My PC was giving me a lot of different issues and Phil practically rebuilt it as if it was new all over again. A power outage knocked my computer out and I thought the motherboard was shot. It was over the weekend and I noticed Geeks that Rock took calls every day, which was better for me since I had much more time on the weekend than during the week. Talked to Phil, we arranged a time for him to pick up the desktop and he texted me routinely during diagnostics of the computer.It turned out to be more of a scare, but the price was reasonable, the communications and availability was excellent and lastly Phil displayed integrity throughout the process. I found a new computer specialist to help me in the future.
