Service was great until we had an issue with shipment of a damaged cabinet. Damaged cabinet caused huge delays and additional costs to our contractor. Owners attempt to speed shipping was poor after being sold throughout planning process manufacturer had a 5-day ship - Surprise! Reshipment of damaged cabinet was almost one month. Owner was rude and offered no compensation. We were told I dont care what you do after trying to find some options to avoid any further delays of this $12,000 order. Additionally, another cabinet drawer was incorrect and received the wrong replacement door twice. After several attempts of getting this resolved, owner didnt both to let us know and left the package at the front door. Bottom line if no issues arise, you might be fine, otherwise - beware of customer service experience to resolve issues.
