Update: Ive been here a few times after my review, the first time it was closed they opened at 11am from what I was told so I went somewhere else.Second time the guy got there late and didnt have what I was looking for they have less stuff than before.Third time I got there by 11 and it was closed I believed it changed to 1pm? Not sure but I dont think Ill come here unless I have no option, Im so sorry I did liked this place but I like to get to a place and that is open at the time stated and also that it does not changes often. Perhaps this review can be a feedback? Im all for supporting local businesses, will be willing to come back and the business runs as before.(10/19)Excellent customer service, I come here ti purchase our party balloons and other items, they have great prices and is always good to support our locals.Just fyi if you buy helium balloons dont expect the latex to last more than 12 hrs. The are hand tight, the other shape balloons do last longer, I purchase a Happy bday balloon (biggest one) its been in 10 days!!!If you need something in particular you can ask to see if they can order, they are always willing to help.

Very knowledgeable about everything they have and look to helping you the best to there ability. The owner actually is easy to talk with and will help when ever they are free! Great selection of birthday, graduation, and even those crazy holidays! Great selection of Halloween costumes that last! Oh forgot to mention they have a rewards program!

Rushed to get here when I realized they close at 6:00 only to find they closed early!?! I cannot stand companies who post hours of operation, but close when its convenient for them!!! I still gave 3 stars since this is usually a place I enjoy shopping for party decor, but unfortunately I was unable to tonight! 👎

This is the ultimate Party store to shop. A huge selection with many different themes. We bought over 20 items of under the sea theme for our party. They had over 100 different items for just this one theme. We will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional was closed 40 minutes before their 6 o’clock close time no answer on the phone and no explanation written on the door very unprofessional will not be back. And the last time I was there the cashier was very rude when I asked for a balloon that they happen to be out of she was very short with her answer and rolled her eyes. As somebody that works in the service industry for restaurants I know what a Bad customer is like and I go out of my way to make sure I am not that person. This place left me with an absolutely bad taste in my mouth the first time around and this time really just put the cherry on top. I will not be back I will drive the extra 15 to 20 minutes to the Mokena party city.

Visited here 2 nights ago and loved the variety of party supplies they had to offer. Very professional and courteous service. This will be my new favorite place to shop.

Dont buy latex balloons here expensive and lasted less than 24 hours. I bought late the evening before party and lost all helium before noon the next day.

We hit the motherload of all jackpots! My daughter wanted a 1950s themed birthday party. I would have had to go to Party City and order from Amazon to get all that we needed. A suggestion from my mother saying, Lets give them a try turned out to be way worth it!!! We found soooo many cute decorationing options with incredible prices. We even got a life size cardboard cutout of Elvis Presley for $15! The staff and owner were absolutely amazing. I am seriously gushing with my experience there.They have an extensive birthday selection along with an impressive graduation section. They do not disappoint

Went to the store today no lights on and signs posted on windows stating permanently closed. The store is still full of merchandise. I tried calling and phone just cut off. I found items here that no other party stores carry.
