My 1st time shopping @ the store in the outlets and I live 2 miles away. The experience was extremely pleasant. The BBW team was very helpful but not overbearing as some associates tend to be. I knew exactly what I was shopping for and they went out of their way to accommodate me. The Christmas plug in collection this year is adorable. Definitely going back sooner than expected! Me and my wife shop here alot especially when they have their big candle sale but all around they usually have a great sale going on very pleasant place to go especially if u like different fragrances

Slightly disappointed with this location. Was happy when they opened since theyre close to home. Although its in the outlets this is a regular Bath and Body works store. They have the same selections and sales as other stores. However customer service is not as good as other locations. Was very disappointed with the experience today.
