We chose Kay for our wedding bands a year ago and it was perfect! However, my wife lost her custom made wedding band and we had to get it done again. This time, the whole process took longer and they took liberties with the custom design and made changes to my wife’s wedding band. The current supervisor at Tinton Falls Premium Outlets expressed she made the changes herself as she thought we would like it that way. This is unacceptable as the ring was custom made for a reason and with a specific style in mind. I had already paid for half the ring before she made the changes. We want to prevent this from happening to another couple as rings are very expensive and your employees should honor the client’s wishes!!

Bought a bracelet bought insurance as well, broke 3 times each time they fixed it the last time they deemed it unfixable and I was told after 3 times they make a new one for you as to why I purchased the insurance with it turns out that was a lie, they won’t fix it nor give me a gift card or store credit, terrible quality jewelry, manager and staff don’t know what there doing.. never purchasing from this “jewelry” store!

I had the best experience. Tricia helped us. We told her our budget and she took her time and showed us rings in our price range that were still gorgeous. She knew when I wasn’t happy with the rings and didn’t push anything and never made us feel like we were a bother. Jay was great also. They both made the experience pain free and we will definitely be going back for more jewelry!

Went to order an engagement ring I saw from the website. They only had a 6-1/2 in stock. So I waited 3 weeks and the size 8 I had ordered came in. Went to propose to my gf at Disney World. Ring doesnt fit, why? Because they gave me a 6-1/2. I call the store, manager is on vacation will call me back. Never does nor returns my calls. Corporate customer service literally told me, well what do you want me to do about it?Am I telling you not to shop here? No, but the level of customer service I experienced can certainly happen to you. I urge you to look elsewhere to keep yourself safe.

I had an amazing experience there. I needed to get a few pieces of jewelry resized, new battery, etc and the manager Jay was so patient with me. I spent almost 2 hours there getting informed on what to do and how Kay’s was going to handle my estate jewelry. Jay didn’t rush me out, instead just the opposite he showed me exactly what was going to be done with my pieces. Trisha who also works there was just as wonderful as Jay. I will be telling everyone to go there for any jewelry needs I highly recommend Kay Jewelers. Thank you

When you go look for Joe or Tony they are both very knowledgeable and gave my fiance and I great service.

The manager and Joseph were beyond helpful and patient . We came in to buy our daughter earrings and my wife and daughter are so indecisive. Joseph was so friendly and a great person overall.
