Me and my husband visited the store on 19 Oct 19. We are residents and workers of the city of Chicago. We where in orland at a Hilton for sweetest day. We went into the store to buy wine for the evening. We were being serviced by the clerk who was obviously new when another male came from outside and began to take over the register. He was very rude and disrespectful to us after we expressed concerns about the item that the first clerk had added up on our bill. He actually tossed a calculated at my husband after the inquiry. We asked for a refund of the items that we did purchase and left the store. I have never and will never stand for behavior as such. I’m going to make sure all my friends as well as colleague are made aware of my experience. Great neighborhood store. I would honestly spend my money here than any other place because the staff is just great and the selection is the best.

They didnt have the Polish wine I was looking for, but I didnt expect it. The cashier was very helpful and did all he could.

These people just took my credit card numbers and then hung up and now are not answering the phone. Do dont go here. These people will steal your money if you have them deliver
