The fastest and high quality service ever. I took my car in for service, two days later my car was ready for pickup. That was amazing!!! Im still shocked!! Jimmy and the other guy was awesome. Highly recommended to everyone. Come this location only.. Jimmy and the other guy will blow your mind.

Absolutely use this service king, they repaired my truck on time on budget, and absolutely no B.S did a great job repairing my front bumper cover, Jimmy runs a tight ship, and big ol thank you to Jose for going way above and beyond and cleaning my interior, you didnt have to do it but truly appreciate the fact you did wish you guys many years of success and fruitful business, Ill definitely use your shop again, hope to see you again but not too soon.

Lynn Mason- I had a very good experience! It was the most hassle free experience. From the time I made the appointment until I picked my vehicle, Juan looked at my vehicle initially and was very thorough. He made feel comfortable knowing my vehicle would be returned to its original condition. Every day I received a text daily, letting me know how far along things were going with my car. I appreciated that a lot. When my car was finished, I was running late and Scott waited for me. Long story short I had a wonderful experience with service king!

I originally wrote a review when I dropped my vehicle off on 5/14 and due to the initial experience I provided a two star review. However I stated that once I received my car back I would come back in and revise my review and I did. I initially I felt like I was treated some sort away by Scott one of the managers, but since my car was dropped off I received several calls from Scott to provide me with the progress of my car. I am not sure if it was based on the initial review I provided or maybe I took the first interaction personally. He just did not appear to be friendly and the fact that I had just purchased my car in March of 2019 and it was practically new I was already frustrated that I had to drop the car off. However I have received my car on today and I was met by Pam with a smile and she was very helpful and although Scott wasnt there to possible redeem himself I met with Julio and he walked me around the vehicle and answers any questions that I had . I really appreciate the service that Service King provided and I would recommend them to others.

This company is the best of the best. I rear ended a tow truck and the lift went directly through my bumper of my brand new 2018 Tahoe! I mean my truck was in bad shape. The entire front end smashed. Service King did an amazing job. My truck looks like nothing ever happened. Don’t shop go here to get your vehicle fixed. I promise you won’t regret it and I’m super super picky.

Nice work, but after repair on my front end(Spring 2018), Im still finding missing rivets throughout the engine bay. Replaced on my own.

THEY WORKED DIRECTLY WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY.LUIS AND JUAN HANDLED THE INSPECTION,ESTIMATES, AND SUPERVISION OF THE PROJECT WHILE JEFF AND HIS CREW OF RYAN AND MARC, TOOK MY WHOLE TRUCK APART AND REBUILT IT ON A BRAND NEW FRAME. I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW GOOD IT LOOKED AND IT NOW DRIVES TIGHTER AND STRAIGHTER THAN BEFORE ITS LIKE A BRAND NEW TRUCK, I AM SO THANKFUL TO HAVE FOUND THESE GUYS NO ONE COULD HAVE HANDLED A JOB THIS BIG AND TOOK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AS WELL AS THEY DID THANK YOU GUYS !!!!!

This team is amazing! I drive a 1998 van that has never been in an accident until 3 weeks ago. I was hit by an oncoming car and my front bumper was relocated. When my van was returned, it was better than when I received it new.

So my initial experience with service king was not good do to some errors of a new employee. We all have been new before and know there is always error in the beginning. But this error caused a few more errors. To top it off m when i went to pick my car up i had noticed my ray band sunglasses missing and i was infuriated. But manager Mike Pitman came out as soon as i arrived and quickly assisted me. He made sure I was satisfied with the work, which I was extremely (they did a great job), then proceeded to look every where for my glasses. Once he could not find them he offered to replaced them and did! Now I would never fus over some sunglasses but everyone knows how expensive ray bands are. I was shocked he right away offered to buy the replacement ones. I will be a returning customer and i would recommend to others!
