I ordered two different mattress and sadly had to return them. Finally, I went into the Mattress Firm at Marketplace in Tinley Park. Charlotte knows her mattresses and found me the perfect one for 1/3 of the internet price.So, I suggested my disabled friend consider talking toCharlotte before buying a new mattress and adjustable bed. Its been awhile since I went there but I did go in looking for a mattress there was a girl there named Judy she knew everything about mattresses I mean everything every corner every bring every foam everything she showed me everything in the store explain the difference between one and the other and so far that and so on I actually wound up buying one from her but the amount of time she spent with me on almost every mattress in the store was really good with her patients from me because I had to know everything about the mattress so Im giving this five stars for that reason very knowledgeable very patient good mattress to great

We went in today a lovely lady that was there. Her name was Charlotte .So nice and really friendly so pleasant. Offered us water and fruit snacks that she had. Explain everything to us about the different mattresses and mattress pads. The bed rails and the 10-year warranty that we got on the mattresses and the mattress pad. Showed us how to locate our delivery mattress firm website . Was not too expensive but they have some pricey mattresses thats worth every penny. I enjoy my experience in the store today Im very happy with my purchase.

We ventured in Mattress Firm one day with the intent to look around ONLY. Fell in love with with the ideal mattress and base. Found out it was WAY out of our budget. This is when Charlotte came into play. What a nice lady to do business with. Charlotte went above and beyond in many different ways. Charlotte put us on a list for when people decide they dont want their newly purchased mattress for whatever reason(s) and ultimately offer that same mattress at a greater bargain. Some time went by..... low and behold, we received a phone call from Charlotte one day saying she found our mattress! It was a fraction of the normal retail price. Charlotte remembered us! She also remembered our 10 year old son and asked about him when he wasnt there rhe second time. As another reviewer said, she offered us fruit snacks and water. I cant say enough about this lady. SHE is what makes Mattress Firm. If it wasnt for Charlottes personality and professionalism, we would have NEVER bought this mattress. Initially, we were just looking. Charlotte made it work for US and OUR budget. We couldnt be happier with our purchase. This mattress is absolutely wonderful! Thanks Charlotte!

My dad bought a $3000 bed from this store last year. Less than a year later, the mattress is in poor shape. Speaking with the warranty people, they are not willing to replace the bed without sending someone over for $90 or having him take pictures of the mattress himself (with all sorts of steps). I lied on the bed too. Its clearly broken.I cant believe this store would sell such cheap, overpriced products.

Jake was the salesman who sold me my mattress set. Walked in at 6pm and walked out after 30 minutes. Very polite and helpful, didnt attempt to sell me something I didnt want. Scheduled my delivery 4 days later. They got there right around 8:45am, after giving me a time frame 8:45-10:45. They were in and out within 5 minutes.
