Terrific visit to Studio B. Exceeded all expectations. Came away with a putter out of The Hive. Even my wife ended up with a custom made putter and more info than a typical lesson. Thanks Mike Biv, was well worth our time.

Everyone at the facility was great at asking how our day and experience was going. Pam was helpful and friendly when setting our appointment and welcoming us. Our fitter Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really enjoyed the whole experience and the new putters are a perfect fit. Cant wait to get them on the course!

I had a fantastic experience at Studio B. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of their offerings. Mike did a great job breaking down my take away, and getting me set up with the correct spec club. I was narrowed down between the BB8W or Queen B 12, and eventually chose the BB8W.I’m looking forward to gaming with my new putter soon!!

I think Bettinardi has a real customer service issue. Their putters might be good but I think they are buying into their won hype a tad bit too much. I contacted customer support and also got the robotic, almost choreographed responses, that others have noted in their reviews. For the price you are paying, you would think there would be a little bit more emphasis on the customer. All I can say is I should have gone with Scotty!

This is a tremendous organization. The fitting process is simply the best in the business. My putting has improved dramatically. What a great feel.

I went to a local golf retailer. I had a putter fitting and got fit with a Bettinardi putter. The local retailer told me that I could order the putter but the wait was six to ten weeks. I decided to order online from Bettinardi. Their customer service was outstanding. I received my new putter in three days.

Ordered a putter through PGA superstore and they did not have it in stock so they had to go straight through Bettinardi. Bettinardi states on their website they ship everything within 2-3 weeks. Hadnt heard anything in 3-weeks so I called. Looks like I wont be getting the putter I ordered for another month, after my golf trip. Very disappointed in both partys for not being transparent about this.-Update. We are now in Week 6, they havent reached out once. - Thanks

Awesome experience visiting Studio B @ Bettinardi Golf this week. I have been to the Studio before and loved the experience so much that I decided to host a corporate event. I invited a few of my customers who were into golf and we met out there at 3:30 to do some fittings, have a few drinks, and get excited for the upcoming golf season.The Bettinardi team helped me find a caterer and they did an awesome job helping me coordinate. White glove service from start to finish:- Welcome sign in the lobby with my company logo- Wonderful service from Mike & Leo at the Studio- Bob Bettinardi & Sam Bettinardi stopped by to make sure we were having a great time- We went on a tour of the facility- Checked out the Hive... awesome limited release products.All in, we had an awesome experience. if you are looking for something different for a corporate outing, this is a winner! Clients loved it so much, I am going to do it again in a few months and bring another group.

Went into Bettinardi Golf’s Studio B to get fit for a putter – love my new Betti and such a great experience! The Bettinardi team provided outstanding service from start to finish and the customization was well worth it. They even had Alter Brewing Center Line on tap and I feel like I got some great putting tips out of the whole process, so made for a great afternoon.The fitting would be a great Father’s Day or birthday gift for any golf fanatic – I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it!

Got fit for a putter about 7 months ago. Bettinardi is the brand I putted the best with so I ordered the queen B fit to me and loved the putter. The putter was never mistreated and was bent slightly (in travel inside a vehicle not sure how it happened) after a golf trip. No other clubs in my bag or any of the other guys bags had any problems. Tried to call and was told they do not warranty the clubs but I could pay to ship it to them and pay to have it fixed. No matter how much I liked the putter, I will buy a different brand that will stand behind their $400 product a little better. If you dont believe me just call their support number and tell them you have a new putter with some slight damage and youll see they immediately tell you there is no warranty.

Went for a fitting and was not disappointed! Was able to dial in the perfect length, lie and loft. Add on the studio exclusive finishes available and custom grip and I’m ecstatic with my new putter.Highly recommend making the trip. The staff was great and very professional. The feel of my putter is exceptional!

Had great experience enjoyed the time Mr. Sale spent with me. Getting to see into the hive and seeing 1 of a kind putters was outstanding. Top notch equipment and military friendly. Proud to support made in USA (even if it does cost a bit more). By the way the putting also improved. Look forward to coming back and getting my son fit and hopefully the wedges.

Such a joke of a company, bought a putter in 2016 haven’t even had it a full 3 years and the face started to rust. After calling multiple times and sending multiple emails I finally called back again and was able to speak with someone, I was informed there was nothing they could do, and would have to pay 250 some dollars to get it refinished and rust removed. The guy then said let me do this send me your putter and we will replace it, this was great except that it’s middle of summer and I have tournaments I am playing in, he said there was nothing else they could do and that this is industry wide policy, it definitely isn’t as I’ve had experiences with titleist where they sent me a wedge and then I sent them the defected one back. My advice is don’t spend your money or waste your time with these guys they obviously don’t care about there product or the customer, pretty disappointed spend a ton of money on a product just to be told you have to spend more.

Great experience and definitely recommend. I was skeptical about cost of these putters going in, but I love my Queen B #9. I just rolled it on the course this weekend and it was pure. You basically get a free putting lesson at the studio with your fitting. Michael Biviano was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Seeing the shop and office makes me proud to support the Made in the USA company. Both Sam and Bob Bettinardi thanked me for coming in. Seeing the Hive definitely has me dreaming about my own custom design! Overall, very positive experience.

This was such a great experience. The staff was very professional and the whole process of being fitted was awesome! The Hive has a ton of unique putters and headcovers. Highly recommend getting fitted for a bettinardi if you’re a big golfer.
