This Diary Queen doesnt have the excitement I associate with DQ, they do not perform the bizzard test. While my blizzard was filled with candy is was very much a shake. I was disappointed it wasnt a frozen treat. Additionally, it had a foul smell in the place I couldnt put my finger one. Maybe there were Sewer issue that day.The cashier was friendly, which appreciated but, I hope the smell is handled soon.

We have a Daily Queen in my town but, we make a point of going to this one. I love that they make dilly bars in house (most others get theirs from corporate) and their serving size is amazing. The store by us makes their ice cream servings (cones sundaes etc) half if not smaller than this location. Ill take a chance on things melting rather than go to our local store. (Sorry local store) ill try to remember to take a picture next time we go here. Keep up the amazing work!! Thank you! One thing, I do wish they were open earlier than 12:00 (noon) though. Seems kinda late to open but thats just my opinion

Love this spot! The service is great here. In the summer time when the weather is hot, great time to have delicious cold blizzards.

Honestly the best Dairy Queen I have seen. It’s super clean, the staff are super friendly, and the food always comes out looking like the picture. Aashay, one of the workers, was super friendly when we came in. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, and answered all of our questions (as annoying as I’m sure they were) with a smile. And after we ordered, our food was out in a jiffy!!! Even being busy like they were, they were still super kind and patient with us. 5/5 stars for me.

Employees were very nice and respectable. And my Brownie Sundae was Super indulgent. It took me 2 days to eat. It was Wonderful, I will definitely be back.

We had to take a trip to Tinley Park to drop off something at my son’s house. We had planned on getting ice cream before we headed home to Coal City. Stopped here around 3 pm, since we were close. My husband got a chocolate shake, and I got a Snickers blizzard (my favorite). The chocolate shake was tasty, but my blizzard was awful! It had no flavor and wasn’t even the color it usually is. It didn’t taste like pieces of Snickers, and some pieces were even soft. I don’t know what she put in it, but I couldn’t even finish it! The treat I looked forward to was such a disappointment! Certainly a waste of money also!

I had the peanut buster parfait.. too many salted peanuts with the skin and definitely not enough ice cream I am very disappointed considering this was almost five dollars.

WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! The owner of this location is not a man of his word. Came here with my family 20 minutes before close only to find his employee was hanging out with her friends and had to shut down all of the machines. If the store closes at 9 p.m. they should not close down any machines until then. We were not able to get any ice cream after driving 20 minutes to get here because its the closest location to us. Called corporate to file a complaint and received a phone call from the owner of this location a few days later stating to come back in anytime and he would give me and my family a round of free ice cream. Just got here today and this was not the case. Conveniently he doesnt seem to remember the conversation and did not honor his word. I am a small business owner and if I say something I do it. This is not the way to run a business. Thumbs wayyyy down 👎

Went there Sunday night (10/14) exactly 30 mins before close and as we were parking the girl hurried up and shut off the open signs and ran to the back, I also noticed her popping her head around the machines before I got out of the car. We proceeded to walk in, as did about 2 other cars that had just pulled up, for the girl to tell everyone she had just turned off the machines for the night.. very LAZY and unprofessional service! If you see people pulling up to your store and turn everything off with half an hour still left, its simple ice cream not like you had a whole lot to do! And if she claims to have done it before hand even worse because that would be about 40 mins still left of open time!

Overpriced poor service

I was displeased with an item and told why, and the manager disgruntedly responded to me. My sister went in to get a refund, since she payed for it, and she insulted us by saying that we cant read english and YOU PEOPLE are cheap. I have NEVER been treated this poorly, and frankly this business needs new management. Do not ever go here.

I took my kids for ice cream the owner left us in the store went outside to take himself a seat on the bench in front of the store talking on his phone then started digging in his left ear that was very nasty in we want be back

I called in to this place called Dairy Queen and I talk to this person about getting free pretzel sticks and he said that they were waiting for a delivery truck and he told me to call back tomorrow and when I was still talking to him he hung up on me and that felt like it was rude for someone to do that and that’s how you have bad customer service and now they lost me as a customer.
