The cashier ( older blond lady) looks like she hates her job . No hi, no good bye . Blank stare almost like a robot. Please hire friendly people would help out your business a lot a lot . I won’t be coming back to this one

Terrible customer service 0 communication about my order I had ordered online on their website to have something delivered to their location. When I went to go pick my order which they said was delivered in the email I received. They told me that my order was damaged and that I should have received an email they had to send it back because of the damage which I never received the email. Now I have to try and see if they are going to send a new out myself because when I asked they told me that UPS has contact where it was shipped from in order from them to send a new out. I hope I can get compensated because I don’t drive and I had to get a friend to take me to go pick it up.

Multiple employees not wearing masks during business hours as well as a few customers. When I politely asked the cashier during a long wait time if another register could be opened I was ignored.

I walked in and immediately I was greeted with a hello.. very friendly. Everyone in there. The store is kept very neat and clean. I went in there to purchase a truck box. I actually needed to. I visited a tractor supply out west. and they had exactly what I was looking for I was just not ready to make the purchase. I do not like to wait free stuff online. I enjoy the real feel. When I was ready I went into my local tractor supply. And they did not have exactly what I was looking for. When the person at the register ask me if I found what I was looking for. I said no. Then they called the shipping manager back. And I got and even better deal. On two boxes. I could not be happier with my visit. Oh. I also love it when they have the baby chickens in there. Or some people like to call them chicks. But guess what I dont want to hear anybodys mouth thinking that Im referring to a girl or a woman.. anyways. I love this place and you will too. You got to go in there and help a brother out.

I love Tractor Supply! The people who work there are so helpful and polite. I order things online and usually within an hour my order is ready to pick up. Im in and out of the store in minutes. The prices are excellent not what you would expect with a small specialty store.

If you looking for cat and dog food Tractor Supplies well worth the travel no matter where you live its a nice unique place to wander around and check things out but able to buy stuff cheap enough that you can afford I got a 30 lb bag of cat food throwing 1799 and let me tell you its a bargain and they even have slashed prices I got a 50 lb bag of dog food for $18 and change Im telling you Tractor Supply is well worth getting cat and dog food and other miscellaneous things worth checking out

I love this place. They have everything. The staff is great . Ive asked for help twice on two separate trips and both times the employees went above and beyond for me. I appreciate that as a customer. Prices are pretty good too. I love to take my time and look at their merchandise. Theres a lot to see.

First timer. Went to purchase supplies to make pickles. Love their gardening and outdoor supplies. I was not sure what to expect but they even have a lot to offer for animals. I will definitely return. Thinking of taking my two dogs there to take advantage of their Animal Grooming area!

Unique offering of outdoor, mechanical, farm, pet, recreation... Stuff. Always fun to look around. They also have work clothes, boots and shoes. Garden supplies and lawn care stuff also. Highly recommended.

Went there for some outdoor equipment, ended up buying quite a few pieces of cute clothing in the women’s department. Nice selection of work boots also. Prices were good decorative lawn things were nice,Real good prices on dog and cat food and you can actually get a 30 pound bag of bird seed for eight bucks.

I was greeted promptly when entering and asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. New register was opened as soon as there was a 3rd person in line. Great service.

These folks are just great. Everytime I go in there they are always so helpful and down to earth. I order my dogs food online and pick it up when they text me that it is ready. What a convenience! Some great deals on clothing believe it or not. Its not just about tractors there. They have def earned a five star rating from me. I would rate the staff a 10 if I could.

The staff was very friendly. It has a wide variety of hardware, dirt for gardening, dog food, and work clothes. You can even get cowboy boots. It is closer to my home than Home Depot when I need something quickly.

Great plce to shop for outdoor products and dog food also livestock food. Tractor Supply has whatever you need for whatever you need most guaranteed they will have it! Sometimes youll have to order it but I live on the Jersey Shore and Ill tell you what when I need something I can get it from Tractor Supply! You need anything for chickens ducks cattle whatever you need they have! Its one of the greatest places to go for the hardest working man at the cheapest price with quality service and quality products!

Great store, staff is friendly and helpful. Wish they carried more of their own brand dog and cat food (4Health) always have trouble getting the cat food. Dont trust the on line inventory, always call make sure they actually have something.

Bought a garage in a box 12x20x8 went straight to the store two days ago picked it up will put it up in time. Thats not the situation, yesterday on my phone I showed a coworker what I finally got and noticed online price was cheaper than the store price. I returned today to see if I had to get refunded and buy it online. The woman in charge quickly fixed it and returned the difference back .very nice and professional, and looking forward to returning to the tinton falls tractor supply.Thank you Robin for your help and courtesy.

Tractor supply is a fun place for do it yourselfers and big animal owners. The Tinton Falls store seems to be smaller in comparison to others I have been to in NJ and other states. Very helpful staff.

This business stocks things that many places around here dont: horse care products, farm related products, etc. This is a great place if you have a farm, lots of land or own horse and/or livestock.In addition the store also stocks things like tools, pet foods, clothing, etc. I am not sure the prices or selection of many of these items were any better than a Home Depot, Lowes, Target or Walmart. Prices tended to be higher than already existing stores.

Went there for birdfeeders and supplies. Good selection of birding supplies and many other animal feeds and supplies. Also carry clothing... like overalls, hats,gloves etc. Tools and many other farm related things. Didnt get to see everything, I was basically there for supplies for my birds.

Great to have this place so close now, they offer so many different things that the local stores around here do not. Helpful staff, great hours and quality items.

Never have I gone to a store where you cant get help. I went on the yard area to look for a galvanized tub they had different sizes but the smaller one which was the one I was interested in had only a sku # but no price . The large was priced at $179.00 the medium at $99.00. I took a picture of the sku # and went up front to the woman at the register and before I opened my mouth she looked at me annoyed and said she was closed so i said all i want is a price check on a sku# so she looked it up but was not happy about it and told me $99.00, I asked how could that be if the size bigger was $99.00 and her reply was I dont know and walked away. I walked around and found another lady who seemed to be running around like a chicken without a head, she came outside with me to look, scanned thu tub and like me was confused as to why it was the same price as the bigger one being it was the same manufacture. She said wait here Im going to get the guy from this department to come help you. I waited and waited and no one came. I found the lady who was helping me and now she was at the register, I said to her the guy never came. She looked frazzled and said l I told him, why dont you go over to the customer service desk for help. I go to the customer service desk and there is no one there, I waited for a bit and nothing. I walked around and found no . I was now very frustrated and was leaving, on my way out I passed the lady who was still at the register and she looked at me and said to the lady she was helping well there goes a sale out the door. I drove 20 minutes to go there for this tub and waited my time because they had no one to help. Bad customer service

Nice store. Got a little bit of everything

Stopped there tonight, Friday, Oct. 19, and discovered that TSC had no Repels All to offer customers. Seems a bit early to pack it up for the Winter considering that deer are still roaming neighborhoods destroying plant life in the Oakhurst area.
