First time in and for a co2 tank swap. Great place and prices! Customer service was spot on.

Dirty, unorganized, awkward, and closed on the weekends. Not a good way to run a modern business. So I go to one of the many other stores like this now.

Amazing employees at this place. Informative and understand what you are telling them. I bought 2 LED grow lights, ROI-E200 and they gave me a better deal than the online prices! I appreciate you guys and I’ll definitely be back to give them more business. My grow setup looks updated and those lights are amazing quality. I would use those grow lights in a commercial grow environment.

Wish I could give zero stars lol. Ever since they got bought out by Grow Generation this place has gone downhill quick. Employees have no idea about anything and doubt any of them have ever grown anything at all ever. Only come here if Im desperate and in a pinch but avoid at all costs the rest of the time. Do yourself a favor and do the same

Store used to be good .... until grow generation bought them. Employees are no help, store is a mess, stock is low, and if you have an account with them check to make sure you are getting your discounts. Unfortunate this used to be the go to spot for tens of thousands of dollars, not anymore. And none of the employees seem to care about covid restrictions because only 1 employee of what seemed to be 10 guys was wearing his mask.

I used to like this place on the front door it states Mask are not optional yep you go in and there are people in there working with no masks. They even acknowledge that I was there but yet did not try and put their masks on just kept walking by me next to me. RUDE RUDE shame on them.

Looked to be a decent shop, had almost everything I needed for my grow project . Couldnt get any help from anyone . Stood there like a deer in the headlights waiting for some type of customer service. Guess they didnt want my money, will definitely not be returning .

I went in looking for a small grow light and walked out with a small grow tent kit. The guy was very nice, and very helpful. He spent about 30 to 45 minutes helping me get everything together, and telling me why I needed it. So much GOOD information! Ill be back for more growing supplies.

Web site says 40% off smart pots... so they want 41.00 after the 40%... online it’s 48.00 not on sale so why drive here??? No deals to be had in this store not worth the drive for me...

Bought a water R/O water filter that was recommended to me. The flow was way too small to work and was charged a 25% restocking fee after 5 years and countless thiusands of dollars spent with them. Will not be buying from again.
