Promised dates of when my rings would be returned after sizing and redipped on MY wedding band and engagement ring were extended by 10 days. I had called a week before and was told everything was going according to time promised and today I get a phone call to tell me 10 more days. NOT HAPPY AT ALL .

Best customer service I ever had from an in store worker. Jeremy was very helpful! I needed a ring that was sold out early in the morning and he was able to track down the ring in New York for me. He went out of his way and did everything he could so that I was able to buy this ring. Service like this is very appreciated and I’m very happy and he called me back Everytime he got an update on the ring purchase.

I took a bracelet in for their jewelry repair service and I have to say they really outdid themselves. The price was reasonable, they cleaned it as well, and they even threw in free delivery when it was done — really above and beyond.
I want to say that the salesperson and the manager that my fiance and I dealt with last night were nothing but helpful, professional, and patient. They took their time to go over numerous options with us and made it possible for us to pick out exactly what we wanted. Was set up for a credit card through commenity and was told if it was paid off in 12 months there would be no interest. The promotion had ended before the billing cycle and the amount they had told me I would have to pay per month and set up for auto pay was incorrect not knowing the billing cycle was after the promotion ended so got an extra $500 charge. Would certainly not recommend using their credit card and I will definitely not be returning to upgrade this ring at any point or be using Kay in the future.
My ring size is smaller now. I found one I liked and they wanted to charge me over $20 to size it. Why should I be punished because they dont have my size. I bought it in the parking lot on the Kay website. No charge for sizing and the tax was cheaper. PLUS I will get it a week sooner than if I had it sized. Saved over $30 this way.

I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from here for my girlfriend, they sold me the wrong wedding band for her ring. When she came to get it resized they said it would be back well in time before Christmas and would send progress emails and call when it was in. Never did. Then when she called they lied and said they had called and left a message, so when she went to pick it up after the holidays, they had made it two sizes bigger than the ring originally was, when it was supposed to be sized smaller. Then they said it would be done in one more week and never apologized. When she called to see if it was done they said they called and left a message and never did. Throughout everything they were unapologetic and made up what they thought you wanted to hear. Will never go back to this location
If youre young and engaged dont bother with this place. I recently got engaged. While trying to get my ring resized I dealt with the WORST customer service. The employee kept saying why are you getting engaged or youre to young. She took every ounce of enjoyment I was feeling and threw it away. Not one person had said anything like this to me but now a stranger was. When I presented my receipt she then started asking how could your fiancé afford this ring? Which was out of line. Furthermore, was none of her business. Terrible experience. Wish I had went to a pawn shop instead of dealing with this kind of service.

Very poor customer service,the lady waiting on me was talking all about her rings and things she likes and is going to get...Then walks away from me in the middle of trying to pick out the earrings I want to purchase ..I was about to spend some money on myself!But 10 minutes goes by and she is talking to other people still...So I left!! So i went looking for prices now that valentines day is coming i think it was my really bad luck day i got the worse salesman Steve to be exact i told him my budget and he didnt even try to look for the prices around it he showed me something that exceded my budged alot i asked for another ring cuz we were looking at rings at that point and it was closer to my budget so..why was he trying to sell me something more expensive??? he is the professional he suppose to help the customer ill wait until he is not there to go and actually have help to get what i want .maybe he is too old and cranky idk
