My family has come to Party Fair for various occasions but most notably for my daughter’s 18th birthday.And most recently my daughter and I shopped for my wife’s 50th birthday.The selection is vast.And we received the most outstanding help from James.From help with design ideas & colors to options to work with our budget.And the store has amazing seasonal decorations as well.

Brought 20- 18 inch balloons in to be filled for my bridal shower. We paid $50 for the service. They popped one while we were in store (which is fine, I had extras). No one told us- we only heard the pop and went to ask about it. Instead of being nice and apologizing or asking if we had extras when we asked about it, they said in a corporate policy tone that “they can’t guarantee the integrity of balloons that aren’t bought at that store”- we only asked so we could give them some extras in case it happened again.Then, when we were in an aisle close to the balloons they were talking about us and acted annoyed that they had to fill them. I’ve worked in CS before and you do that in the back room and not where the customers can hear you. That’s a basic 101 kind of thing.Almost done, when my mom went to pay for other items the lady didn’t say a word to her and just walked away after her payment went through- she didn’t even say thank you.Thanks for filling the balloons but we won’t ever come back. Glad to know a Party City will be opening soon.

We were happy to find a party related store however was bit disappointed with their offerings. They have a collection for parties n favors but not much range. Over all ok to go for decoration n balloons

I spoke to sales associates there to place an order for my granddaughters birthday from my phone in Florida. They were extremely helpful filling the order and suggesting items. And my granddaughter was happy with the treat bags we made up for her party! Thanks for your help.

I was happy to find a party supply store so close to me. Earlier this week I bought supplies and talked to the cashier quite a bit about the timing of picking up balloons for a party -- you have to pick them up last minute so theyll float. She told me the store hours, and I realized I would not have enough time to pick them up day of and told her Id need to get them the night before. She told me they closed at 8:30. No mention of when they stop filling balloons.Tonight I walked in around 8:00 and went directly to the balloons. I looked at the balloons for a minute, deciding what color I wanted, and then asked the cashier for help. She said they stop filling balloons at 8. I told her I had talked extensively with an employee earlier in the week who made no mention of that. She said, we dont fill balloons after 8. I said, can I buy these pre-filled balloons that are floating here? No, those are just for display. Finally, I left. In the parking lot I looked at my phone and saw that it was 8:02. I went back in and said, please, its 8:02. This is for my little sons joint birthday party. She said, Im sorry, we turn off the machine at 8.Thankfully Freddys can accommodate my order so I dont show up to the party without decorations.

Decent discount party store, actually has helium in stock.

Was in here shopping for party supplies. Went to the counter at 6pm with an arm full of items and asked for 6 helium balloons. The woman said they stop doing balloons at 6 … even though they don’t close until 6:30. I said “it’s 6:01” and she just stared at me. I get it… but i was the only customer in the store. People just don’t care.

I called and asked if they have any squishmallows and they said yes they have a bunch. So I drove 30 mins to get there before close to be told they don’t and haven’t had any. Waste of time. Don’t tell people you have something that you don’t have.

They had great customer service but limited party stuff

The store has basic premade stuff and balloons, that tends to work. I went in as sort of an emergency need, not knowing exactly what I hade to work with. There were plenty of employees, but, only one had a smile or had any interest in helping me. My questions were met with annoyance and even antagonistic in response. Some questions ignored until a book was slammed open in my face, and a hurry up attitude came with it. For what was supposed to be a fun experience was the WORST I’ve ever had retail so far in months. I understand it is weird and awkward times, but because the service attitude and environment was so unpleasant- I will go out of my way to NEVER return-

We just visited Party Fair for the first time and it’s an awesome store!! I had not been able to find the supplies elsewhere and was elated to find everything I needed here! Everyone was friendly and helpful! Wish I could give it higher than a 5!!

Needed a dolphin balloon with personalized text, no problem. Was ready on time and helped by courteous staff. Many aisles of anything for a party. My new,go to place. Highly recommend!

I love that theres Halloween stuff there even if its not Halloween

I stopped in today to get a last minute Halloween Piñata. When I arrived the store ended up being a lot larger than I had expected, so I did some browsing. It was clean and well organized with a lot of options. The staff was reallykind and helpful. So glad that I have a go-to party store in my area. Even saved a little $ with the stamp card.

They have things that other party stores dont have. Will definitely shop here again

Walked in, there was like 6 people on shift making balloons and no of them greeted us nor ask me if I needed help until I had to ask a question regarding balloons. Ordered my balloons and they spelled my daughter name wrong.

The girl helping us was super nice! Prices seemed a bit expensive, though there was much to choose from. But front counter employees were not very friendly and kind of put up an attitude when we inquired about something.

This is the only party supply store in the area without driving to Portland, which is a hassle, so Im glad for that at least. However their prices seem high and they do not carry many greeting cards, despite having space for them. I ordered some balloons for my grandsons birthday party and the young man helping me was very confusing and had to ask another employee questions several times. I just feel like the employees should know how to so their jobs, or else not be placed in that task. The trip took longer than I would expect due to this. In the future I will try to give myself enough time to order online to avoid shopping here.

Buying your party supplies ahead of time on Amazon is much cheaper and youre more likely to be able to get all the supplies you want in a matching theme. Get your balloons at Lippmans in Portland, its cheaper and they have cuter balloons to pick from.

Huge selection, clean store, & best prices. I was super happy to find this store after all the Party Citys on the west side closed. This store beats them on prices hands down. They also have a massive selection of Mylar balloons.With one exception the staff are super helpful and go out of their way to help you find what you need.

Theyre fairly new in town. Prices are fair and there is good variety. There are things that needs to be restocked but has not been for a few weeks. Its nice to have them after party city closed though.

A giant building with lots of party decor. So many solid color choices to match any party needs. Lots of theme options to choose from. Additional needs like cake stands, melting chocolate molds, serving dishes, etc. A huge assortment of Mylar and latex balloons, youre sure to find the perfect balloon here. There is also a costume section. Competitive prices with local big box chains and the most popular online site. Absolutely worth stopping in and taking a look around.

Very large store with very wide variety of everything you could ever want or need for a party or event. Jamie, the store manager, was super nice and helpful when I was there this week. He kindly took the time to help me figure out what I needed for an event I am planning and envision the space and decorations for a very large space on a very tight budget with me. I also used this store a few weeks ago and ordered a bunch of balloons for my sons party, they were super friendly and had my order done and ready for pick up on time. They even put all the balloons into a large bag to help contain them in my vehicle. It was so convenient. I highly recommend this store! Bonus is that parking is very ample and easy in this parking lot.

Diana (I believe thats what her name is) she went out of her way to help us an ensure we got everything we needed and some ;) Thank you the kids enjoyed everything party was a great success.

This place has everything and very competitive prices, too. My daughter wanted an Incredibles theme birthday party, a huge well-made banner for $5, we even found black masks to put in the swag bags. Although there is a party store near us, but its worth the extra drive to go to this place.

Good selection of balloons, character baloons, table cloths, and tableware. They also had lots of theme sections with everything you need. Not many streamers, they had like 6 colors, there is a better selection at a better price at most dollar stores. Prices arent bad and the staff was friendly and helpful.

A lovely bouquet of colorful balloons made a wonderful surprise for my friend on her birthday! She told me that she had never received such a bright and fun remembrance on a birthday. Thank you Jamie, for the idea of the balloon bouquet!

The worst of any store Ive visited in my entire life. no customers in there, except me. and 6 employees being not only unfriendly, but also attempting to shame and insult me for asking specific product questions, as 2 of the poeple working there are not knowledgable about their product.

Cashier was very nice, but there was a guy (I think the owner) who was helping a customer right next to me, when he finished with the other customer, the associated walked right by me and didnt ask if I was doing ok, anything.
