Very knowledgeable staff and top notch installations. Outfitted my 4Runner with a 3” lift, new rims and new tires.Quoted several options and allowed me to choose what was best for my truck usage.I even commissioned them to install a new roof rack/ladder combo and a roof top tent which I had drop-shipped directly to their shop. These proved more difficult than anticipated but we stuck at at and made it all work. Thanks the the amazing upgrades!

10/31/20Update - CPW Truck Stuff & Wheels done a great job! All installed as supposed to and works great and looks great!! I have installed truck cap since then, but here is the picture of my truck. The only thing is Buyer Be Aware on K&N cold air intake, I am going back to CPW to re-install OE cold air intake, it is not CPW issue as I asked to install the part. But, it comes to find out later that if you have a powertrain warrantee, then K&N cold air intake is not for you. I have less than 100 miles on it and now it is for sale...if K&N refuse to take back the part... Anyhow, this is CPW review and they did a wonderful JOB!!09/30/20So far so good! Both Dan & Bill are currently helping me with getting my 2019 F250 ready for off road & highway towing for much less than the competitor. 2 lift, 35 tires, dual Fox steering stabilizers, new track bar, airbags & compressor, step bars, and Bilstein shocks plus repairing LED head light, which another shop installed. I cannot wait to see and experience the newly modified truck! I will update once I get the truck back from CPW...hopefully by mid next week...

Brought in my Ford F-150 cause I needed a secure cover for the bed. Daniel was a tremendous help. He walked me through the various types of covers measured the bed and ordered my cover of choice. Once the cover came in we set up a time, I brought the truck by for installation. Quick and painless. If I ever need any other work done on my truck these willbe they people to do it.

Had a lift kit, bumpers, and a winch installed at CPW. Could not be happier. And not only did they do excellent work quickly, the tech showed me something underneath that needed to be done on my Jeep that would be covered by my Jeep warranty! I came to CPW to have my fox coilovers adjusted and cognito upper control arms installed. I spoke to Bill on the phone and Dan when I visited the shop before dropping my vehicle off. I also spoke with fox who said the coilovers could only be adjusted off the vehicle. I made sure that was how they were going to be adjusted at cpw. I dropped my truck off on a Monday night and was told it would be ready Wednesday. I didnt get the vehicle until Friday. I was contacted by bill on Wednesday who said that they did not have the correct spanner wrench to adjust them and that they were going to buy one, something I feel they should have checked on Tuesday. So I knew I was not getting my truck back on Wednesday as first told. I stopped in the shop on Thursday to see where we were at, upper control arms in, but they were having issues with the coilovers. They said the driver side was good, but passenger side not. I was also told they did not take the driver side out. But were forced to take the passenger side. Skipping small details I picked up my truck on Friday. Upon arrival I looked over the vehicle and founda lot of issues. First the wheels were damaged, there were light machine scratches evenly on all 4 wheel lips. Thankfully Dan acknowledged this and said it was most likely from the alingment. My biggest issue was the coilovers. The truck did sit level which is what I wanted but the coilovers themselves were pretty best up. My truck sits in a climate controlled garage. Its a 2018 with 9500 miles. Its never been off-road. The coils had no issues before the were adjusted. There are deep gouges in the metal where the coilovers meets the lower control arm, the adjustment rings are scratched and bowing (most likely due to the pressure from adjusting them on the vehicle, something fox directly told me would happen if they werent taken off). I also asked something small to be done when they took the coils out, that was to spray undercoating on some of the spots that were failing(gm undercoating sucks). They did use the spray I provided them but I think they did it with their eyes closed. Its not only all over the coils overs but control arms as well. I have before and after pictures as proof. Thankfully Dan acknowledged all the damage. But really had no answer for me other than taking labor costs off. Initially I was quoted between $400-500. I was told later due to the issues they had about 11 hours into it, or $1100. On the phone we met in the middle roughly at $800. I ended up paying $360. Ive invested over $94k into my truck. Money isnt the issue. I would have rather paid the $1100 if everything were done properly. The damage to the wheels has been fixed at a local paint correcting facility, my cost $400. As for the coils there is nothing that can be done, ultimately they would have to be replaced which is unrealisting considering they have 5000 miles on them and cost about $3200. My coils are completely visible due to the truck being lifted, so this is something I get to see everytime I drive it. Very disappointed and really at a loss for words.

I went in to get new tires, they were super helpful and didnt mind showing me different options and price ranges. A few days after placing the order I called them up to add another item to my order. Went into to get a leveling kit and bigger aggressive tires (grappler ridges, which I highly recommend!) On my 2017 GMC sierra elevation. And they gave me an amazing price on both and the quality of service from Matt and Dan was amazing! They are both VERY knowledgeable! I can not recommend this business and its staff highly enough. I was having an issue with the way my spare tire was hung on my Jeep Wrangler by the previous owner. I was looking at several options to re-hang the tire that were pretty costly. The staff at CPW took the time to understand that my Jeep is not a daily driver and what my specific needs were. They recognized an easier more cost effective solution for me instead of up selling me to something I didn’t really need. I wish all businesses operated this way. A great bunch of people!!

I can’t believe how much above and beyond CPW went to install a leveling kit on my 2019 Ford Raptor.Let me start by saying they first contacted Fox Racing to see how they recommended doing the installation and what parts to use. After getting their advice they followed it exactly even though they didn’t use those parts or the vendor that provided them. After getting bad parts from distributor they did everything they could to get proper parts and install properly. Couldn’t be happier with the end product. Great installation great professional customer service. I plan on doing it much more business with them!!

Took my 2016 Ram 2500 to CPW to have them install a Carli suspensions 2.5” level kit along with some fox shocks, adjust Track bar and some steering stabilizers. They did a great job on the install. Talked with Matt and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely good back for future work.

I went with CPW after seeing all the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I asked them if they can install some Rockslide engineering side steps on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. They informed me that they never worked with the company, but they were confident that they would be able to get it installed. They kept me posted with updates and told me they wanted to keep it a little bit longer because they want it done right. Even though it took longer to complete than planned, they were able to have them installed without issue, and the side steps look and work perfectly. The people there were very nice and easy to talk to when I had questions. I would definitely go back for more work to be modified on my Jeep. Just a little side note on the rockslide engineering steps: they drop down 12” when the door opens and retracts when the door closes. Also there are lights that turn on when they drop and there’s an override button so when the doors are removed, you would push the button to make use of the steps. I’m addition to the side steps, I had rocker guards installed where they had to drill several holes into the body of the Jeep. So there’s a fair amount of things involved with these steps and CPW was able to get it done.

They did a great job installing my Firestone ride rite airbags on my F250. Very communicative, alot of shops leave you in the dark. No surprises, everthing works great and exactly how its suppose to.

My son who is a Marine, left me his lifted F150 for safe keeping while deployed. It started making a noise and I had no idea what to do or where to take it. The Ford dealer had some interesting and terrifying ideas as to what was wrong. All costing thousands and would not have fixed the problem.I read good reviews about this place and gave it a try. Daniel came out and looked the truck over and went over some of the lifted kit part names with me. (My son bought truck used and didn’t know what kit was used) They brought it into the shop and determined what was wrong. Daniel and the folks here speak lifted. They know the kits and parts that make it happen.Thanks for being honest! You fixed the problem! For under $100. My son can look up his parts and plan for future fun with his truck before he goes out again.

Part 2: 6 stars. Dan, Matt and crew were great with my initial install (see below). On a subsequent visit they identified a problem unrelated to my lift kit. They could have kept quiet but they didnt. They told me about the problem and for basically the cost of the part, fixed the problem, or so we thought. At my direction they found an aftermarket replacement. The part we chose werent up to the job. Dan and CPW stuck with me, got the best part and installed it. The cost to me was basically the cost of the part. Id highly recommend CPW and plan to have them to do additional work. Really great guys with the right skills to get the job done.Great experience at CPW. Dan gave me a detailed explanation of the product and installation. Drop off and pick-up was easy. I couldnt be happier with the results and cost.

I would to thank Jennifer for the great customer service that nowadays has kind of gone away for the consumer. I purchased a Rough Country 4 inch lift kit from CPW and even though Ive only been driving for a few days with the lift kit on, very happy with the install. After talking to the mechanic who did the install, I was given the vibe that he really cared about the job that he just finished on my truck, I didnt get his name, but he represented CPW like he cared about the work he does! When you have work done by a business you look for price, quality of work, and good customer service, I feel you get all three at CPW! Ill be back for a check on the lift kit in 400 miles.

I am pleased so far with the work they completed. I say so far because I just got the truck back today. But, everything appears to have been done professionally. Extremely non personable! Never answer the phone! And when they do... they act as if your bothering them!!! Then after all that they have never ordered the correct parts for me on the first try! Please for the love of God! I wish somebody would open a plow parts dealer in the same area!!!

I was more than prepared to drop $10-15K into my JLU. However, I’ve left three messages without a return call and went to their shop today (9/7/19) at 11:00 am, but despite their website saying their open from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, no one was there. It was a waste of a trip to Tinley Park.They may possibly do good work, but the business aspect is more than lacking.

I brought my ‘13 Jeep Wrangler here about 2 moths ago to get some suspension and brake work done. CPW did an awesome job on all the work and gave me a great price for all the work done. Just brought my Jeep back today to have the brakes looked at because I was having some issues with a squealing noise coming from the rear brake. Took my car to firestone a couple weeks back and turns out they messed up my rear brakes and that’s what caused the squeaking noise. Came into CPW to set up an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in today to take a look at my brakes and try to fix the issue. I learned my lesson and will ONLY bring my Jeep here moving forward for any issues I’m having or any Jeep needs that I have. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you get vehicle back up and running the way it should. I would definitely recommend CPW they know their stuff

After dropping both control arms on my Jeep in my driveway I realized I needed a tow truck and a Truck shop, Not just any shop someone who knew how to fix my mistake that’s when I emailed Dan at CPW he responded within 5 mins and told me to get it over to him, boy am I glad I did. Dan and his crew went under my rig and went over and adjusted piece by piece they even called the manufacture of the aftermarket parts on my Jeep to get proper specs so every adjustable part would be perfect. If you guys are looking for any repairs or mods this is the goto place I couldn’t be more happier with the service, they make you feel comfortable and they make sure you understand what they will be doing before they do it.
