The ease of using UR Control to rent equipment, and the excellent customer service I receive from my local rep.

I liked that I could reserve online, but they did tell us that even though the reservation was allowed to go through and take our money, there was no equipment until several days later. (Is this just bad inventory reporting or a way to keep our money longer?) However, it was an easy experience, and someone did call to tell us not to come on the day we reserved, which was very helpful. The local staff was helpful, and the equipment performed well. We returned the equipment about 10 minutes early, but due to lack of staff, waiting in line for about 30 minutes and got a notice that our rental was past due, so there should be a way to check in electronically so you arent penalized for delivering something late.

Exceptional customer service from my sales guy, Matt Wood. He is always Johnny on the Spot for our company. He will drop what he is doing and personally deliver equipment when we are in a jam. I appreciate that they engage in my project and help me come up with solutions to roadblocks. Also very pleased with the speed of response to malfunctioning equipment. The service guy is very friendly and easy to work with. The equipment is usually newer and well maintained so issues rarely arise.

I took in a power washer on warranty repair and was extremely impressed with the service I received and the great customer service. I would particularly like to acknowledge the service manager, Peggy Plank for being so engaging and on top of things.

Every single time I come in something wrong always happens! One time they forgot I was waiting for them. Another time the machine would not run. Incorrect trailer plugs. I could go on and on. Dont know if its you guys or just bad luck. I am a contractor and dont have time to waste so i try to avoid united rentals.

Great customer support. Helped me lot up a giant rototiller into the back of my van. Never thought I could haul that in a van.
