The sunroof in my Mercedes c300 was stuck tilted open due to some plastic pieces crumbling inside the track. In a panic, because it started to rain, I called German Automotive and Nick said to come right down. I did, and he was able to get the roof closed in a few minutes-in the pouring rain. Nick is honest and wow does he know German cars- other places I took it to wouldnt touch it. Im amazed at how professional and helpful Nick was and recommend this shoppe to any German auto owner. I have had many German luxury cars, and was never treated with such honesty. THIS is how all repair shops should operate. Thank you!

I had a 3rd party headlight set installed by the store for my MB CLK320, which the dealership previously not willing to install it for me. NOBODY in the area does better work at better prices on German cars.Nick 1 and Nick 2 have worked on my MB sedan, 2 MB SUVs, and a persnikitty VR6 VW and every time its spot on. Theres a reason the local EU import dealers use them for their service.Believe me, you can get run-around at a stealership or just go see Nick and be happy.

I have my 2003 ML320 repaired by Nick last year cost me almost $575.00 for stupid alarm going off. after replaced the new parts and still going off by itself than was told another censor was bad and wants charge me $ 500.00 again for he missed the parts-can not be trust!!
