Problem with your order?Your products and service are awful!But not in the sense of oppressing with fear or horror; appalling, terrible, but in the sense of inspiring awe; filling with profound reverence or respect; profoundly impressive.Year-after-year you consistently deliver magic.You, in the far land of New Jersey . . . when from Los Angeles I order on a late Sunday night, you send me a shipment notice a few hours later, Monday at 5:22am long before I awake, you put the shipment into the postal stream before 4:30pm and by some miracle it is delivered 2,789 miles away less than 2 days later on Wednesday before 1pm.And, when opened, the well-packed 2 boxes of 2-liters each are still cold.The taste of your 100% Columbian is always and consistently delectable. Your service is amazing.Truly magic!

My husband and I love Kahlua Coffee but it is hard to find in our area. I was delighted to discover Koffee Express online. I now order our two favorites: Kahlua Original and French Vanilla. The best part for me is the service. I order my coffee in the morning and within a few hours I get an order confirmation and then an email saying my order has shipped. Within a few days I have my coffee with free shipping. The one time there was an error on my order, Koffee Express corrected it immediately. A nice place to grab a quick breakfast. We ate here last week. I had the granola and yogurt. My friend had a bagel. Coffee was good. Lots of pastries that look delicious although we didnt try them. Friendly staff.

Five years ago my husband and I went to a 5 star restaurant, when we tasted their fabulous coffee they informed us they used Douwe Egberts (now Folgers) liquid coffee in a $3,000 liquid coffee... well I was not planning to buy a $3,000 coffee dispenser, but found my way to Koffee Express and I was delighted to hear I could purchase this coffee there and just cut the corner of the bag and pour into a container. I have been buying their Folgers liquid coffee since then, they are a company of high integrity and amazing service. Thank you so much!!!
