has happened on more than one occasion. The employees here need some additional customer training. Aside from that, the groceries are fresh, and the fresh pizza, burritos, and coffee (eating area) is fantastic.
I specifically went to purchase one thing as they said they carried that brand of nut spred and low and behold of course they didnt carry it!!! Its,so dang expensive and just going there goes against my grain but I went for the one specific item and its very close to my home but I wont e going back anytime soon.
Checkout is always fast & friendly. Prices are still too high but Whole Foods just has some items others stores dont carry. The selection of food is very limited, this is definitely a specialty store. Clean & well organized.
I really like that this store is a smaller footprint of its other locations. We dont need huge grocery stores filled with packaged and refined foods. I would like to see them expand the produce section though. Although I find it more expensive to shop at Whole Foods, I appreciate their 365 line, as it has some nice somewhat clean items. Welcome to our neighborhood!
We love their breakfast bar on the weekends. Bacon, eggs, and fried plantains for under $6....plus you know its good quality! Primarily I go here for specialty items.
To expensive
I shop here all the time and actually like the store. Today though I was in line in the express lane with a hand basket of uncounted items but I knew I didn’t have a ton and would be right around 10. I had 8 things plus 4 kevita (all the same flavor) so total of twelve. It says “10ish” items. I got to the cashier and she said, “do you have less than 11?” I said “pardon?” And she said, “less than 11. This is express. You have to have less than 11” I then proceeded to count my things quickly as I began to blush out of embarrassment. She watched me count....as if she’d send me to another line now? I had 12 items and she rang them up without any kind of nicety. I am one of those people who are aware of things like “express lanes” etc and I felt really awkward and embarrassed. Not the kind of service I expect when I spend the money I do in this store every week.Unfortunate.
The service here is great. Theres a decent selection of lunch foods, beer, and wine. The decor is nice and its always clean. Prices can be a bit steep but there are sales always going on, plus the quality is pretty good.
