Thought of getting back into Vaping....there was several Vape Shops surrounding me at the moment and I picked Serenity Vapor...havent Vaped for several years and wanted to check out new mods...rdas etc.....Serenity Vapor was the spot to go they had several high end and affordable modes to choose from all quality merchandise...I use 0mg and they have alot of juices both nicotine and 0mg flavors and brands to choose from....Braddah Brandon is Da Man to see there!!! He hooked me up....educated me on the new stuff and steered me in the right direction as to what I was looking for he listened to me and wasnt just trying to sell me something. Clean bright and friendly Vape Shop I will definitely go back there again.....this will be my Vape Home to go to.....Much Mahalo Brandon 🤙

Great place and super friendly people! I bought a new device and juice and am very happy. Only downside is a could swear I said “berry belt” which is a non menthol juice and I didn’t look at it before buying and turned out to be “berry” menthol juice. Same packaging with fine print labeled menthol in tiny letters. I will be back I’ll just be a little more thorough with making sure I got the right product. Fantastic selection and fair prices.

Rayne and the whole crew here bend over backwards to help you get the perfect setup, the perfect flavor, and above and beyond customer service. Everyone that walks in is always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Definitely a go to shop for anything vape related, and even just to chill for a minute and learn something on the TV which is always running a vape related show.

Maybe a low review will motivate this place to keep coils in stock and not lie about when they will be coming in.

Everyone is always so helpful when I go in there. Tyler specifically is awesome, always going above and beyond to help me program my vape and search for stock of things that dont appear to be on the shelves. Even when some of the stuff I need isnt available its always a pleasant experience going in there. 10/10 would recommend.

This particular review is for the employee name Rayne and her manager.Just over a month ago, I bought what is nicknamed a stealth-vape. I love using it and bought it after Rayne highly recommended the product named the Suorin Drop.Well, two days ago the Vaporizer inexplicably stopped working.I brought it back today, and after Rayne and I did some troubleshooting, we found no reason as to why the s stealth-vape stopped working.Due to the stores policies and the fact that it had been just slightly over a month since I bought the product, Rayne called her manager (I forgot his name) and he approved a full replacement of the device.I did not expect an exchange and I was shoked to be given such STELLAR customer service and understanding from Rayne.Im sending everyone I know that uses vaporizers to Serenity Vapor Lounge on Pacific Hwy.Thanks Rayne & co. :)

Sure I can get it maybe cheaper online. But I pay for the customer service. Also their happy hour prices are pretty legit making it equal to shopping online. Still recommended after 2 years of going there.

Dom was the BOMB! He was super helpful for my boyfriend who is trying to get off cigarettes completely, so we came in and bought some Naked juice Lava Flow to bring to Hawaii, and the Aegis WATERPROOF mod, yes waterproof mod. I bought 2 vapes from them. One of them stopped working 3-ish months after I purchased it. It had not been abused or misused. They said they had seen this defect once before and they dont know what causes it. The employee said there wasnt anything he could do for me because it was past their 30 day mark and that i was going to have to contact the manufacture directly. Whats the point of having a brick and mortar location if I have to send in a warranty issue directly to the manufacture? Especially when the exact vape I purchased was sitting right on the shelf in front of us. I should have just bought it online instead of attempting to support a local business who doesnt take care of the customers that spend money with them. To be fair the employee was polite in the way he said he couldnt help me however that didnt change the end result.

I politely looked at the displays for 20 minutes, only to be ignored and never addressed. Hope they close soon so some other shop can use the space.

This store is my perfered vape shop to go to. Every time I go there, the employees are happy and genuine in the Manor in which they help you. Specifically Rayne and Lady Dominique are amazingly helpful. They got me set up with a new Zeus RTA and Im loving it. Be sure to see these lovely ladies at the Serenity Vapor Lounge 2 in Tigard off 99W. They have the best e liquids and mods, even the higher end stuff which I like.

This is not a place for long time vape smokers. I walk in and from the dirty looks it was clear,that a black man with a white woman is still not welcomed. I needed a replacement atomizer,and this place is so expensive,I bought a horrible atomizer for $30.00. Then they were doing some sort of deal on their vape juice,that for some reason didnt have nicotine any higher than 6 milligrams. Whats the point of vaping and trying to stop smoking cigarettes if I cant get the right amount of nicotine? I purchase a bottle and realize it wasnt what I wanted.So I say hey I dont want this can I have my money back? Well clearly this company doesnt give back your money cause the teller said,Im sorry the transaction has already gone through. Confused because I paid in cash,I didnt understand why I couldnt get my money back? Its clear from all the money they spent to make the shop look like a Hangout,they put the cost of their Rent and Location on the customer. Why give these (crooks) almost $15.00 more per bottle of vape,and they will more than likely only have vape juice as high as 6 milligrams. Then have the nerve to charge the same price for vape with no nicotine? This shop is for the uppity trust fund babies who live in that area. Do your self a favor and visit the (Green Light District),The cool Asian dude by the 7-11,Or the vape shop next to cricket,all on Pacific Hwy.If you come here,its because you purposely want to spend more money. And if your in a Interracial relationship,dont expect a friendly environment from this shop. Then they have the nerve to send me text messages? Will never go back....

Great staff, very helpful, lots of flavor available.First visit - Staff member helped me find a new vape flavor because they didnt carry the one I usually purchase. I needed new coils but wasnt sure which ones to get. They took time to explain what was differences were and why I might buy one over the other.Second visit - I needed new coils. They were out that day and I was leaving on a trip out of town. They took the time to call around to OTHER shops that were close by until they found one with the coils I needed in stock. That is the true definition of customer care.Third visit - My iPV box mod to would not turn on after charging over night. I was expecting if no one could get it to turn I would have to buy a new one. Instead, Jon went through several tests and figured out that the battery had been drained to far down for the box to recognize that there was a battery in the unit to charge. He put my battery in their charger to make sure that the battery would take a charge. I was meeting some friends next door at Tapphoria, so he offered to keep charging the battery while I was next door. When I came back to pickup my things I needed to buy new coils. He asked if I knew about temperature control coils. He explained to me how they worked and what the benefits they have over the other coil type. I was sold and purchased the new coil. He then spent time with me to show me how to change setting on my box and what differences they would have for me.Needless to say there will be more visits for me in the future.
