Where do I start, I called this evening and spoke to a gentleman named Russ, I was expecting to get an answering machine since they are closed (hoping to get hours of operation), but instead by chance Russ answered which took me by surprise as it’s after hours. Russ was extremely nice and very helpful! Not only did he give me the operating hours he also answered a couple questions about a desk, I didn’t want to be that person keeping an employee on the phone after hours.....but I’m needing a reception desk ASAP....so I asked a couple questions and he went above and beyond by telling me about their business and about special orders, and rough idea on turn around time etc. This business already gets an easy 5 stars just based off my phone interaction with Russ, I will definitely be buying from this business for ALL my medical clinics. Before Covid my cheap Office Depot chair was fine enough for 1-2 hours. After 9 months working 8-10 hours a day from home, my lower back had enough. I spent time researching online and decided I specifically wanted a Herman Miller office chair. Unfortunately they are quite expensive and take some time to get delivered. So I decided to try to find one used. Most places in town had none or if they did the prices were a little more than I wanted to spend. Office Furniture Reborn responded quickly to my inquiry and they had a great selection. It was actually tough to choose. I got a great chair that will last me many years and paid at least $50-100 less then anywhere else I’d seen around town. I will definitely recommend them to friends and go back when I need more for my home office.This business is also doing a great job providing a safe environment to shop in during this pandemic. They wore masks, maintained social distance, provided clean pens to sign receipts and even had the floors marked to maintain traffic flow.

Excellent experience. We got two standing desks as well as two chairs here. If you sit all day I recommend checking this place. We has searched all the furniture places in downtown Portland but this place truly has the best selection of office furniture. Russ was very attentive as was his assistant (curly hair). They were quick to respond to email and resolve things.

We went to Office Furniture Reborn showroom in Tigard to see their products and was greeted by Russ. We told him about our office and wanting to modify a few spaces. He walked us around the showroom and gave us multiple options to consider, things that we hadnt even thought about. After going back and forth on different options, we finally made a decision and Russ assisted us quickly. His team came to install and did a wonderful job. They made sure the area was clean after their departure and that everyone knew how to work their new desks. They installed quickly and had us up and running in no time. Every person that weve encountered at Office Furniture Reborn has provided excellent customer service and continues to even after the desks were installed. We will definitely be using them in the future for the next phases of our office updating!

The staff has been fantastic, from the extensive demo of the office operations and comparisons between models to the efficient turn time of orders. We were able to meet our timeline by over 2 weeks. We arranged pickup, once we arrived everything was ready and the team efficiently loaded our stand up desks, chairs and miscellaneous items. Highly recommend Russ and team.

I originally went here and ordered a new office set for myself for a projected office move. I then decided to replace my entire staffs office furniture as well. I found working with Russ made this part of the transition one less thing I needed to worry about.I found the prices to be better then I expected, and delivery times met my needed deadlines.Russ also took into consideration things I wasn’t thinking about while working on the diagram & planning stages. He was extremely precise in his details which is important.During the delivery and instal, Chris was assigned to the project and he was just as thorough as Russ. Chris took things into consideration that I wouldn’t have thought about until it was too late. Chris’ workmanship installing the items was a 5 star job to say the least.I will definitely recommend Russ and his team and will work with them again.

Great store! They have a lovely selection of gently used office furniture at very reasonable prices, which was exactly what we needed to furnish our new office. My business partner and I searched used office furniture stores all over Portland, but we could have saved ourselves a trip because Office Furniture Reborn was definitely the place to go. This place is amazing! They have a great mix of new and used furniture at affordable prices in a clean, inviting setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will hold on to furniture you buy for you to pick up another day, or offer to deliver 80 miles away from the store. The loading is carefully handled with a smile, a joke, and a firm handshake when youre ready to take your aquisiacquis to your office. The experience could not have been more pleasant and relaxed. They have a great selection of lightly used higher end office furniture. I did not find what I was looking for, but the staff was helpful in my search. They have easy to shop Craigslist posts as well which is how I found their stopped front. They were quick to reply to email, which was truthfully unexpected :)

Its an interesting place with very inconvenient hours for regular working people. The sales person is nice but I really got the car salesman vibe. They even offer you really cheap candy. Why have a candy dish for guests and have dollar store cheap not even brand name dollar store candy? Anyway. Furniture is interesting. Some use some there already assembled to take or wait for box or custom select and put one together. Its seriously overpriced and looking at what they offer that you can customize your desk as you want they dont offer all the different options you can get WAY cheaper same exact thing with more options somewhere else and by his estimate we got it at least 2 weeks faster. So we got the exact same desk, custom to my husband specifications, with more options than this place even had within 5 days of the order, and cheaper than this place. Only plus side to this place is you can see the desk in person, if you dont want to assemble it, dont want many accessories, and dont care to spend more money go here. Otherwise walk out.

Love my desk I looked and looked and someone at a different furniture told me to go here. It was the best they loaded my desk, took it apart, explained the different things I needed to know even had packing blankets to protect the desk. This is the place if you want office furniture.

It has taken me 3-4 trips to Office Furniture Reborn before I could decide on a desk. Russ, the owner is a very nice and patient man. There is a great selection all sizes and types of desks and tables. I needed something small for a home office and I feel I got a really good deal fore the quality I wanted.

Nice selection of new and used office furniture to meet your needs at home or to outfit an office. The owner and staff are very helpful and nice. If youre looking for a desk, I suggest you look here first. Most of your commercial office furniture is built to last longer than what you would find at a regular store. They will also deliver and install for a fee. I had my purchase delivered. The delivery was quick and as with the rest of the staff they were very nice. I purchased a used commercial office desk which I absolutely love. Since I purchased a used desk, it was was mostly all put together, so I didnt pay for installation. It only took me about 5 minutes to put the halves together and secured in place with the provided hardware and brackets. It looks great in my home office. They are also always getting new inventory. Quantity will vary on certain items and on other items they could outfit a whole office depending on your needs. You can check inventory on their website but its much nicer to see what they have in person. I happened to find them through an add on CraigsList (which is another source to check current inventory) and Im glad I did. They are located in Tigard close to 217 and easy to find. I highly recommend for great condition high quality used and new office furniture.
