We got some carpet installed and our hardwood floor stained by Landmark. The staff at the store are very professional, helpful and friendly. They came out to our house within a day and gave estimates quickly. They were able to schedule work quickly as well.Carpet installation was a breeze - super quick and we love it! Hardwood sanding and staining looks really good but the workers didn’t re-install a closet door that they had removed. The sanding also caused a lot of dust to accumulate all over the house - I wish they cleaned a little when they were done. However, I am overall satisfied and would recommend them!

Absolutely beautiful products! Had the most gorgeous, plush carpeting installed in 3 rooms in a house I just purchased in a very short timeframe so we could comfortably move in. Ive been using landmark for years, theyve always gave me a superior product at an exceptional price, I had landmark do another project for me recently. This one there was a couple issues. But once I contacted the owner Nick Cinquepalmi explaining my issues.Nick Cinquepalmi had a guy out there the very next day addressing them. Within a few days they addressed all my concerns. This is what Im looking out of a company if theyre ever is an issue that theyre going to stand behind their installation and their product. Which they did 100% I wouldnt hesitate recommending landmark flooring to friends and family.

Very great customer service! Landmark was helpful with repairing part of the laminate flooring that I had an issue with. Also did a great job of installing new carpet for my one room. The color of the carpet matched up perfectly with the color of the laminate flooring.

We had 5 rooms and a hallway floor replaced. The installers removed the old flooring. Landmark Flooring was able to match our 4yr old bedroomflooring with the same make manufacturer. Now all our floors are the same!Great customer service, Great communication, Great installation!Would highly recommend them!!

I got a quote for carpet and wanted to compare apples to apples. Initially, I was very impressed with the promptness and follow up I got. I then noticed that my quote from a big box carpet company included a lot more square footage than Landmark did in the quote.So I went to big box to see why. They showed me a software package that accounts for cutting the carpet and economically minimizing waste. The carpet I chose had a pattern in it, so there would be more waste than average on matching the pattern, which makes sense. Landmarks quote was for 20 plus yards LESS carpeting than would be needed to do the job taking this into account. I asked how they managed that in the quote and he honestly told me he didnt take that extra detail into account. When I emailed them asking how they would ensure that there would be enough carpet on hand to do the job properly and asked if they would stand behind their quote, I got no answer. The guy who had been calling and emailing and texting me about getting carpet samples suddenly went ghost when asked about standing behind his quote and making sure the job would be done right. I am giving my business to the big box store So sometimes a non answer is an answer ALL BY ITSELF. Seems like they have a PATTERN of not being able to do complex installs from looking at other reviews. Im sure on straightforward stuff theyre great, but they should own it and let the customer decide instead of playing off like theyre competent on challenging installations.

Landmark Flooring just completed a project that included sanding our existing floors, adding hardwoods, and stained to a beautiful new color. The gentlemen that worked on the floors were real craftsman, attention to detail and hardly any dust! The carpet install was just as perfect! Very pleased working with Lamdmark and each employee from start to finish!

Landmark is very professional, the prices are reasonable. We chose them as they are a family owned business. They went above and beyond to get the job done. Their installer was amazing and a perfectionist. One can tell he takes pride in his work and does it the right way.

SUPER professional company. Came out and measured, showed samples, showed a digital version of what the final product looks like, and DELIVERED and incredible finished product at a fair price. I’m glad to have found an honest, reliable, and affordable flooring company!

We had a runner installed on our stairs. The salesman came out measured our stairs and gave us options for samples so we picked one. He did not indicate that the sample we picked could not be used on curved steps. We even went so far as to go into the store and talk to the owner just to be sure there wasnt something we liked more. Even then we were never told that carpet was not designed for curved steps. The owner told us it would take several days to install being that they would need to mesaure and cut for the curve. The installers came and once they got to the angle steps indicated that this is how it will look, its made for straight stairs they did the best they could with what they were given and that is the only reason I am giving 2 stars. I contacted the salesman during installation to try and figure out what went wrong but he told my husband he couldnt deal with it now. So the installers finished and I asked the salesman if he could come see the finished project when he had time. He must of been to busy so he said we can take $366 off (big deal on an $1766 installation) or redo it with custom carpet and hell give me a good price. At that point I was just done with them and took the $366 off. I do not suggest landmark flooring.

I met this wonderful guy Bob and from start to finish he stuck with me every step of the way. I ran across some problems and Bob went above and beyond to help me resolve them. From finding the right financing, and delivery of product to the install. He did what ever he could do to make this install for me as easy as 1, 2, 3. He showed me the flooring, came to my home to talk with me not once, twice, but 3 times. During the install, he checked in to see how the project was going, and he checked in to see if everything was what I wanted and upon completion he came back yet again to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this place of business to anyone. He was so patient and kind. I never hesitated in speaking with him. He was honest and a very hard working man. His staff at the store, so very pleasant. But more importantly, he showed that he cared about his customer and their product and service. I am so happy with my front room and dining room floors. Wonderful Service. After Landmark Flooring installed carpet at my parents and did a beautiful job, I happily contacted to have my stairs re-carpeted. The men who installed the carpet for 2 stair cases were on time and worked in a timely manner. Nick worked with me every step of the way. It was well worth it and I look forward to giving them my future business. I would rather give a family/small business my business. They go the extra mile!

If I could put a negative star I actually wouldthey do not give you a detailed estimate And i believe they they are over priced for what I received.My fault for not shopping aroundWhen I complained about issues with my laminate floor install I was told it’s because my original floor is bad but everything will be fine and the owner of the company does it come out to inspect it completely trust his subcontractors and Could care less. Now 3 years The area that I complained about that i felt was unleveled has cracked because they didn’t level it and there The pocket underneath itI’m getting my bedroom installed by someone else and getting pointed out all the errors they made ...I love that. i can see the difference in the workI could actually go on about several more problems I hadnot sure how I can respond but it was your duty to fix it I pointed it out to you And that was a response then but you thought it would be fine and didn’t bother and you never even bothered to come out and look at the work they didas pointed out by the new contractor it could’ve been fixed

We moved here from CA and were referred to Nick and Landmark Flooring. Nicks communication from the start was top notch. Very accommodating to our schedule and had his guys in a day after we closed on our purchase. The guys were excellent - text me when they were 20 mins out, always on time. Most importantly, the floors are gorgeous. Workers never made a mess, were very respectful of both of us working from home and we hardly noticed they were there to be honest. Landmark Flooring has helped me with my flooring needs multiple times. They have a great selection of products and have very competitive pricing. Bill was great to work with and presented all the options very professionally. On my last purchase with Landmark I was in a bit of a time crunch and they worked hard to make sure my project got completed on time and correctly. This is a great company but even better people.

We’ve been working with Landmark for the past two years. After a year our flooring started to warp. After Nick and Ray came out, Ray was able to determine the cause of the issue and worked quickly to get it fixed. It looks great again.

By far the worst installation experience possible. Clearly this company is incapable of managing a simple install, assigning a very poor project manager, and not monitoring the status of the project from the home office. Sloppy work, poor planning and coordination of sub contractors, and communication to the homeowner. The original plan was 2 days of destruction and prep, with 3 days of install. We wrapped up today, two weeks later. I used a competitive company a few years ago and had a much better experience. The competitor communicated a plan, stuck to the plan, was able to move appliances and doors, reinstall them, protect doorways, furniture and cabinets from dust with plastic sheeting, and reinstall the quarter rounds. I do not and will not recommend Landmark Flooring.

Just a little background before I get into my actual review:I was introduced to Landmark Flooring and its owner Nick through a mutual connection we have in a business networking group on Facebook several years ago. We finally had a chance to meet in person almost 2 years ago and he shared with me the story about his business which he built from the ground up. To hear how he started and what hes grown it into is a great example of what hard work, dedication, and service is all about! After that meeting, I stopped by the showroom to meet the team and see the different products they carry in their clean and organized showroom. To just see the products they have can be overwhelming but the team is well-educted about the products they offer and can help the decision-making process simpler for any customer....and, now, for the review:Having a newer house, I have not needed new flooring but, as a real estate agent, I do have clients who are looking for options when they purchase a home or when they want to update their existing flooring either for a fresh look or in preparation for listing their home for sale.I have recommended Landmark to every agent in my office or clients who are looking for flooring options. I just had my first experience working with Landmark & Glenn in January when a seller client needed a quote to replace the carpet in her home. Since she was selling, we needed an affordable option but also didnt want to just lay down a low-quality, cheap option which the seller would have to replace in a year.I called the showroom mid-to-late afternoon on New Years Day and wasnt expecting anyone to answer but Glenn picked up the phone (even though they were closed) as he was sitting at his desk doing some paperwork. We discussed my clients needs and we booked an appointment for him to come out to my clients house in Woodridge.When Glenn arrived for the appointment, he was prepared & professional as he carried in samples along with his pen & paper and measuring tool. My client told him what she was looking for and Glenn presented my client with various options. He also explained the differences as well as what was trending. Glenn took measurements and provided quotes before he left.Although my client didnt make a decision that day, she did end up selecting the DreamWeaver in a color which Landmark had in stock at their warehouse. Since the option she chose was in the warehouse, the installation was able to be done quickly and we were able to get the house on the market just in time for early spring. (And went under contract with multiple offers within days of listing!)Glenn did a great job of following up without being pushy and all services and quality were as promised with no extra surprises (which is the way business should be done!).If you are looking for good quality, good selection, good service, and professionalism, I would highly recommend Landmark Flooring to anyone who has flooring needs in the Chicagoland area!

Quality product, excellent service and installation.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I was intrigued with this place because of the great reviews, however our experienced was far from it! Please do not waste your time or money, especially if you are hard working people.The employees rushed the process from start to finish, which led to, falsifying shipment dates, a delayed installation time, and to top it off not enough product to finish flooring our place. Although the job took an additional week to finish, the company charged our credit card before the job was completed. Furthermore, customer service proved to be appalling as the three main employees were rude, uncaring and flat out disrespectful. If you are looking for a pleasant experience, try somewhere else!

Landmark flooring did a great job on my bathroom flooring. Pictures are before and after ! I spent two days scrubbing the grout with a toothbrush, only to look dirty again after a month. Forget it. Coretec LVP to the rescue ! Adeline Walnut

We had a section of our house that was carpeted while the rest was hardwood. We contacted Landmarking flooring to replace the carpet with hardwood and restain all of the hardwood a darker color . We had a great experience with all team members we encountered and our floors look really great. The work was done for a great price and we are very happy with the results.

The day we were supposed to move into our house, we opened the door and the house smelled like dog. A friend referred us to nick at landmark flooring. He came out and measured on a Sunday, we had half the house done on Monday, and the second half on Tuesday morning. He kept me updated through out the process. He went above and beyond to get our carpet done so we could move in. Thanks again Nick!

Truly deceptive business practices. Had been referred by a friend for an estimate, and the sales staff gave me the runa round and then tried to charge almost 75% more when half the work had been done. If you cant estimate properly then you shouldnt be in business.

Had scratch/water resistent flooring installed in jan, noticed a few chips in the floor in feb, more in march. Contacted landmark right away, continued to follow up. Finally was ccd on an email between landmark and the distributor/wharehouse who told landmark this was most likely caused during installation or we are misusing our floor. Landmark never replied and has ignored me since. Do not use them!

We highly recommend Landmark Flooring for all your flooring needs. Professional staff and installation.
