I had an amazing experience at Marc Jacobs, from the moment I stepped foot in the store. Peter greeted us and was a doll from start to finish. I told him what I was looking for, he showed me my options and made sure I was really in love with what I was buying. We actually returned to buy another bag because we had such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this Marc Jacobs, especially Peter. You feel like you’re hanging out with your friends while you’re in the store. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet.

I had a wonderful experience here thanks to Peter and Lori . They were so welcoming helpful and kind. My sister was feeling light headed while we were shopping and Peter offered us snacks and drink and I thought it was so incredibly kind. They didn’t care if we purchased anything, and weren’t pushy at all with sales. They were very informative and truly wanted us to make the right purchase and I believe that is really how sales should work. I ended up buying 2 handbags. And my girlfriend bought 2 as well. Thank you so much Peter and Lori for being so kind to us and giving us a great shopping experience.

Absolutely fell in love with this location. It was the first time I walked into this location and my experience was great. Peter went above and beyond to make sure he was able to find me the Jean jacket I wanted in the right size for me and got another location to ship it to me next day. Definitely recommend this store & location 💕. Already looking forward to my next return 🥰.

Wonderful staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful, I was stuck choosing between 2 bags and staff was also divided ended up getting both bags and a card holder. The holder wasn’t available in store in the color I wanted and instead of just setting for the colors available Peter convinced me to order the color I wanted and I’m glad he did, the red is amazing so easy to spot inside my bags. I don’t know about the other customers experiences but mine was wonderful definitely going to back in the fall, hopefully it’s another great day 😊

They don’t deserve any stars but I don’t have a choice. I am a fan of this brand. Once I found out this outlet has a store I was so excited. Before going I told myself I have to buy something. The first time I went there 3 people were working. Once I entered the store they just stared and did not say a word … very awkward and uncomfortable since I was the only customer there. If you don’t want to greet your guests then maybe turn on some music. But I decided to give it a second try. Omg the same thing happened again. To be honest if you like this brand you can also find it at tjmax for better pricing and better service. Maybe if “Peter” was there I might have a better experience? But for now I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I went into the store for the first time and bought a handbag from Peter. He is amazing! He helped me decided on the perfect bag and I love it so much! I will be back!

I see why no customers were in the store. 3 workers and not one greeted us. One met our eyes and looked away. Went another time before a few months ago and the same scenario.

Apparently this store has rules that infants (11 months old in a stroller - and looks younger than that even) must wear a mask, and the employee refused to let me purchase my two bags until i fight with my infant to put a mask on. Which is just sickening.
