This is the second home where weve used their services and they continue to do a phenomenal job. Great customer service and very competent guys on the job. Very accommodating with scheduling to install equipment and overall great service!! Would highly recommend if you appreciate people who know what theyre doing!!

On Guard did a great job installing my system. Very professional. You wont find another security company with more passion to get the job done right.

We needed a multi camera setup to watch over our dog and children when were away at work. I met Tom one of their techs who came out and gave us multiple options to fit our needs. Now me and my wife can use our cell phones to watch when our children come and go from the house. Which you can imagine gives us great peace of mind. All in all were extremely happy with the quality and customer service.

We have had a great experience from start to finish with On Guard. Joe was very accommodating, especially since we had time constraints with the opening of our restaurant. Marianne is such a great asset! So sweet and helpful. They are very affordable, so affordable we used them at another location to redo our old system with updated cameras. Side note, they answered us very quickly after I misplaced our password for remote login as well. Couldn’t be happier with this company.

We were with another alarm company for 23 years before switching to On Guard about a month ago. Our previous system used a landline telephone system that we wanted to eliminate. On Guard was recommended by a close friend who has used them for years and was very happy with their service. Tom came to our home, assessed our system, and gave us an estimate that I thought was more than reasonable! Tom returned a few days later and upgraded our system adding the smoke alarms and glass break detectors we requested and we couldnt be happier. We love that we can use apps on our cell phones to control the system. I have already recommended On Guard to family and friends! Would not hesitate to use them again.

On Guard returned my call quickly and was able to walk me through what I wanted done with my alarm. The owner was prompt, patient, courteous, and helpful.

I have always recieved prompt a curdious service from polite and knowledgable professionals. If there is ever an issue, even as minor as a low battery someone is there to talk me through fixing the problem myself, or quickly sending a technichion to correct more complicated issues. Nothing but positive interactions with multiple employees!!

Complete lack of service. Their website info should say: We dont work weekends. So if you have problems over the weekend its on you....We also blame the hood/hood rats for breaking in if our equipment doesnt work or is tampered with... sorry our alarm didnt work but you shouldve owned property in a better area!. Owner is rude.
