Costumer service was very helpful. My son wanted the kid X-Lord fortnite costume but they didnt have it in stock. He still found the costume that he liked with the help of a floor attendent.

This store had nothing. I was very disappointed. Also, once again, I had an employee following me in the store. Unbelievable. Not only me, but others in the store as well. I would rate this store a zero if I could. 2 more Halloween stores and it was the same thing. Nothing in it. Unreal. I dont believe it is all sales, because this is how these stores looked in the beginning when they first opened. Empty. Animatronics half of them not set up. Im not setting foot in any of those stores again.

They have a variety of costumes. The animated props are so creepy and fun to look at. I suggest to go with kids. 🤣

Not happy with them. Because Im bigger busted I had to buy the plus size for the top to fit but they wouldnt let me swap out the bottoms for a smaller size, the bottoms are way to big 😡

Is an awesome Halloween store and helped a lot with my Halloween last year.

Ive been in several different Spirits over the years and always came out what I was looking for and some! This location however is by far the worst!Cons: lack of costume selections and sizes to choose from, 90% of the working displays did not work, very over priced, most of the costumes you had to purchase accesories separately compared to the other store we bought from(where they were included), poor quality costumes for price.Pros: staff friendly and helpful with the exception of one in particular(asst manager I believe), tons and tons of makeup and accesories.Needless to say we wont return to this location ever.

They hv vast selections, and if u go b4 Oct u can find plenty of things on clearance!
